ビーチの遊歩道-グランドオーシャンフロントビューティー！

We're so glad you had a wonderful seaside stay, Dana and group! Thank you for the compliments and being such lovely guests to host!

We appreciate you choosing this home for your beachside stay and glad you loved the seaside sounds and easy beach access for your walks, Rhonda! This is truly an amazing spot. We’re sorry several more complicated issues arose during your stay and appreciate you letting us know so we could address them promptly. These were easy fixes, nor cheap, but our Crew worked hard to take care of you during your stay and glad the refund helped. Thanks again.

We're delighted your experience was a 10 out of 10, Steven! And we agree, the elevator is quite the special bonus. We hope to host you again!

Why thank you so much, Shawn, and we would love to have you back! We're delighted the home and your experience delivered on the promise.

Why thank you so much, Lori, it was an absolute pleasure to host you. We are delighted you enjoyed such a lovely time! We hope to host you again.

We're so glad you had such a fantastic experience, Debi! Thank you for the 10 out of 10, compliments, and such helpful future guest tips! We hope to host you again!

Great weather, check, beach nearby, check, and fun, check! It doesn't sound any better than that, Srena, Thank you so much for the compliments and being such a lovely guest to host!

Always nice to get away with the family, we're so happy to hear the Sisters' escape was a success! Thank you for the 5-stars and being such gracious and pleasant guests to host! Please do come back.

So glad to hear you enjoyed our home and quiet beachside location! Thanks for being wonderful guests to host. We'd be delighted to have you back again!

We're so glad your family enjoyed the beachfront views, easy beach access, spacious layout, and all the little extras that make vacation memories special. It sounds like the frogs, snails, birds, beach toys, and game collection kept the younger adventurers happily occupied! We appreciate your feedback regarding arrival. The community gate code information was provided in multiple locations prior to check-in, but we understand that vacation excitement and travel days can sometimes make details easy to miss. We're always happy to help guests get settled as quickly as possible. Thank you as well for your patience with the elevator during check-in. Most of all, we're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the decks, balconies, family time, and those endless Gulf views. We'd love to welcome you back for another round!

We love hearing wonderful! Thank you so much for the 5-stars, and we're delighted to hear the experience was a success at The Boardwalk! We hope to have you back again.

Thank you, Marsha! We’re so glad your group enjoyed the home and that the close beach access made things easy—especially with a little one in the mix. It’s great to hear the kitchen, views, and patios hit the mark, and we appreciate your kind understanding about the light beachwear that naturally comes with a well-loved coastal home. We'd be happy to welcome you back anytime!

And we'd love to have you back! Thanks so much for the 5-stars. compliments and being such fantastic guests to host for the Memorial Day holiday!

Glad to hear your Spring Break getaway was a success! Thank you for the 5-stars, compliments and allowing us to be your host! We hope to have you back again!

Thank you for allowing us to host your Jamaica Beach stay! We're so glad overall you had a great experience. We haven't had any other guests mention the mattresses nor pillows. Perhaps you are used to other firmer or softer ones? Regardless, we will have our field team check them out! Thanks again.

Why thank you Glynn! We're delighted everything worked out so well for your group. We appreciate the 5-stars, compliments and suggestions. We would love to have you back again!

Thank you so much for the thoughtful and balanced review and for embracing the full beachfront experience, complete with salty breezes, evening beach walks, curious wildlife, and the occasional mosquito convention meeting. 😊 We're delighted you enjoyed the views, the beautiful walkover, and those peaceful evenings after the daytime beach crowd packed up their umbrellas and headed home. There really is something special about having the shoreline almost entirely to yourself as the sun starts to dip toward the horizon. You also captured Gulf Coast living perfectly. Our beaches are proudly public in Texas, and while that means sharing the sand with fellow beach lovers during the day, it also creates the lively, welcoming atmosphere that so many guests enjoy. As for the golf carts, they do seem to multiply like sand dollars at low tide around beach communities! Thank you as well for bringing the roaches, water heater temperature, and cooling adjustments to our attention during your stay so we could address them promptly. Coastal homes wage an ongoing battle against humidity, salt air, and the occasional six-legged vacationer who didn't make a reservation, but our pest control partners stay busy year-round helping us keep things under control. Most of all, we're thrilled the kitchen, elevator, walkover, and incredible beachfront setting helped make for a wonderful getaway. We'd love the opportunity to host you again for another dose of sea breezes, sunset walks, and hopefully

It is an amazing seaside location, thank you for noting Kris! We appreciate the nice compliments and helpful feedback. Unfortunately, the hurricane earlier in the month created all kinds of side effects and uninvited buggers are one of them. We're sorry they impacted your stay. We do hope to host you again under more favorable Mother Nature terms.

Thanks so much for the 5-stars and feedback! We're so glad to hear you had a great beach getaway! We're so sorry the previous guests left the dishes as such and probably just didn't scrape them before placing them in the dishwasher and putting them away, arg. Unfortunately, it happens every once in a while and our field manager tries to catch that. Thank you for your understanding. We'd love to host you and your group again!

We're glad to hear you enjoyed the amazing view at this home and found The Boardwalk to be a nice house! That said, we are disappointed you did not find the home to your cleanliness standards. We would have so appreciated you contacting us upon your arrival or at least during your stay, as we gladly would have sent our housekeepers back over. We take clean very seriously. Respectfully, there is only one cleaning fee, so we're a bit confused on that comment (?). Regarding the specifics, the bedding on the beds and towels are laundered professionally offsite and are fully replaced on every turnover. Perhaps the blankets you mention were the owners extras for personal use? We'll certainly take note and make sure those get removed or locked up- we apologize if they were anything less than clean. As for the elevator, we cannot leave it at the ground level (sea level) as any rains or high tide will flood out the elevator. However, you have full control during your stay to use it and set at ground level when coming or going. We have not had any guests mention the 4th floor confusion; however, we have asked our field manager to label as such in the elevator itself based on your feedback. Thank you.

Sounds like a perfect vacation time was had in a clean, comfortable and convenient setting. We're not sure what more we could have done to earn your 5-stars, but we'd love you back for another shot at it!

We appreciate you staying with us and glad you found the house nice. We're sorry you did not like the busier beach location you selected. At least this home has an additional lot that connects to the beach to give a bit more privacy and solitude.

We're so glad your beach vacay was well-enjoyed by all and our space worked for your group so nicely! Thank you for the 5-stars and being lovely guests to host!
