Welcome to Sunnyside at Wrightsville Landing by KEES Vacations!

Location is everything at Sunnyside at Wrightsville Landing. Within walking distance to the ocean, stores, and popular restaurants, you will love staying here. Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, you will enjoy easy access to attractions like the Wright Brothers Memorial.

Walk into the spacious and clean townhouse and you will find the living space, kitchen, and dining area. Also, there is a half bathroom for convenience.

Upstairs is where you will settle down for a good night's sleep (or afternoon vacation nap) after a sun and fun-filled day at the beach. Guests will choose between a Queen Bedroom or a bedroom with two Twin Beds. There is a full bathroom here for all to share.

This is the perfect vacation spot on the Outer Banks. Close to everything! With KEES FlexStay program, you can stay as little or as long as you like - and can check in whatever day you choose!

There are two parking spaces for guests.

Please note, there is no washer, dryer or dishwasher in this unit.

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

With beach chairs and umbrellas, surfboards, oceanfront dining, and daily live music and entertainment all at your fingertips, Village Beach Club transforms your Outer Banks getaway into a full resort destination.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Children 2 and under are free.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.

Stayed for a week. Great location, easy stroll to the beach and nearby restaurants. Plenty of parking and we had two cars. Would stay again if we were to visit. Price was perfect. Beds were super comfy. Thanks for a lovely visit to OBX.

The property wasn’t clean upon arrival. There were used towels in the bathroom, a dusting of what looked like ceiling popcorn was on the floors and beds, the AC didn’t work upstairs, there was no hairdryer or laundry as advertised. We were also unable to get the electrical outlets to work in the bathrooms. One of the outlets in the living room was taped closed. We were unsure as to why. There are lots of marks on the walls and the carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. All in all a very unenjoyable stay. We wound up leaving a day early.

Arriving to used towels, debris, and other cleanliness concerns is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We are also sorry for the issues with the upstairs A/C, electrical outlets, missing advertised amenities, and the overall condition of the home. We understand how frustrating it must have been for these concerns to impact your stay to the point that you chose to leave early. Your comments regarding the carpets, walls, electrical concerns, and housekeeping have been shared with the appropriate teams for further review and attention. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and regret that we were unable to provide the comfortable and enjoyable stay you deserved.

This is a small, no frills property that was clean and comfortable with everything in working order. It is within easy walking distance of several good places to eat. It was fine for us--grandparents with 2 young grandkids. Only issue was that parking passes were not provided, other than a dated one from a previous guest. I was stressed the first night there hoping my car wouldn't get towed. Issue resolved next day.
