I den historiska stadskärnan, ett stenkast från Rialtobron och andra stora attraktioner, ligger inom bekvämt gångavstånd från järnvägsstationen från vilken buss eller med båt, med buss Riva de Biasio, bara en kort promenad från lägenheten. Rummen, nyligen restaurerade, är rymliga (21sqm) och ljusa tack vare två stora fönster med utsikt över en typisk gata. The host was very responsive, and the apartment, although small, was very nice and clean. I would advise future guests to arrange a water taxi (to the dock near Rufio Pizza in Santa Croce. Is just a short walk—and only one bridge—to walk. The neighbor hood is quiet and away from the crazy crowds! Limotaxivenice.com

Comfortable stay in a a perfect location

We enjoyed a seamless check in and stay at this charming and spacious apartment in central Venice. Easy access to the local sights and a safe and comfortable neighborhood. Gian Maria was a great host and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Great location and flexible host

This apartment was in the perfect location. Everything was walkable and it wasn’t in the middle of the chaos. Very cute resident neighborhood. We had a great time staying here for two nights as a family of 5. Host was very flexible with dropping luggage off.

Fine accommodations, great location

We loved the location and enjoyed the relative quiet while staying close to all the sites. This apartment was not very comfortable, though, with sagging mattresses and limited heat. Also seemed high priced, but maybe that’s just Venice market. Owner was very communicative.

Great Spot

We had great communication. The host messaged me long before my trip. Day of we were offered early check in to match our train as well as ability to stay a little later. The house was clean and had all the things we needed. There were 6 of us and we all stayed comfortably no problem. Don’t miss out on this place it was great!

We had a wonderful stay at Ruga Bella. It’s located on a quiet street but located close to cafes and restaurants. It is a very spacious apartment and the beds were so comfortable. The host was so accommodating and was quick to respond to messages. I would highly recommend staying at Ruga Bella!

Nice stay, great host

Gianmaria was a great host and very helpful from the time of booking through to check out. The property is located fairly centrally in a quiet part of Venice. It is about a 10-minute walk from the train station with some bridges and stairs involved so plan for that if you are bringing a lot of luggage. It is nice that he has both a washer and dryer for laundry.

Venice holiday

The apartment was charming and had all that we needed. The location was great and a short walk from the train station. Gian Maria was an exceptional host. He was very communicative with us prior to and during our stay. We appreciated the well stocked coffee and laundry supplies.

Ruga Bella charming apartment

We only stayed 1 night, but the apartment was perfect! Great location and everything we needed was there. We wish we had had more time to stay and explore, but if we find ourselves in Venice again, we would absolutely stay in Gian Maria's apartment again.

We loved our stay at Ruga Bella! It was so close to all the sites, the train station and was much quieter than busier tourist areas. Great place in Venice. Super clean!

Gian Maria was very responsive to questions and had the room early when we arrived earlier than originally planned. Away from most of the crowds - the street was a little loud but by 11 pm (on a Saturday) had quieted down. Did not see a grill or hot tub but didn’t have a need for those in a cool November. Would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Venice!

Great Location

Gian Marie is a wonderful host and very responsive. This is less than a 10 min walk from the train station and you feel as if you are staying among the locals rather than among tourist's. We enjoyed our time here!
