The location was nice, communication from the host was good, and the unit was mostly clean. Would like to see the broken blinds replaced. It allowed lighting from the parking lot to shine into the unit at night while I was sleeping. Thank you for hosting us.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and found our communication helpful. We’re sorry about the broken blinds and the inconvenience caused by the outside lighting, and we’ve shared this with our maintenance team so they can address it. We appreciate you staying with us.

Close to Publix and Quieter Pool

Very well kept... only a few minor blemishes... quick walk to the store/food/pool. Highly recommended.

Tournament Haven

We stayed for AAU volleyball junior championships. This space won't blow your mind for luxury, but it exceeded all of our needs. The location is so good for easy access to OCCC from behind, take Destination to Tradewind and you'll avoid a lot of messy traffic from other hotels. So close to the beautiful pool, easy parking, and nearby grocery and restaurants.

Volleyball tournament

The condo was fairly clean but the kitchen was minimally stocked. The master bathroom shower door was not in working order. Overall, the unit was acceptable.

Hi Deborah, Thank you kindly for the review. We reached out to maintenance to fix the shower door and they assured me it's been sorted. We do apologize for the inconvenience and we do encourage our guests to reach out to front desk for any issues to be sorted immediately so guests experience with us is nothing but optimal at all times. Thank you again and we do hope you come stay with us again soon.

Needs a deep cleaning and some maintenance

The property is in need of some deep cleaning. There were a large amount bugs in light fixture in kitchen, floor board rotting out in master bath, shower door in master bath did not have track so it did not open and close properly, chairs in dining room were all stained, front door bolt was not screwed in, several other cleaning items that need attention (stains on walls, etc.). The property definitely is not a "5", not horrible, but should have been priced lower to acknowledge the state of the unit.

Greta stay but a couple issues

This was a fantastic facility, great location and value. However could use a few more cooking amenities such as a cookie sheet, tongs, and a toaster. We did not have cable working for 3 out of 4 TV’s, for a day and a half, but was eventually resolved on the third time calling. Lastly, multiple comforters had a drop or two of blood on them, like the person making the bed had a cut on their finger. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay, and would come back again!
