Renoveringar på utsidan av Grand Tower görs i höst. Ring kontoret för mer information. Detta vackra ett sovrum, ett badrum lägenhet har renoverats och professionellt inredda i avslappnad modern inredning med en öppen planlösning. Det ligger på andra våningen i Grand Tower Building med vår vita kvartsstrand och Mexikanska golfen utanför dörren.
LVR har en 55-tums platt-TV, DVD-spelare och en Queen size, läder, gel-dämpad hud-en-säng. För att följa Sarasota County Fire Code är det maximala antalet gäster som får sova i denna enhet fyra.
Det stora sovrummet har två queen size-sängar i Queen Size och en 40 "platt-TV. Det egna badrummet har en helt egen dusch med inbyggd bänk och tvål / schamponisch.
Det fullt utrustade köket inkluderar exklusiva rostfria vitvaror, Keurig kaffemaskin, kvartsbänkskivor och en nyligen tillagd buffé och bänk för extra förvaring / servering. Den inneslutna Lanai erbjuder ett lugnt tillflyktsområde med Plantation-fönsterluckor som erbjuder avskildhet och samtidigt ger en härlig utsikt.
Det fullt utrustade köket har exklusiva apparater i rostfritt stål, bänkskivor av kvarts och en nyligen tillagd buffé och bänk för extra förvaring / servering. Den inbyggda Lanai ger ett lugnt tillflyktsområde med plantage-fönsterluckor som erbjuder avskildhet och samtidigt ger en härlig utsikt.

Beautiful Place to Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family stay taking up a couple of units. The unit we stayed in was very nice! The living area was much better than expected, and the kitchen was well stocked with the necessary utensils, pots, and pans for food preparation and cooking. The beds we very comfortable too. The only negative thing to note is having to make sure all trash is entirely cleared from the unit before exiting. I believe this should be included under the cleaning fee. I would definitely stay here again and plan to do so next year.

Pillows were so flat & uncomfortable. Sofa cushions kept sliding out, very uncomfortable and constantly had to be readjusted. Not really a comfortable set up in this unit overall.

Fun time

Very nice loved the location to the beach. Would suggest Ice on the property unless I just did’nt find it had to go out several times for it. Had delivered once. Would stay again we all enjoyed it had a wonderful time.

Perfect getaway

The location was perfect and condo was exactly as described in the listing. It was also very convenient that the lounge chairs were provided as part of the condo amenities. We had no issues with finding parking near the tower, even when returning late in the evenings. The front office staff was very friendly as well and answered all of our questions. Thank you!

I wish directions and instructions were emailed in lieu of all information in a lockbox. We arrived late and had to review all this paperwork in the car. The parking "owner reserved" signs we could not see and took someone's spot accidentally. Maybe putting signs higher would help.

I would give any unit I have been in a 10 of 10 rating in terms of quality, cleanliness, and perfect working order. This unit exceeded my high expectations. It was very fresh in terms of decorating style, furniture, and class. It felt much more like it could be a residence than a rental unit. The Front Office Staff if very helpful and efficient.I would highly recommend The Palm Bay Club to anyone.

Palm Bay Stay

Reviewer Comments: Does anyone truly read these or replyBeen staying at Palm Bay for over 30 years. Pros;Pool nice, beach had a lot of seaweed the 1st. couple of days Cons:Resort fee- this is just an additional expense, no service Sunday-had to drag my own chairs down-do I get a resort fee credit, toilet ran for 4 nights- maintenance claimed working as it should which is BS. Bre read me the notes ... so a toilet is supposed to keep my family up for 4 nights before it is fixed. The thermostat would only go down to 69 degrees- the room was so hot and had to close all blinds all day- not fun to stay in the dark. Half the people on the beach did NOT have wrist bands-this should be enforced as there are many people who show up for the weekends only.

A Bit Disappointed

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed for 2 reasons. (1) We stayed in apartment 026 in the tower. The apartment had ants in the kitchen and bathroom. In addition, the carpets were filthy and stained. (2) Parking is a major problem, especially if handicapped. If you enter later in the evening, there are no parking spots available. That should not be. Each apartment should have an assigned spot ... Palm Bay Club should not be similar to finding parking in NYC.
