Pelican Walk 301 is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom - 2 bath GULF FRONT condo on the 3rd floor. Located just off the elevator, you will enjoy with access to beach and pools! Perfect for Families sleeping up to 9 guests! FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella service included with 301!

Unit 301 has an open floor plan with beautiful Gulf views from kitchen, dining, and living areas! The living area has plenty of seating with a reclining leather sofa and love seat and two recliner chairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed along with a twin size day bed, and the third bedroom has 2 queen size beds. Enjoy two full bathrooms with modern custom tile showers. The master bedroom in 301 has a private balcony and an adjoining master bath with an oversized custom tile shower with a bench seat, double vanity, and separate toilet area.

The remodeled kitchen has NEW! granite counter tops, custom cabinets and all new appliances! Enjoy family meals at the farm house dining table! Also, included is a full size washer and dryer in the condo. The wrap around balcony is Gulf front and overlooks the East pool.
It is the perfect spot to watch the kids play in the pool or take in the view of the Gulf's emerald green water!

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay! Nestled on the quiet end of Thomas Drive, just 2 miles to St. Andrew's State Park. Enjoy all PCB has to offer with-in a 1-2 mile , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access with beach service, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more!

Wonderful Stay in 301

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our party of 10 enjoyed our stay at Pelican Walk 301. There was enough room for 6 adults and 4 children (3 of which were teenagers) to sleep and hang out. We loved the living room furniture as it was comfortable and offered plenty of seating. The large balcony overlooked the pool and we had a great view of the Gulf. The kitchen was well equipped and had ample counter space. The beach area was not over crowded. We were able to set up our beach canopies each morning in a spot that could be seen from our balcony.

We met with seven other family members who are all in different condos and no one‘s measured up to ours or yours. The bathrooms were a bit small but aside from that. No complaints here at all locations perfect. The walk to the beach is perfect location to the waffle house and the souvenir shop was wonderful. The place was very clean and we just thoroughly enjoyed our stay. .

The balcony and ocean view was great !! The staff at Pelican Walk was friendly, helpful and courteous. The grounds & amenities at the condo great. The only downside was lack of storage in the bedrooms (no dressers). Housekeeping slacked alittle in cleaning under beds & furniture. Overall, we loved it and will DEFINITELY return !!

Loved the Decor, very up-to-date. this was a beautiful room. Our only complaint was the fact that we were without air-conditioning for over 24 hours after a short in the AC and three different AC guys, it was very uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful but all the while we were still so hot after being at the beach all day and no way to escape the heat once we were in our room.

A palm tree blocks part of the view from the balcony but not too bad. Master bedroom has no dresser for storage. Bathrooms need more hooks/towel bar to hang clothes/towels on.
