Detta renoverade andra våningen 2 sovrum 2 badrum villa ligger på Gulf sidan av vår egendom. På grund av sitt centrala läge är det en kort promenad till vår vita sandstrand, tennisbanor, pool och kolgrillar. För att uppfylla Sarasota County Fire Code, sover våra två sovrumsenheter maximalt sex personer. Sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng med en 43 "platt-TV med FIOS HD TV-tjänst. Gäst sovrummet har två full size sängar med en 32 "plattskärms-TV. Befälhavaren badrummet har en vacker duschkabin och gästbadet har ett bekvämt badkar / dusch. Båda badrummen har granitbänkskivor och duschar är utrustade med greppstänger för bekvämlighet. Det rymliga vardagsrummet är utrustat med en stor 55 "plattskärms-TV med FIOS HD TV-tjänst för din njutning. Köket har granitbänkskivor och är fullt utrustat med alla föremål du behöver för matlagning - krukor / pannor, tallrikar, redskap, brödrost, kaffebryggare och en Keurig kaffemaskin. Relaxing retreat on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation at Palm Bay Club. The unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The beach was our favorite spot with beach chairs set up and ready for relaxing. As a note, my husband and I had a mix up with booking. He thought I booked, I thought he booked and just before leaving for our vacation our mistake was realized. The staff at the Palm Bay Club were exceptional in assisting us and helping us with our error. We appreciate their assistance which allowed us to book last minute.

Clean and comfortable condo

My almost 2 year old son, wife, and mom had a nice stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable to sleep. The patio was a relaxing place to hang when there wasn’t loud construction taking place next door (new condos being built). Overall it didn’t mess with our stay or ability to nap/sleep. The beach is a short walk and it’s amazing because of the privacy factor and the free lounge chairs. The condo had a couple umbrellas which were beyond bad so we bought some new ones and left ours there when we left. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and I enjoyed the gym, pools, and outdoor hot tub by the bay that is open until 11.

Excellent condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo. Nicely decorated. Has everything to get your vacation started - trash bags, toilet paper, soap, Kleenex. The only suggestion would be 1 roll of paper towels and a few smaller plastic cups for kids. Lots of room. Beds were good. One of our favorites in siesta thus far.

Great location

We loved staying here. Checkin was great as we arrived early and allowed us to check in early as well. Front desk and staff very friendly. Location was great. Wish view from balcony was a bit better but it’s still nice to have morning coffee there. Walk to beach was 5-6 minutes but on property. Parking was available close to our condo. Just wish there were beach towels available. I think we may have used the bath towels for the beach 🙃 and also just a recommendation of at least one sharp knife, and maybe a few cups with tops for the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Front Office staff was so friendly and helpful. Security was fantastic to our teenagers in the evening. Beach was beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

First Trip to Siesta and Palm Bay

But our ‘corner’ faced the next building. Very dark in our unit and no view at all other than next property parking lot. Place was clean, nice location on beautiful beach. Easy to use public transportation. Wish there was any type of store or even place to get coffee on property but you make it yourself or travel to find. Would most likely not stay here again but it was ok for this trip.

Post hurricane stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a 2 BR Gulf Side unit 1 1/2 weeks after Ian hit Florida. We were worried about the condition of the property, but it was as if nothing had ever happened. The unit (second floor) was spacious and clean. Elevators were not working but security guards came to help us carry up our bags.Beach is beautiful and clean. We loved the bay side pool and hot tub, quieter than the pool by registration. The fitness center has a good amount of equipment. Trolley to town stops right by the entrance, but you can also take golf carts which are a bit faster (just tip the driver). I would definitely return to Palm Bay Club.
