Perfection!

We could not have been happier with this property. It was perfect for our group (grandparents, adult children and children). Spotless with very comfortable beds, bathrooms with both shower and tub in all, very well equipped kitchen, lovely big shared lawn in back for the kids to run around in and amazing proximity to the lovely community pool. The beach equipment in the garage is ample -- snorkels, bikes, floaties, buggie boards, umbrellas plus ample beach towels. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

West coast family vacation

This property exceeded my expectations. Everything that we could have needed was provided. The condo was large enough to hold 10 of us comfortably. the amenities were spectacular, private beach, pool and jacuzzi directly beside condo. Grocery store property. we met some very friendly neighbors. My family will forever remember this vacation.

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing time, it was very central to the beaches and activities that we chose. My morning runs were great, easy access to coffee shops and the view around the property was amazing. A few steps from the pool for the kids was super helpful. Everything that we needed to go to the beach was provided: chairs, toys, towels. Thanks so much for having us stay at your property! I would definitely go again!

Perfect vacation

Fabulous

Our grand kids described the house as luxurious. We so enjoyed the snorkel gear and the boogie boards. When the ac broke down they came the same day to evaluate and then fixed it by the next day! Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Enjoyed by all. Perfect location. It was so private I didn’t realize it was a townhouse until we had been there 5 days.

Loved the location!

Island Pearl fit our needs perfectly. Our family enjoyed the benefits of a big common backyard area. Lots of room for the little ones to run. We loved the closeness of the pool, as the path to it, was right off of our driveway.. We will return next year!

Amazing vacation rental

The rental was amazing. Beautiful location and spacious right next to the pool and hot tub. Best out of all our stays through VRBO. Tried to book it again for December but it was full. This would be our go to spot for out getaways. Great hosts ♥️

Lovely stay on the Big Island

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family of 5. The pictures do not do it justice. So much room for all of us, a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances, right next to the pool and short drives to the most beautiful beaches. We didn't figure out we were walking distance to the cute shops until the end of our stay but could have done a morning stroll for coffee each day. Very comfortable with all of the amenities you could ask for. Mahalo!

Great family friendly stay!

We had a great stay at the island pearl villas! The location was fantastic- right next to the pool and in short walking/driving distance to amazing beaches. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances/gadgets and the beds were all comfortable. The only issue we ran into was in regards to the cleanliness. There were small bugs in the kitchen on the counter next to the sink and we found clothes from the previous stay upon arrival. One of the pull out beds also appeared to have not been cleaned. Regardless for the price and location we had a fantastic time and would stay again.

Great stay for a family!

My family and I stayed here for a couple of nights; great location and really nice pool! It's a wonderful space and perfect for a family. The access to the private beach club was perfect as well!! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place - well represented

The property was very much what we expected to find from the pictures and description on-line. It's a very nice neighborhood, centrally located in the Mauna Lani resort. Three large bedrooms provide equal comfort for three couples with no one needing to squeeze into a third bedroom meant for children. All of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and king size beds. The furnishings are a bit bland, but the kitchen was well stocked with all of the appliances we needed and the grill came in very handy. The property is right next to the community pool, but fairly well protected from the noise coming out of the pool area. The property does have a fair amount of deferred maintenance. Some of the sliding doors would not lock, several of the closet sliders or shutters to the outside have come off their tracks so would not close or closed with difficulty and one of the sinks was backed up. However, overall it served us well. Everyone had a comfortable rook and we enjoyed the location. I would certainly come again.

Absolutely Perfect!

The home was perfectly equipped for our party of 7. The home was beautiful, clean and located in an excellent location near all the best beaches! There’s also a well stocked grocery store just down the street. The garage was nicely equipped with all the beach gear you might need. Tons of beach towels and even an ice chest! This particular villa was directly next to the pool which was very convenient. The night we arrived we had a neighbor upset that our vehicle was in the driveway, we hadn’t even unloaded our suitcases yet so that was a bummer. Apparently he wanted us to park all the way over in visitor parking then drag our suitcases to the house? Aside form our neighbor’s complaint, everything was PERFECT! If you’re on the fence, book it! You won’t regret it!

Excellent Staycation

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful home with all the amenities. Loved their well stocked and spacious kitchen to entertain. Very comfy and spacious rooms, each with double sink, tub and shower attached. Swimming pool is right next door. Kids loved the bikes to cruise around on in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed every bit of our staycation. Access to the beautiful private beach. Would definitely return.

Property Review

The location is good. The pool for The Islands is very good. The Units are well built with expensive appliances. The quality of the furnishings in Unit L1 are mixed. The kitchen equipment and supplies are very good, as are the beach toys, but most of the remaining furnishings are low end for a unit of this calibre.

Awesome spacious place

Loved that they supplied, beach chairs, towels, sand toys and bikes! Additionally, kitchen had all the necessities! BBQ and lanai's were amazing! Really large and spacious. Only recommendation we had was more seating in the living room. There wasn't enough seating in there for everyone. Property managers very attentive to inquiries.
