Det finns en anledning till att alla lokalbefolkningen säger alla att bo på Exclusive Hamilton Cove. Vid 1 000 kvm, (jämför med 400 på hotell) och Way More kvadratmeter än alla andra 1bdrm HamCove-enheter, är denna villa särskilt rymlig och rymmer enkelt 4 personer (2 sovrum i bdrm, 2 på drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet! Denna lägenhet har inga hinder och du kommer att känna dig på toppen av själva stranden du är så nära (se pix). Bara två trappor kommer över havet! Kom ihåg att lägenheter med inga steg har ingen vy. Det finns ett separat badkar (för barn eller om det är din sak) och en separat dusch - oavsett vad du behöver. Med ALLA bekvämligheter och säkerhet plus privat användning av en golfvagn, privat strand och ett kök, inte bara för att spara från att gå ut, men att slappna av och stanna kvar! Vakna till lugn, brygg kaffe (eller vad som helst), ät en lil något som slappnar av på balkongen utan att behöva lämna (som ett hotell). Kör 10 minuter till Avalon, eller stanna här på den privata stranden, poolen, jacuzzin som gör Ham Cove. Spela tennis, minigolf, krokett, träning, snorkla eller köra 5 minuter till superklassig Descanso Beach för kajakpaddling, Stand-up paddleboard, en massage..eller .. gå till restaurangen / baren för levande utomhusmusik och drycker på strand!!!
Se, denna semester är verkligen vad du gör av den. Från TOTAL avkoppling till Full On Hikes, cykling och ALLA vattensporter! Avalon är så nära, men känns mil från hemmet. Och att bo på Ham Cove är toppen av linjen men bäst värde!

Very close to the ocean with a beautiful view from the common area and bedroom. The property owner is extremely responsive and very nice. He checked up to make sure everything worked out perfectly leading up to my stay, during check-in, and at check-out. Thanks you very much, Rich!

Wonderful views!

Great property! Loved the views! Loved sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evenings! We had everything we needed. The golf cart was great to have, it was a hit with the kids! A peaceful retreat despite being full that weekend! We will definitely be back!

Wow - images certainly do not do this place justice. Rich's unit is the perfect location for views, access to clubhouse amenities, and the golf cart/beach and it offered the perfect space with comfy living areas and the balcony we spent most of our time on (the neighbors are nice too :)). Loved that the quiet private community was a short distance away from crowds and parties when you were ready to call it a night. Rich was very communicative to ensure our arrival was smooth and instructions/tips were clear. Will definitely return soon.

Absolutley Amazing!

My stay at this property was wonderful. The property was cozy and relaxing and all of the views were beautiful. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and the use of the golf cart was a huge bonus! Enjoyed our stay

We stayed at HamCove on our recent trip to Avalon and had a great experience within Hamilton cove and exploring the island, It is conveniently located in a gated community with private access to the beach and various activities. We were not able to maximize our stay due to the rain, but got most of it on the days it was clear. Overall a great experience

Catalina Wine Mixer celebration

Rich is amazing host! Had contact with me made the check in very easy! The golf cart is such a great bonus to staying here! The place is fantastic amazing ocean view lots of space nicely stocked very clean! After the day’s celebrating at the wine mixer it was such a nice place to come home to and relax. I highly recommend staying here we would choose this again!

Very scenic location perfect for 2

This condo was very cute and had all you would need in a full kitchen, king-size bed, and family room. You need to be comfortable driving a golf cart everywhere, since this location is not close enough or safe to walk to town. The golf cart was older and emitted quite a few fumes...maybe time to upgrade it?

View is unsurpassed. Couldn’t keep interior temperature regulated. Many ceiling and table top fans and one single AC portable unit that was especially noisy. Balcony good size and very comfortable. Beach access wonderful. Bed comfortable.

Great location. Needs some TLC. Kitchens appliances old and damaged. Proliferation of ants, especially in the bed. Lots of junk in all the cupboards. Golf cart needed attention.

Fun getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Richard's property. Everything was ready when we got there and it looked clean and presentable. The location of the unit was perfect. For those that have trouble going up or down stairs, it may be a little difficult for you but it was great for us! Can't wait to go back and stay longer 💜

Best Value in Hamilton cove

We have stayed at approx 10 different condos in Hamilton Cove over the years. This is the best value with an excellent location. You can hear the ocean at night. Close to the private beach. Far enough from the road to where you are not hearing golf carts all night. We will definitely be back. Host is very accommodating. Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Joe & Teresa

Away with Dergs

The island is a special place. Coming from the East coast we really didn’t know what to expect. Scenic views everywhere. The golf cart is an absolute plus, it greatly enhanced our trip . The vibe is very laid back . The island grocery store has all your needs . Our ONLY problem was there are no AC units on the property. Most nights a fan and leaving the window open would work. We just happened to go when it was warmer than normal. The eco tour on the back part of the island is recommended . Would go back .

I had a distinctly poor interaction with the owner who thought I was using his place as a party house which I thought was more than stupid and presumptuous. I was a guest of 2 families who were staying on their grand banks one of which wanted to see the property. I felt when I gave him a list of possible visitors, along with children , he immediately lost all perspective. I even went so far as to text him I could find another place if he was that worried and at that point the interaction seemed to change. I only used the facility to sleep and clean up, otherwise enjoyed enjoyed granddaughters soccer game and lobster diving. never even left any trash or misc. items needing clean up. all other personnel at facility were fine and helpful as needed. I simply resented the brash presumption of the owner and will not stay at hamilton cove again.
