En charmig lägenhet med två sovrum med terrass och balkong på kanalen i ett förtrollande läge med utsikt över en av de vackraste kanalerna i hela Venedig. Fredligt beläget intill kyrkan och klostret Eremite och mittemot en av de mest historiska och välkända restaurangerna i staden, 'Locanda Montin'.

Ca 'Dell' Artista är helt återställd till de högsta standarderna och i utsökt smak genom hela andra våningen (övervåningen) inför Rio Delle Romite (ibland känd som 'Rio Dell' Eremite 'eller' Canal of the Hermits 'på engelska ) och erbjuder luftkonditionering och internetuppkoppling.

Dess ljusa översvämmade vardagsrum och matplats är inredda i en mycket trendig och sammetten slät "venetiansk grön" polerad gipsfinish som mjukt återspeglar de krusande nyanserna i den lugna kanalen nedan, medan det enorma bostadsområdet ytterligare betonas av dess höga tak och magnifika synliga balkar . Mindre än en minuts promenad till de dagliga aktiviteterna i en blomstrande stadsdel - ta en kort promenad längs gränden mittemot, med dess lilla upplysta helgedom och lockande hemlighet, innan du plötsligt anländer till Fondamenta Toletta, en charmig gata med bokhandlar, bar, gelataria, ATM och kanaltabellerna i de små, men mycket populära, 'Enoteca Ai Artisti'. Också mycket nära de fina restaurangerna på Calle Lunga San Barnaba som leder direkt till det förtjusande Campo San Barnaba och i sin tur till Ca 'Rezzonico vaporettostopp och det mycket imponerande Ca' Rezzonico-museet för 1700-talskonst, direkt utanför Grand Kanal.

Great location and well stocked house

The location of this house can’t be beat. Multiple restaurants and bars within a 2 min walk. The house was very clean and stocked with all dishes you would need along with dish washer detergent. Beds comfy and check in/out process a breeze. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Perfect place for a relaxed stay

I liked everything. Beautiful apartment in quiet area. Everything you could want is nearby. VoV service is great!!! You arranged our arrival and departure perfectly. And you can always be reached if your guests have a problem or a quiestion Was a bit difficult to get heavy suitcase up and down the stairs.

Beautiful Neighborhood

A beautiful and quiet neighborhood steps from a wonderful bar, cafe, restaurant and gelato. Convenient to two water bus stops to take you to all of the sights. Excellent grocery store nearby and even a wheeled tote in closet! Great communication! Thanks for a great stay!

Great apartment!

We loved our stay at this apartment in Venice! It was very roomy with great views of canals below. It was close enough to easily walk everywhere, yet quiet and away from the throngs of tourists in Venice. Also, lots of great restaurants were just minutes away. We loved everything about our stay and would definitely stay here next time we’re in Venice!

Amazing apartment with great location

Perfect for us. Away from the touristy crowds of Venice. Makes you feel as though you are a local. Stairs to the top might be a challenge for some, but added to the charm for us!

Fantastic Place in great location

Everything was perfect from a to z. We were well looked after and informed. The agency has organized all our requests quickly and correctly. We also felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment and the location is simply brilliant for discovery tours on foot.

Wonderful apartment in Venice

Very cozy and well appointed apartment in a lovely part of the city. Close to everything! We loved the spacious living area and enjoyed being able to relax in comfort at home when not out exploring the beautiful city. VOV and their staff were extremely helpful and made our stay a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

A perfect home in the city

The apartment was beautifully restored and furnished. We loved the balcony overlooking the canal. Close to everything yet quiet. Mattress in primary bedroom is uncomfortable.

Lovely accommodations. In a quiet area

We really enjoyed the apartment which was situated in a lovely building overlooking a small canal. The apartment was spacious and light and well equipped for 4 people. There is a small terrace overlooking the canal which was lovely to sit out and watch the world go by, there is a larger terrace facing the internal gardens. The area is very quiet and there are some lovely local restaurants nearby. The apartment was very easy to get to with the taxi from the airport stopping a 3 min walk away. It was so nice to stay in a quieter area but still close to the main attractions.

Excellent communication and awesome apartment!

The location was great and easy to get too! Rosanna met us at our water taxi drop off that Views on Venice set up for us. I recommend having them set up water taxi for pick up. We came via train and it was seamless. She was awesome getting us set up in the apartment. She gave great advice of things to see and do while in Venice! The entire visit was fabulous and the hospitality of View on Venice was great. Annalisa communicated us from time of booking until departure and was huge help navigating the process. Highly recommend!

Great Location

Beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to food and activities. Master bedroom is large, with a well appointed bathroom. The second bedroom is tight, with a bathroom down the hall. The beds are large for Italy, extra pillows gave you options. AC works very well!

Our family of five enjoyed our stayed here for 3 nights. It’s a spacious apartment, well-stocked, with comfortable beds and good views of the canal. It was nice to have two patio options, lovely to sip coffee in the morning before it got too hot. We really appreciated the air conditioning given the high temperatures outside. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Milestone Birthday

This apartment was perfect for us. It was spacious and in an area that we were already familiar with. Plus it allowed us the opportunity to explore new places in Venice. It was convenient to several vaporetto stops which we used multiple times a day. We enjoyed it immensely and the staff were most helpful and accommodating as we got to the city later than we had planned. A most enjoyable birthday and experience in my favorite city.

The property was great! It was clean, had all the modern amenities, beds were comfortable, had a wonderful view of the canal, and the location was quiet, away from the touristy spots, and yet close enough to the main attractions. The only downside to it was the long flight of stairs, as there was no lift. The staff at the VOV were excellent, friendly, and always communicated promptly and responsive from start to finish of our stay. Marco greeted us from the time we were dropped off at our place and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. Every staff at VOV was patient with us and always accommodated us every time we needed to reserve a water taxi. They even allowed us to leave our luggage after check out while waiting for our evening flight. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this property. Highly recommended!

Great Apartment; Quiet Neighborhood; Easy Walk to Everything

Property staff met us at nearest Vaporetto stop and led us directly to apartment (a 4 minute walk). Apartment was clean and light-filled. Located on quiet canal with easy walk to Accademia Supermarket on Zattere is a 5 minute walk away, so getting basic food supplies was a breeze. 2 very good restaurants within about 100 yards of property: Casin Nobili and Osteria Ai Artisti. Both are excellent. Ai Artisti is a little more chef-y and Nobili is a little more traditional Venetian, but both had great food. A very memorable stay.

lovely apartment

A very pretty spacious apartment in a quiet part of Venice. The apartment was very comfortable and the staff was helpful. I would suggest that you give your guests the choice of taking the water bus or the water taxi. Inform them of the difference in price and duration of the trip. We would have preferred being met at the train station and taken a water taxi even though it is more expensive.

Spacious, quiet, and lovely!

This was our first time in Europe. Ca' Dell'Artista is a gorgeous apartment with beautiful wooden beams. It is quite spacious and the air conditioning worked great in the summer heat! The flat overlooks a canal, with a wonderful restaurant almost directly across the canal. The hosts and staff were very prompt with replies and extremely helpful. Enrica met us at the boat stop to escort us to the property. She was so accommodating…suggesting restaurants, bars, local market, and shops. The location is perfect! It is close enough to all the top sites yet so quiet and peaceful on the canal. We cannot wait to go back to Venice and this property! We hope to stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

Views on Venice was founded in the late 1990’s when the concept of short term apartment rentals was in its infancy and rarely considered an option by most visitors to the city. As a ‘thirty-something’ Venetian excited by the new business and communication opportunities offered by the internet, I decided to link up with a close childhood friend in creating a partnership which, at the time, was a novelty in Venice.
The idea we had in mind was to approach the traditional management of my family’s apartments from an entirely different angle, while at the same time resisting the attentions of those wanting to transform my family's palazzo into a prestigious hotel.
Our aim was to offer these apartments, as well as those of friends, for rental to an international clientele who’d take pleasure in the comfort, freedom and authenticity of ‘living at home as a Venetian’ rather than merely observing the city from the confines of an anonymous hotel room or suite.
The common denominator then, as now, was to offer ‘something extra’ amidst an already extraordinary city - an added dimension which turns a ‘stay’ into an ‘experience’ and a 'dream' into 'reality'.
