Detta renoverade andra våningen 2 sovrum 2 badrum villa ligger på Gulf sidan av vår egendom. På grund av sitt centrala läge är det en kort promenad till vår vita sandstrand, tennisbanor, pool och kolgrillar. För att uppfylla Sarasota County Fire Code, sover våra två sovrumsenheter maximalt sex personer. Sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng med en 43 "platt-TV med FIOS HD TV-tjänst. Gäst sovrummet har två full size sängar med en 32 "plattskärms-TV. Befälhavaren badrummet har en vacker duschkabin och gästbadet har ett bekvämt badkar / dusch. Båda badrummen har granitbänkskivor och duschar är utrustade med greppstänger för bekvämlighet. Det rymliga vardagsrummet är utrustat med en stor 55 "plattskärms-TV med FIOS HD TV-tjänst för din njutning. Köket har granitbänkskivor och är fullt utrustat med alla föremål du behöver för matlagning - krukor / pannor, tallrikar, redskap, brödrost, kaffebryggare och en Keurig kaffemaskin. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was one of the nicest places I have stayed in my many years of renting vacation properties. It was roomy, extrodinarily clean, comfortable beds, plenty of bathroom towels, access to laundry, great location, wonderful staff and beautiful beaches. This property does back up to a neighbor with a pool so it could be a tad noisy with kids periodically but nothing too bad.

Great location and very clean

Much bigger than the pictures, plenty of space for 5 people! Very clean, great location. Short walk to the beach which was spectacular! Short drive to the village and other beaches to explore. We had a great time!

We checked in after hours, key was waiting, we loved our room, the beach was beautiful, guest services great, one problem with the room and it was promptly fixed. We had a wonderful vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo. Nicely decorated. Has everything to get your vacation started - trash bags, toilet paper, soap, Kleenex. The only suggestion would be 1 roll of paper towels and a few smaller plastic cups for kids. Lots of room. Beds were good. One of our favorites in siesta thus far.

Relaxing retreat on the beach

The beach was our favorite spot with beach chairs set up and ready for relaxing. As a note, my husband and I had a mix up with booking. He thought I booked, I thought he booked and just before leaving for our vacation our mistake was realized. The staff at the Palm Bay Club were exceptional in assisting us and helping us with our error. We appreciate their assistance which allowed us to book last minute.

Good times

We had overall great stay, everything was clear and delivered as promised. The only thing that was a bummer one of the rooms had prominent Sewer smell . I called management and they handed it quickly (30 min) by sending handy man . I don’t think the smell could be removed due to construction of the building (3 story) , but I give them credit for handling problem so quickly. Overall good stay close to beautiful beach. Thanks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather was great and the staff were excellent!! It was for the most part a wonderful holiday vacation. We only had 2 challenges. They were limited parking for a second vehicle. We were told about this but didn’t realize how difficult it might be. Also outside people having seadoos in the beach area of the private waters. They were right in the middle of highly populated areas, children swimming. There were limited or no controls of the waters and beach.

Post hurricane stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a 2 BR Gulf Side unit 1 1/2 weeks after Ian hit Florida. We were worried about the condition of the property, but it was as if nothing had ever happened. The unit (second floor) was spacious and clean. Elevators were not working but security guards came to help us carry up our bags.Beach is beautiful and clean. We loved the bay side pool and hot tub, quieter than the pool by registration. The fitness center has a good amount of equipment. Trolley to town stops right by the entrance, but you can also take golf carts which are a bit faster (just tip the driver). I would definitely return to Palm Bay Club.

Clean and comfortable condo

My almost 2 year old son, wife, and mom had a nice stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable to sleep. The patio was a relaxing place to hang when there wasn’t loud construction taking place next door (new condos being built). Overall it didn’t mess with our stay or ability to nap/sleep. The beach is a short walk and it’s amazing because of the privacy factor and the free lounge chairs. The condo had a couple umbrellas which were beyond bad so we bought some new ones and left ours there when we left. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and I enjoyed the gym, pools, and outdoor hot tub by the bay that is open until 11.
