Detta anpassade hem med 4 sovrum slutfördes 2017. Det är på Eucalyptus street, Avalons bästa gata eftersom det inte är tillåtna golfbilar. Barn leker på gatan och invånarna har grillar och äter ute. Hemmet har kantinadörrar i full bredd som öppnar sig mot en veranda med en verandasving. Köket har en vargserie, tunnelbana kakel och vackra bänkskivor. Det finns ett sovrum på nedervåningen med en queen size-säng. På övervåningen finns ett nyckfullt våningssängrum med fem våningssängar och ett loftområde. Det finns också ett rum med två enkelsängar och ett annat sovrum med en drottning och en tvilling. Detta är ett familjesemesterhem och vi gör det tillgängligt för en utvald grupp familjer som kommer att behandla det som sitt eget.

The PERFECT Spot in Catalina!

The house was perfect. Great for a family holiday. The kids LOVED the bunk room. Super convenient location. Great to be on a street with no traffic. Super safe, lovely, easy. Worth it!!

Beautiful home great location

Stayed for my twins 13th. We recently lost my husband so it was importante that this trip be memorable and fun. It was just that. Wonderful location and the home was so kid friendly. I had a room downstairs so it was nice to be tucked away and get rest.

Eucalyptus House

The property is attractive, nicely sized and PERFECTLY located. It served well for our particular needs of our family which includes grandparents, adult children and their young children for a total of seven (one dad couldn't make it).

Great central location, safe street for family

Great place to stay for 3 couples, and the kids bunk room accommodates 5+ kids easily! The street out front has very little traffic which is nice. Great stay! Right next to Vons grocery store.

Great Stay!

We had a girls weekend and this location and loved the proximity and aesthetic. It was a great place and we would stay here again! We had some issues with the upstairs toilet and the property owner was very communicative. Thank you again!

Great house in good location

One of the better houses we’ve stayed at in Catalina. We are regulars to the island and always looking for great properties. This had plenty of room for our group and in a nice quiet street. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Host very easy to communicate with. Thank you!

Best Weekend Getaway for Moms

I was looking for a house big enough for a mom’s getaway weekend to Catalina. We wanted to be present with each other and not have to worry about watching over our kids/cook/etc. This house was as advertised and big enough for all of us to have a bed to sleep on. It was clean and spacious. The house was stocked with towels, pots/pans, utensils, plates, etc. Vons was just down the street from the house and the location was so convenient! The walk from the pier to the house was easy as well, and we all enjoyed walking around town. Tyler, the owner, was very responsive when we needed help with the heater. We all enjoyed our stay and this house gave us so many good memories. Thank you, Tyler, for opening your house to us and allowing us to catch up and unwind!

Awesome Catalina House

My friends and I had a great stay! It was a reunion trip for 7 adults. Close to the town and Vons for groceries. Beautiful decor and very comfortable. Host was very responsive with questions and easy check in. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Getaway for Groups

This house was very nice, clean and had plenty of space for our group of 9. Everyone had a bed and it was a very spacious place. Great location very close to Vons and a couple blocks from all of our activities.

Great Weekend Away

We had a wonderful time and stay in this beautiful home! Unfortunately, it was a rainy weekend, but the house was so cozy and perfect for our group. It was walking distance to everything including the Vons grocery store. The home was equipped with everything we needed! Would definitely come back and stay here!!!

Our new favorite house in Avalon

Our Family of 10 travel to Avalon every year. We have stayed in a lot of different houses over the years. This house is by far the best. Tyler (the host) was very responsive. There were a couple of small issues when we checked in, and Tyler had them fixed within an hour. The rest of the stay was magnificent.

Perfect multi family house

What a great house! There are lots of rooms for the parents and a really neat bunk bed room for the kids. We opened the house up and played stick ball in the street. There were other families staying on the street and it was cool to have a street wide happy hour as the kids played and the sun went down.

Birthday Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing stay! The house is walking distance to town and in a great location. The place was clean and comfortable. Tyler was very responsive and made sure we were all happy. I would definitely recommend this house to a group of friends or family.

Perfect Vacation in Catalina

It was a perfect stay! The location was wonderful for walking to all areas of the island. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could think you might need on a vacation. The owner was thorough in giving us information to make our trip as successful as possible. I would stay there every time we go to Catalina. Highly recommend!!!

Flawless experience

One of the better vacation rental experiences I have had. The property was clean and comfortable for our group of 9. We were able to walk everywhere in Avalon from the house, and although check-in wasn't until 4pm, we were allowed to drop our bags off before - very convenient considering our earlier ferry arrival. Highly recommended

Best place on Avalon

We loved everything about this property! There were 9 adults, and we all enjoyed spending time together in this space. The open window/doors in the front were amazing, and we loved the "no traffic" street which made the area feel like stepping back in time. Highly recommended!
