We could not have been happier with the property. The location was perfect, and everything in the house was just as expected. I've never stayed at a beach house that supplied beach towels, but there were plenty available. I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

In summary, this property is lovely. Right on the beach, well-appointed, and comfortable. The owners made us feel so welcome & we hope to return. By far the best rental property we have experienced. The artwork made us feel a vibe that welcomed us “home” for a week.

We stayed here with our adult children and their families. The house is updated nicely and it was super clean. The location on the beach was amazing and the two outdoor showers kept things clean once we entered the house. The screened in back porch offered the littles a place to play outside and for the adults to use in the evening. The seating on the deck was also another hang out spot. Our older granddaughters enjoyed the hammocks under the house very much. (Thank goodness there were two of them!) The house had plenty of seating for our party of ten and the beds were very comfortable. The house has every appliance you can think of and some basic spices and such in the cabinets. Beach towels were also provided and that saved a lot of space for us when packing for the trip. There were also four beach chairs that we were able to use. The house has plenty of parking and unlike other house there aren’t a million stairs to climb to get to the house (there ARE stairs)A couple of notes for families. There are no closets but there are dressers for your things. While the bathrooms are beautiful, there is no tub for small children.

We’ve stayed at Namastay several times for our annual family trip to Folly, everyone’s favorite week of the year. It’s one of the few homes we’ve repeat visited. The things we love- self check-in, the location away from the busiest areas of the beach, the ample parking, the big screened porch that’s close to the ocean and the beautiful view, the thoughtfully updated and fun decor, 2 dens, the split floorplan, big showers, very comfortable beds with soft linens, the well-stocked kitchen and the beach items provided, and the extremely attentive friendly owners. Namastay is a safe home for small children and the streetside den provides a fairly soundproof area for early-rising littles or night owls watching a movie on the huge tv. The house is always super clean. It’s hard to think of anything we don’t love. There aren’t closets, but there are large dressers and plenty of hooks on the back of doors for hangers. This house is a gem!

Our stay was very comfortable. The internet was a little glitchy with the televisions, but I had no issues with hand-held devices, laptops, or phones.The beach at this end of the island was very quiet, along with the neighbors. Relaxing vacation.

Beautiful home; amazing location!

We didn’t want to leave Namastay. It had an incredible view of the ocean and was a great layout for our 2 families. Beautiful home with lots of thoughtful details. We hated to leave and will be back again soon.

Family Thanksgiving

The house is beautiful and the location perfect for a holiday beach vacation. We enjoyed the views of the water from the back porch and were just steps from the water. The decor is fun. The kitchen has every needed gadget for great home cooked meals.

Absolutely beautiful!

Three generations of our family stayed here after our son’s college graduation. The home could not have been more perfect for our family or a more beautiful spot to celebrate. The extra touches-throw blankets, beach towels, etc- just made our stay even easier and more comfortable.

Wonderful Spot at Folly

We stay at folly every year and this year was no exception. The house was well situated with the 4 bedrooms on each corner. Wonderful space through out including a great front room with the main TV away from the other sitting areas. Good spot to stay right on the water

Perfect beach house

We had a delightful time at this house. Perfect for two couples with kids. One of the most well-appointed properties I’ve ever rented - plenty of towels, robes, soaps, cleaning products, coffee, spices, etc. Perfect layout, comfy beds, good-sized bathrooms/showers, amazing screened-in porch facing the ocean, and fabulous beach: Truly a delightful property. I hope to stay here again next year!

Nice Beach

We had a nice stay on the beach with our family! There were plenty of towels and linens, though it was tight for 10 people as there are no closets to put luggage. Otherwise the house is lovely and it was great to have a nice little spot on the beach!
