Japandi Minimalism at Espadin LoHi - Your Denver Retreat

Step into a serene 1-bedroom loft where Japanese and Scandinavian design principles meet -- clean lines, natural materials, neutral tones, and purposeful minimalism. Every detail is intentional. Every piece earns its place. The result is a calming retreat that's rare in the middle of a city.

THE SPACE:
Natural wood textures, earthy color palette, indoor plants, and beautifully appointed bathrooms. Private patio for outdoor living. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light without visual clutter. Full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi for remote work.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

PARKING:
Garage parking available as a paid add-on ($25/night). Reserve your spot during booking. Free street parking also typically easy to find near the building.

Amazing location for the 4th

We could not recommend this location enough! Truly one of our favorite neighborhoods in Denver. Very clean and comfortable, right across the street from the delicious Zuni brewery. Amazing food and cafe options. Only downside is the award winning Mexican restaurant downstairs is gone and being replaced with a Korean hot pot. Not bad, but definitely a little disappointed. Otherwise, perfection.

A little disappointment.

The hallway in the building needed work. The baseboards were missing and the carpet stained. The first 3 days of our stay there were 3 bags of garbage next to the elevator. The smell got worse with each day. The condo itself was okay, not wonderful.

The first apt I got the hot water wasn’t working, so they moved me to a new apt . That was very thoughtful, I was there do to my mother being in hospice and the lady thing I needed was to worry about taking a shower. I appreciate that they did acknowledge it and make it better
