South Seas is Florida before over-development spoiled it. The walk to the beach is literally 100 steps from the bottom of the staircase or elevator. The Gulf of Mexico's water is inviting. The waves are usually very gentle and predictable, making this an ideal place for families with children to introduce their kids to salt water and the ocean. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in shower, the other has a shower and tub.
