Renoveringar på utsidan av Grand Tower görs i höst. Ring kontoret för mer information. Detta nyrenoverade lägenhet med 1 sovrum och ett badrum ligger på elfte våningen i vår tornbyggnad. Utsikten över den vackra Mexikanska viken och vår vita sandstrand kan ses från denna enhet som är perfekt f��r att titta på solnedgångar på kvällen! För att uppfylla Sarasota County Fire Code så sover våra enheter med ett sovrum högst 4 personer. Sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng med en 32 "platt-TV. Vardagsrummet har en 43 "platt-TV med FiOS HD TV-tjänst för din njutning och det finns en bäddsoffa i queen-size i vardagsrummet. Badrummet har bänkskivor i granit, ett badkar. Köket har bänkskivor i granit och är fullt utrustat med apparater och alla saker du behöver för matlagning - krukor / kastruller, disk, köksredskap, brödrost och en kaffebryggare. Nice condo with a beautiful view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice but has a small kitchen and bath. Both can only accommodate one person at a time. Limited dishes but if you will be eating only a small lunch and breakfast it will work. Making a nice dinner would be difficult with limited pots and pans and no baking pans or dishes. Over all we enjoyed our stay!

Palm Bay Condo Rental

Only complaint was that the king size mattress has seen better days.... It was sagging quite a bit on the left side.....We are looking to book again next fall 2023..... Hopefully the second elevator will be fixed by then.....

‘Room with a view’

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A splendid 11th-floor location with a fine southwestern outlook down the beach. You do need to like sleeping on a rather soft mattress.....we enjoyed having a bath (tub). I always enjoy the tennis & pickleball, my wife really enjoys the swimming-pool and white-sand beach walks. We have booked again for next year although the prices are now rising perhaps a little too much ???

Very Nice Condo, Would Rent Again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as the picture showed. The view is amazing. Our only negative was the mattress. It should be replaced soon. There are several hollow spots that we would always end up landing in.Could use a few more small plates, as breakfast and lunch are all we eat in the condo. Could use a complete set of measuring spoons and a coffee scoop. These all can be purchased at Dollar Tree, so not expensive to replace. As a side note, consider a barn door for the bathroom as the area is small and the door makes it seem even smaller.

Splendid apartment - loved it !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had been the previous year (2023) & really enjoyed it both times (although we only booked it for one-week, not 2-3 as we would have liked, because generally Palm Bay prices were raised too much from 2023 to 2024). Great view southwestwards and it is a fine apartment. No complaints whatsoever about Unit 118 (but if you now see my comments on Unit 172 where we moved for two subsequent cheaper weeks you can read my dismay at Management)....the lack of a working lift in Unit 172 meant that my suggestion that we stay-on in 118 (it being empty for the next week) were met with ‘inflexibility’ which means that we will NOT be returning to Palm Bay next year (sad, really)

The beach was amazing and the sunsets were spectacular! Only 1 elevator working made getting to the PH challenging at times. The windows in the living room and dining room leaked water inside during the rain. But overall we were very pleased.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After 30 years coming to Palm Bay give or take a year, we obviously love Palm Bay. The staff at the office can be having a bad day occasionally and the cleaning staff communication is frustrating I don't speak their language. We wanted to rent a month next year but they increased rent by 50%. I guess they don't need us so we rented a month with their neighbor for less than it cost this year. Yes the amenities are different but we weighed that vs cost because we don't use all amenities. Booked and done.

The best spot on Siesta Key

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at Palm Bay. We have stayed at two other places but we came back to PB. The location is the best. It is about 1/2 mile down from the main public beach access so there are no crowds. It is central to the two ways on/off the island.Check in was easy. Wi-Fi was very good. Security is on-site.The beach is cleaned each morning and chairs are available. One downside is that chairs are removed around 6:00 pm. They kick you out of the chairs so you can’t sit and watch the sunset.Amenities are good. Work out room, nice pool, two tennis courts. Each floor has laundry. Racks to lock bikes was good to have.Two minor issues. One of the two elevators was always broken. This caused some wait times. The bed in our unit was awful. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. After a week, we were ready to get home to our bed. The bed rails weren’t attached to the headboard causing the bed to roll around a bit. Please get a new bed!The view from the top floor is awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and will go back to Palm Bay. We will chose a different unit because of the bed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Palm Bay Club has an amazing beach and a clean, well kept, well-staffed property. Customer service is friendly and efficient. While we stayed there were some issues with large, loud groups on the beach and police involvement. The property is trying to address this.All food/activities except the beach are at least 1.5 miles away. Traffic on the Key is incredibly congested and slow right now (March 2022).

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and never tired of the great view! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We played tennis or pickleball every day, enjoyed the heated pool, and the staff on the beach who delivered chairs was wonderful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The one downfall was only one of the two elevators was operating which could cause some wait time if the high rise were at full capacity. We’d definitely return.
