Apartment was in a good condition. Place was spacious for 4 people. This place was in good central area near shopping, restaurants and market stores.Only downside was if you plan to cook food, there were no basic ingredients such as salt, pepper, basic oil provided.

The apartment itself was nice and in a great location to walk to most attractions!- Be aware that they do not use keys or a keypad to access the property, but an online system that is required to download an app and everyone in your party needs to have an individual invite initiated by the management company. So, any issue with your phone (battery, stolen, lost) and you do not have access to the apartment.

Très agréable et bien situé. Excellent point de départ pour sillonner la ville dans tous les sens. Appart lumineux et bien équipé. Le seul petit point négatif est le bruit la nuit. Il y a un bar / discothèque tt près et les fêtards oublient parfois d’être discrets en quittant les lieux..

Very nicely remodeled apartment, comfortable for two couples. All utilities are functional.

Rambla 31b is an extremely good, central location, close to the Passeig de Gracia station and other key metro Barcelona hubs. Shopping of all kinds is nearby, including the wonderful bakery right under the bedroom windows which awakens you with the fragrance of freshly baked bread every morning -- or it would, if you could leave the windows open. Owing to the central location, the traffic and other noise is pretty intense all day and most of the the night -- especially weekend nights. The apartment is managed by a rental agency and they are pretty responsive if you can telephone them.

Cozy and comfortable

We were visiting our daughter who was living in Barcelona studying and this place was right in the middle of everything - close to shops, restaurants, subway and attractions. It was very cozy, clean and comfortable. A perfect spot to gather.

Well located luxury apartment

Very comfortable, clean, lovely apartment. Daytime hours Concierge and felt very safe. All facilities were in good order and eating in was easy, with bakery below and supermarket along the road. However, the area is full of great restaurants and shops, so no need to self cater. Taxi rank across the intersection and bus services excellent. Do take your earplugs for nightime though. Very busy and noisy for those of us rural dwellers. I look forward to a return visit.

AMAZING! Loved it!

Best location in Barça! Close to Plaza Catalunya, 4 blocks from Las Ramblas, restaurants & cafes surround this neighborhood. Awesome street views!! Local attractions, shops and upscale stores all within easy walking distance. Simple modern apartment with good beds and modern appliances plus an elevator. One door down is a café/bakery/sandwich shop and two doors up in the other direction is a fun sit down restaurant/bar and all have outdoor seating in the Rambla de Catalunya.

Beautiful Apartment great location

My wife and I stayed here for 1 week just before Christmas. This apartment is very spacious with high high ceilings and a very nice layout where the bedrooms are very separate from the living room/dining room/ kitchen area. The building is very well maintained and even has a concierge. The apartment is updated, clean, very well equipped and modern. Very good HVAC for cold winter days. Location is just off the Ramblas where we felt very safe and was excellent location for walking to all local sights, even down to the waterfront or over to Sagrada Familia. The apartment is managed by a management company that has many apartments across town which turned out to be good for us as the first apartment we had originally selected was terrible. The company responded immediately to our complaint and promptly offered us and helped us move to this apartment as an alternative. It is on one of the main through streets so road noise starts early in the morning but you soon get use to it. The benefit is that you get to stand in the floor to ceiling doors and people watch down on the paseo. I would definitely recommend this apartment as it also has lift access so is suitable for elderly.

Our recommendation for a family with children

It was one of the most perfect stays we had. We have arrived to barcelona for a family vacation with recomendations on Habitat apartment at Rambla Deluxe Apartment B. Begining with a warm welcome, a wonderfull location and all you can think of Kitchen we started to feel like home. With the smooth Wood deck floor, the great AirCondition system and even washing/drying/ironing equipment we wanted to stay more and live here. Our recommendation for a family with children- PERFECT !
