Wonderful stay

We stayed at this condo with 3 couples (6 people in total). Plus: Each bedroom has a huge own bathroom. During our stays, there was a college tournament held in Mauna Lani Golf course and we enjoyed their play from our terrace. It was so much fun. We also enjoyed BBQ at the terrace. Minus: None in particular. We definitely want to go back there again. Had a very wonderful stay. Thanks.

Spring break in Hawaii

Spent a week here with our two college-aged children. Convenient to both the beaches and the mountains, with plenty of peace and quiet, we love this location. View from the master suite balcony toward the volcanoes is an amazing place for the morning coffee. As a family that likes to cook, we also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen.

Hot tub was broken, no one told us. No early check in . Others received 5%

Tried to find someone at property To speak to Door was not closed It actually was broken and I called to have it repaired later in our stay Even tried my code to see if I was able to check Iin Walked in asking “anyone here” Then a maintenance person came to door And said you can’t check in Misunderstanding Property manager was rude when I spoke to him We stayed here knowing there was a hot tub We love them Use one every day! No one notified us Would not stay at this property again Very unprofessional manager He belittled me And I am old Rented many many property’s Saying I should not have entered the property I think, why did my code work then ?

Easy stay

We arrived to a clean, well stocked house- from cookware to serving ware and storage for leftovers. Great places to bike (provided) and walk to- the ponds, petroglyphs, mauna Lani beach and club, neighboring hotels for a drink. 2 hour drive to volcano national park, 15 minutes to hapuna beach, 15 minutes to grocery store, 45 minutes to Kona brewery. Beautiful lanai frequented by goats. Very spacious for 6 adults and 2 kids. Bonus- each bedroom had its own large bathroom! Garage sucked with beach gear - wagon, coolers, umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear, sand toys, boogie boards. 6 or 7 Beach towels were available for use. We did not need to contact the owners while there. Would highly recommend!

Top notch!

Centrally located in gorgeous Mauna Lani. House had everything - snorkel gear, bikes, boogie boards, coolers; kitchen had all the pots, pans, utensils, food storage, spices, you name it. Very hard to find places that sleep nine people. I will book again!

Fabulous

The home was gorgeous as was the pool and spa. The kitchen was very well equipped. Loved the walls of windows that totally opened up the gathering area. The separate bungalows were thoroughly enjoyed and added privacy. We all highly recommend this Hawaii rental.

Wonderful rental. They had so many items available which made our trip wonderful.

The only item we had an issue with was that the air conditioning was programmed not allowing temperature to be set below 72 degrees. Even with the fans on at night, it was not comfortable sleeping. 70 might have been a better temperature.

Property was very nice large and well stocked with everything needed. Beds were all great.

The rental exp was very easy. Great job of communicating by the owners/property managers. Only issue is it could have been cleaned better. We actually had to clean some areas when we got there. But other than that it was great and I would recommend. It slept 5 adults comfortably. We would come back!

Good family spot

This is a really nice property for a family gathering. We had 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and one infant and it was plenty of space. Only about 2 minute walk to the community pool which is a great place for kids. Beach club access was really awesome and the garage was stocked full of toys and beach things. Overall great stay and super nice house, the owners are super responsive too with any questions we had. The only negative were that the downstairs bedroom does not have any blinds in the windows, so you are pretty much subject to sunrise and sunset for trying to sleep. This was difficult for the kids trying to take naps, but we still managed. Also there are 9 remotes on the coffee table which is excessive. Trying to get anything on the TV to work was super difficult. They really need to simplify this as we still were unable to get Netflix to load and had to just stream from our iPad instead. These were both minor issues and did not take away from our enjoyment of renting this property and I would fully recommend it for a larger family

Trip of a lifetime.

What a fantastic place! Do not hesitate to book. The property is exactly as shown, in fact, even better. It was the most well stocked vacation home I’ve ever used; you will not want for anything. All of the recreational toys in the garage were a lifesaver and were used everyday. Great location to the best beaches and shaved ice on the island. We snorkeled a lot and all agreed the best was at the private beach club.

Vacation review

Beautiful location. Got to see goats on the golf course every day. Nice quiet area. Good location for stores shopping getting around. Nice pool. Residence as described in ad, would only request a second beach card and second garage door opener. Appreciated quick response and getting table and chair replaced due to prior damage .

Beautiful property...but

If an option, i would have rated 4.75 stars. This is a great condo. Clean, spacious, plenty of dishes, pots, pans, comfortable beds, quality towels, etc. We had trouble with the fridge and a few other things and the management team was VERY responsive. The BUT... the flatware includes just 4 knives. A couple of the remotes had no batteries. The cutlery is dull. The place is beginning to show signs of wear. Edges of rugs are worn/torn, walls need paint, dining table has been broken and repaired poorly so it isn't flat, two of the dining chairs have broken lattice backings, living room furniture is beginning to sag. And yet, it is still a lovely location and very nice property, and I hope the owners put in the money necessary to make it truly 5 star again!

Great location and wonderful home away from home!!

We will be back! Location is perfect, easy walk to the beach and ponds...lovely backyard view of the golf course. Kitchen is nicely equipped for those who enjoy creating meals at home. Toys in the garage were nice to have, snorkel gear was functional which was nice!!

Hawaii experience perince

This was our first time ever in The Big Island...tbis rental home was so beautiful clean the views were amazing any questions I had would be answered no matter the time, it was excellently equipped with everything you need from towels to pots and pans just such a welcoming atmosphere the neighborhood was clean and everyone was so friendly I would definitely be returning 💙

Wonderful Vacation

We had the best time staying at the Island Melody Villa. The house was just as pictured with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. It was plenty of space for two families. We cooked almost every meal in the kitchen and had all of the right supplies to do so. The location is also great. The quick walk to the pool was a breeze with little kids as was the short drive to the beach club. Having that access was really the cherry on top. We also frequently walked over to the grocery store. We loved making the quick drive to the black sand beach and beach 69. We had such a wonderful trip and will definitley be back!

A PERFECT PLACE TO STAY. IT HAS ALL BEACH EQUIPMENT THAT YOU NEED FOR A FAMILY OF SIX. THE BEDROOMS EACH HAVE THERE OWN SPACIOUS BATHROOM. THE GROUND ARE BEAUTIFUL AND THE PRIVATE BEACH IS PERFECT FOR KIDS AND ADULTS. WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT.

Great property for family get away

This was one of our favorite places we hav stayed in 6 different times to Mauna Lani area. The house was close enough to walk to The Shops, to the hotels and to the Bay Club. The pool for the properties was a hit for our 10 year old twins. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Property

The community is beautiful and well maintained. The condo was perfectly designed and had great views from upstairs bedrooms and downstairs great room and dining room. Some problems with the cleaning of the exterior furniture, but on the whole, a very nice unit. The bicycles provided are inadequate for any adult who is interested in a decent workout, but rental bicycles are available in the two Waikoloa shopping centers.

Great Location. Very nice development with a great common pool and grounds. A little more detail could be paid to the details and cleanliness and minor repairs.

Fantastic Home and Location!

Truly enjoyed our experience on this property on the big island. Wonderful location with a community pool within walking distance and private beach just a short drive away with a wonderful restaurant. Highly recommended for your Big Island vacation.

Staycation

My husband and I and two of our children aged 11 and 3 stayed here with a good friend and her 9 yr old and 3 yr old. It was the perfect size for all of us. The stairs were a little scary at first but the toddlers learned to navigate them and were up and down the stairs all day! The kitchen had SO many pans and plates and cups and all the basic seasoning/oils we needed. There were lots of pool towels and we loved that each bedroom (all 3) had a master en-suite bathroom, all were great and big and luxurious. Just don’t try to soak in the tub at the same time as someone else, because the hot water wouldn’t supply the tubs all at once like that. The AC felt great!! It was the perfect staycation for us all during this pandemic, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The pool and jacuzzi were great! We had that to ourselves basically the whole time too. And the property manager was always easy to reach when we had any questions. Definitely will be going back.

Great place.

Overall great place to stay. We will stay here again. Half the bikes had flat tires so we weren’t able to use them but besides that this place was a Dream.
