エレベーターのない数室の建物の壮大なペントハウス（4階）、完全に改装され、新しいスタイルの家具があり、ベネチアの屋根を見下ろす美しいテラスがあり、そこからS.マルコの鐘楼を眺めることができます。快適に食事や日光浴ができます。
アパートメントの構成は次のとおりです。キッチンとテラスに直接通じる広々としたエントランスと、衛星テレビとDVDを備えた広いリビングルーム、6人用の長方形のテーブルがあるダイニングルーム。
2つのベッドルームは両方ともダブル（1つはダブル、もう1つは結合できるシングルベッド2つ）で、大きなワードローブが備わっています。窓からは、ゴンドラが毎日通るベネチア運河を眺めることができます
2つのバスルームがあり、1つにはシャワー、トイレ、ビデがあり、もう1つにはトイレのみを使用しています。
アパートにはエアコン、独立した暖房とwifiがあります。

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, msleruscher Blick über die Dächer zum Campanile und azf einen Kanal. Orial, der uns einwues war ausgesprochen freundlich und klar, sehr gute Kommunikation mit ihm. Bei Ankunft nach 8p.m. bezahlt man 50 , was ich zuviel finde, bei Fewo steht fälschlicherweise noch 20 Die Lage ist abgelegen vom Teubel und doch ist alles leicht fußläufig zu erreichen . Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Die Küche ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich mit vielen Ausblicken Eine sehr gute Adresse

Super Lage, geräumige Wohnung, Küchenausstattung ausreichend,negativ: defekte bzw. fehlende Mückennetze an den Fenster. Die Mücken haben uns heftig zugesetzt.

The "terrace" is a normal size balcony facing other houses, not the canals. The "canal view" is out of a bedroom window.The beds are not very sturdy or comfortable. The apartment needs many repairs and a deep cleaning.

Great space and location

We had a great stay here. Perfect location as we caught the boat from the airport and it took us 10 minutes to walk from the water taxi stop. It took us 15 minutes to walk to St Mark’s Square from the apartment with lots of shops and restaurants on the way. We had everything we needed provided in the apartment and there are a few grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is located in a quiet area and well maintained, with the added bonus of a roof terrace. Our check in was excellent with the apartment manager, who gave us good advice on places to visit and places to eat during our stay. We were able to leave our luggage at the location for our last day, which was unexpected and very welcome. Highly recommended apartment.

Un paradis sur terre

L’accueil a été parfait, la personne qui nous a accueilli a été très gentille avec beaucoup d’informations.Le logis a répondu aux attentes. Bon, il y a 4 étages à monter avec les valises sans ascenseur ( à prendre en considération).Le logis est bien situé et près de tout. Lorsque vous arrivez par la gare de train, je vous recommande de prendre le temps afin de prendre une passe de bateau (chercher un abri jaune à droite ou à gauche de la gare) cela vous épargnera de vous déplacer à pieds avec vos valises (beaucoup de ponts à monter et à descendre). Il y a des passes pour 24h, 48h (35 euros) et pour 72 h. Vous pouvez acheter un billet à la fois aussi.Avec la passe de bateaux, c’est comme un réseau de métro; vous pourrez aller visiter l’île de Murano ( souffleur de verre) et Burano ( de belles petites maisons de couleurs).Venise a dépassé nos attentes, nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour.

Amazing stay in Canneregio

Great property for our stay in Canneregio Venice. Great communication with Attilia and Orial the property contacts. This is a four story walk up which was fine for us but may be more difficult for some, especially with lots of luggage. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend the property. The views were wonderful, especially from the bedroom.

Property met our needs. I give it four stars only because you have to climb five flights of steps to get to the top unit. Hard to do with luggage.

Penthouse with a View

A wonderful 2-brm 4th Floor apartment. We enjoyed the great views across the rooftops and of the canal below. We visited in July and it was very hot. The single heat pump/air conditioning unit could not keep up and it was very hot in the bedrooms.

Wonderful property with a balcony right on a canal. Clean and spacious with everything you need especially in the kitchen. A/C, nice bathroom with lots of supplies, great location, not too touristy but walk 10 minutes and there will be shops galore. Just be aware it is a 4th floor W/U. No prob for us, though. It’s a gem.

Apartment was as advertised the perfect size and location for our party. Host was very quick to respond to messages & very informative of area and things to do and see and gave very precise directions. Would definitely stay again if in Venice.

Great location but a few things to note

The location of this rental was perfect. Away from the business but close enough to access all that we wanted on foot. Check in was easy and we enjoyed our stay but there are a few things to keep in mind: No elevator and the stairs are steep and narrow, place needs a good deep clean. Kitchen items specifically need a good clean, could not use the kettle as huge amounts of white scale that started to come loose after boiling water, Coffe pot rusted, items in drawers cluttered and not all was clean. Bedding was okay but it would have been nice to have more than a fitted sheet and blanket, bathroom needs a good clean and declutterred as cabinet very overfilled with products either from owner or previous user. Washing machine did not work and had to bother owner a few times to get started but did not complete cycles and ruined a couple items. The potential for this place is excellent and would be so much better if it had a deep clean, better bedding or at least more than a thin fitted sheet over bedding and attention to items not working or needing replacement.

Perfect stay...again!

My husband and I stayed at this property for the second time in a year, because we loved it so much the first time. Once again, we found this apartment to be perfectly located, clean, spacious and it had all the amenities we could ask for. This place is an amazing value in Venice, and I would highly recommend it!

Superbe, mais sans grasse matinée

Merveilleux endroit, comme sur les photos. Nous avons pu manger sur la terrasse à midi au soleil de janvier. Propre et agréablement meublé. Tout bien. Sauf l'isolation acoustique qui est inexistante et, juste au dessus du canal, le bruit des vaporettos et des livraisons vous réveille très tôt à coup sûr. Dommage si vous êtes nocturne car le prix de la location est élevé. Mais si vous êtes très matinal, cela n'a pas d'importance, et Venise est magique.

A wonderful experience

Everything was exactly as described in the listing and communication with both the owner Attila and managers Valentina and Orial was excellent. Orial and Valentina did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. It is very well equipped with everything you would need for a long or short stay (we stayed a month) - having the washing machine, balcony and a fully equipped kitchen was very useful. As the balcony is south facing we made good use of it on sunny days and it was very pleasant to sit there and and be able to see the angel on top of St Mark's Bell Tower! It was worth the 72 steps up to the apartment (not 80 as we'd expected). We found the location excellent for discovering Venice on foot and the vaporetto stops for getting to airport, train, bus, Murano and Burano were within 5 mins walk. Our only suggestions to improve our stay would have been a microwave and more glasses and cutlery. We would have no hesitation in recommending this porperty to others.

zentral gelegen und doch ruhig

Die Fewo liegt ideal im Quartier Cannaregio, zwischen den Vaporetto-Stationen Ca d'Oro und Fundamente Nove in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse direkt an einem Seitenkanal. Die tolle Terrasse entschädigt das Treppensteigen in den 4. Stock. (leichtes Gepäck ist daher empfehlenswert). In beiden Zimmern sind die Betten breit und von guter Qualität, was für uns 2 alten Frauen wichtig war. Das Verwalter-Paar wohnt im selben Haus und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir wurden an der Vaporetto-Station abgeholt; wir waren froh, da man sich in Venedig trotz Google gnadenlos verlaufen kann! Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber es hat alles Wichtige. Wir verbrachten eine Woche Ende Oktober, hatten noch angenehmes Wetter und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Regula K. Basel

Beautiful Top Floor Apartment

The place is beautiful and the owner can post better looking pictures of the apartment because the ones on VRBO do not do justice to the apartment. The location is less than 5 minutes walking from the most wonderful place to dine and shop and no more than 15 minutes walking from the Grand Canal Rialto bridge. There is also a grocery store around the corner (2 minutes walk) from the apartment. Perfect place for a Venice vacation.

Great location in spacious apartment

Very nice apartment in lovely and quiet area with lots of nice restaurants and bars around. The place was very clean. The kitchen is small and would need some renovation! But we had a nice stay and can recommend the place. Communication with the owner and his assistant was perfect.

Walkable to most Venice main attractions - San Marco. Our family (of three) really enjoyed the balcony/apartment’s windows with canal views. Washer and A/C were certainly helpful for our stay during Oct. Kitchen got most items we needed for some light cooking from our visit to local market near Rialto Bridge - oil, herb, vinegar, sugar, salt…, and even some pasta. Restaurants were also short walk from the apt. Near vaporetto stations. Just little improvement need on a new set towers would make the apartment a perfect place for one to experience Venetian life. Thank you Orial for provided us all info regarding vaporetto stops / directions and Alilaguna water bus to the airport.
