East Hill Cottage - Exceptional!

This was our 2nd stay in this colorful & comfortable cottage that had everything we needed - cozy beds, beautiful backyard patio areas, colorful art & unique decor. Great communication with host and the fresh flowers, coffee, breakfast bar & fruit set up is a nice touch. Plus the location is super convenient in a very nice neighborhood. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Comfy and Great Location

The house was very nice and comfy with nice touches by host Diane. Fresh flowers, great snacks, and all the things you need to play and stay in the area. We felt very safe and secure in the old and established neighborhood. We didn't want to stay in the middle of the busy, beachy area and East Hill was the best place to be while still being close to everything.

East Hill Cottage - Awesome!

We stayed for 3 nights and the cottage is perfect and has so much character! The fresh flowers, fruit & coffee bar set up was very nice. The backyard patios are super nice - love all the plants & giant old oak trees. The beds were comfy, the house has everything you need and the location was super convenient - East Hill is a beautiful area! We would definitely book this cottage again. Thank you to our very helpful host too - great job, great property!

Absolutely amazing

The bungalow was beautifully decorated with paintings and fresh flowers. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. Was everything we needed for our visit to Pensacola. The host even had condiments for cooking at home (that was a bonus). We definitely enjoyed the location being close enough to everything we wanted to enjoy ourselves. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks for sharing your house with other’s,it’s great.

Pensacola wedding

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Cutely decorated, beautiful backyard patio. Very thoughtful host extras: fresh flowers in dining room and each bedroom. Basket of fresh fruit and bowl full of snack bars. Kitchen well stocked though we didn’t eat in at all! We had no need to contact our host, everything went very smoothly!

Home away from home.

My stay was excellent from the time I came and left. I was impressed There was big bowl of fruit awaiting large basket granola bars, Starbuckbuck coffee, tea bags, plenty of condiments. The house was very clean,plenty of bath towels soap anything you would need. The hostess was exceptionally nice. I plan to go back to this nice bungalow.

Weekend away!!

We stayed for quick trip for a wedding. The bungalow was the perfect size and location. So clean, perfectly decorated, and even had fresh flowers!! A definite jewel!

It was a perfect location! We received a great text with instructions. Was there for baby shower, house was completely stocked! Great host! Lives right next door but never worried us. Rent this home now:) feels like home! She also left fresh flowers!!! Amazing

Fabulous Getaway

Prior to my arrival, Diane was wonderful about reaching out to me to give me instructions on the house and also tell me some details about how to get in. I appreciated this very welcoming touch. I got in after dark and the house being all lit up was a great touch. The coffee, fruit and bars were welcome since I had not had time to run to the store. The house is very charming, roomy and such a great surprise. The bed was definitely the comfiest that I have stayed at. We truly enjoyed our time spent just visiting away from it all. The couches were comfortable for watching movies and we enjoyed relaxing in the backyard. My favorite rental in Pensacola and I am hoping to return in December! Thank you again for the best stay.

East Hill Excellence

The residence was outstanding - the welcoming with fresh flowers, snacks, large fruit bowl, toiletries, etc. was above and beyond all expectations. This stay was wonderful, met all of our needs (we were in town for a health procedure). The home is lovely - quaint, quiet, and well supplied. This set a high standard against which future VRBO stays will be compared!

Perfect vacation rental

This home was beyond beautiful and felt more spacious than we originally thought it would be. Beds were comfy. Plenty of sofa/futon space and chairs. Beautiful decor and the outside areas were phenomenal. Very thoughtful touches throughout the house like fresh fruit, granola bars, coffee with lots of creamer. Stunning bouquet of fresh flowers. This property was everything we could've wanted. We will stay here again for sure.

Home away from home

The home was very clean. Had all the amenities we needed. Shampoos, soap, laundry even had the soap to use. The fruit bowl and fresh flowers were a nice touch. The area was quite and tranquil. The back yard was a peaceful oasis. We loved it! The host was very helpful and responded quickly.

Wonderful rental.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this cute bungalow! Our place was welcoming and featured beautiful fresh flowers in nearly every room. We were provided with every possible want, including a basket of fresh fruit and Starbucks coffee. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable, we slept well every evening. The Cottage is located in the lovely, residential, historic district of East Hill that is very peaceful. We loved our stay and plan on returning!

The house was nearly perfect for our needs on this trip. I had to come from out of town to assist my sister during and after knee replacement surgery. Minimal carpeting and limited steps getting into the house. Other than a small bathroom, the property was just what we required. It was furnished nicely and kitchen was well equipped. Many 'extras' to make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Couldn’t have been happier! We rented for family visiting from out of town. Home was exactly as described and the owners thought of every detail.
