This is a beautiful cozy vocational manufactured home is located in Bayou Grande Villa. Distance from airport of Pensacola to our home is 8 miles .
It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with washer and drier and fully stocked kitchen .
The house is renovated and stocked with brand new appliances and furniture.
During show season, you can enjoy the Blue Angels from your deck practice overhead each week.
Start your day sipping on a cup of coffee sitting on a deck and enjoying the
beautiful calm water from the bay.
Recently renovated home with new kitchen, new appliances and furniture.
The master bedroom with king size bed, walk in closet and sliding door, from where you can enjoy the bay view.
The second bedroom has queen size bed, closet and drawer.
The third bedroom has twin size bed, closet and drawer.
This home has an outdoor camera by the front door.

Everything we needed was available. Communication with the host was fantastic. The view from the deck was beautiful! If we visit our daughter again before they are transferred, we would stay here again.

Trip to Pensacola

Clean and well maintained property, if you're there at the right time of year and days, you'll be able to see Blue Angels practice, 2 mornings in row we had coffee and watched the show, the location was perfect for our trip.

Great home in a great location!

A little Getaway

All we can say is that we were very pleased with this cute house. It fit our family of 5 just fine. We needed a spot close to the Naval Aviation Museum and the bonus spot of endless beaches were a delightful surprise. For a quiet getaway, this is a great place to go to. Hope you enjoy it the way we did!

Spring break

Stayed 3 nights while visiting my son who is stationed at NAS. We liked the area and the view. It is a modular home but suited us ok. It was very well stocked and communicated with host very easily. Overall we had a great spring break!!

Nice inexpensive stay near NAS Pensacola

Arrived late in the evening and had no water due to rare freezing weather. Contacted host and it was taken care of in a timely manner. Comfortable stay for a week of work. Reasonably priced and convenient. Excellent host.

Misleading description

Newly remodeled and very clean property, supplied with everything needed in the kitchen, bedding, towels... However, the description is misleading since it doesn't mention the property being a mobile home. We realized the next day that mobile homes are the norm in the area, however, we arrived at night and did not expect the villa to be a mobile home.

You’re absolutely right there are Lot of mobile homes in the area and it norm. People live in mobile homes for years and some of them located right next to the water like our home. The location and neighborhood is great and most folks who live here are former military personnel from Navy.

Perfect home-base!

Yuriy was wonderful leading up to our stay with communication and answering questions. I will admit we were skeptical pulling into the neighborhood, as it’s not the nicest looking of places - look out for all the cats running all over near the front of the community! But this house was very sweet and exactly as it appears! It was clean, had plenty of linens, and had just about anything we needed. There is an Aldi, Target, and Walmart just 2 miles west, which was convenient for groceries. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings, and seeing dolphins in the bayou was so exciting! The beds were very comfortable - we even tried to peek at what brand they were! Yuriy continued great communication during our stay when we had questions about the area or the home. It was a great spot for us to stay to have easy access to NAS Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Persido Key, the National Seashore, etc. ,

Renovated Mobile Home

I had doubts driving through the neighborhood. I didn't realize it was a mobile home park. You can tell the home was recently renovated. Very clean on the inside. Kitchen had all appliances and dishes needed to cook. Close to public boat ramp. View of water but you cannot access it. There is a privacy fence on the back porch that has a table but there is no lighting. The charcoal pit was very small and not stable. There is only 1 TV in the living room. Overall, somewhere great to stay for a few days with decent price. Owner is very responsive and addressed all of our concerns!

The home was clean and comfortable. It is well outfitted. Everything was in good working order. The setting is quiet and scenic. There is a large deck a portion of which is covered. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, playing cards and socializing. The neighborhood is quiet. It is a short drive to Pensacola Naval Air Station.
