117 Admirals Row - Vår snyggt inredda villa med två sovrum / två badrum är fullt möblerad för din komfort och njutning. Den inkluderar en dubbelsäng i master-sviten, två enkelsängar i det andra sovrummet och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Villan är 940 kvadratmeter och passar bäst för en fest upp till 4 personer. Men vi kommer att överväga maximalt 6 personer i vår villa. Den praktiska planlösningen skapar integritet mellan sovrummen och det stora vardagsrummet.

117 Admirals Row är beläget i den MEST önskade Oceanfront Building 'A' i HHB & T Resort med en härlig sydlig exponering. Vårt läge är perfekt för en fantastisk strandsemester.

Det finns bekväm parkering direkt framför villan. Observera att orten tar ut en avgift på 25 USD för varje utfärdat Gate Pass. Denna avgift kommer att betalas vid bokningstillfället. Du måste meddela ägarna om du planerar att ha mer än 1 bil på orten.

Det är väldigt sällsynt att hitta en 2 sovrum / 2 badrum att hyra denna stängning till havet! Vår södra exponering erbjuder värme under vintermånaderna och svala skuggade havbris under sommarmånaderna. Rampadkomst från parkeringsplatsen direkt till ytterdörren gör vår villa lättillgänglig och bekväm.

Hörnplatsen har extra fönster för massor av naturligt solljus, vidsträckt utsikt och bekväm havbris. Men bäst av allt, vår dubbla balkong ger dig en fantastisk utsikt över Atlanten - bara 50 meter från din dörr! (se bild).

The condo is gorgeous! Perfect location, beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms, bedrooms and living room. Fully stocked with everything you could need even beach chairs and wagon. Check in was simple and the owners were very responsive. Loved every minute!

Perfect Month at the Beach!

My month-long stay at this condo could not have been more relaxing! Loved sitting on patio to read.i found the furniture, kitchen supplies, beds, bathrooms all to be comfortable. The seating in the den was perfect for when my daughters came. My favorite thing about the visit was the easy access to parking (1st floor unit) and the beach! I will stay here again!

We enjoyed our week on HHI in this perfect condo! It was nice being on the first floor (right by the ramp) and only steps to the beach. The unit was equipped with everything we could’ve needed from a first aid kit with bandaids, Keurig, charging station for electronics, and beach cart with chairs. The owners were incredible hosts and answered questions in a timely manner. We hope to be able to return next year!

Great condo

We have stayed at the condo for several years. It is a great location in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club with a ocean view. The condo is always clean and has the necessary dishes, Keurig, etc. We will definitely book again!!

Best experience ever!

We loved everything about the villa. It’s just steps away from the beach. The unit is immaculate and has everything you will need for your stay. All my questions to Lynda were answered quickly and I was very appreciative of that. Would definitely stay their again!!

Awesome 1st HHI trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our very first trip to Hilton Head and this condo was just perfect. We were steps to the beach, loved watching the ocean from the porch, and the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is exactly as listed. The unit is on the end where there is a ramp sonit is super convenient to enter the builing with a beach wagon or stroller. We definitely will be back!

Excellent and steps from the beach

We just returned from this property and we loved staying there! The location for proximity to the beach is perfect, it’s a 3 minute walk. The resort itself was great for Pickleball, Tennis, two pools, one pool bar, and more than one access point to get to the beach. Our stay was relaxing and so fun to be this close to the beach. We enjoyed meals on the balcony with the ocean in view. We will definitely book again!

Perfect summer stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was close enough to the beach to see the water even on the first floor, and was convenient to the pool as well. There was plenty of space for all 4 of us. It was clean and updated, and it was stocked with all of the kitchen items/ appliances needed, as well as beach items to use. It was a lovely condo and a great location!

All the Comforts of Home

This condo has the best location with easy access to beach. It is comfortable, clean and updated. There are books, games and puzzles in the condo which was great as hurricane Debby rolled by this visit and we had plenty to keep us occupied. We will definitely be back again.

Beautifully relaxing condo!!!

We had a good wonderful vacation!!!! The owners are very sweet, respond very promptly, and are wonderful decorators!!! The unit was awesome! Just a short walk to the beach. The beach buggy and chairs were a great plus and saved us from having to bring these items with us. I love the remodel to the unit! The owners were very quick to respond to my questions. We will be staying again.

Amazing Week

Our stay the condo was amazing :) The amount of items stocked in the kitchen was great for being able to make our own meals while we were there. The Beach toys and wagon were so helpful for our family. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Lynda was so friendly & easy to deal with.

Lovely place to spend time

This Verbo rental was amazing! Ocean view, short walk to the beach. Clean surroundings friendly front desk and all around great. We stayed Easter weekend and just relaxed on the beach with our family. Condo had all the amenities like beach chairs umbrella, beach cart, and some beach toys. At night the porch was beautiful to hang out on and have a cocktail listening to the ocean and feeling the nice breeze. 10/10 will stay again.

we cant wait to go back

The condo was beautiful and so close to the beach! Me my husband and daughter all loved the location and super easier access to the ocean. Our hosts responded quickly and answered any question we had. I loved all the amenities at the resort. We played tennis and pickle ball. And we all loved the outdoor restaurant and pool. There was awesome fireworks and so many things to do right in the resort we rarely left. I did not want to leave. I highly recommend staying here . Thank you Lynda for a wonderful summer vacation.

Perfect!

beautiful condo with a great view! Perfect for a family vacation. Very clean! Had many toys and beach accessories. Would highly recommend. Very convenient being on the first floor with having a stroller. Ramp is right outside to get to beach and parking lot. Highly recommend!!
