Nice clean and cozy villa

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the villa, it was very clean, nice beds and mattresses, they left us more than enough towels and the also had very useful beach accessories (beach wagon, cooler, etc) available and ready for us to use. Every room had extra blankets, bed sheets and pillows in case we needed to change them. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. Overall we had a great experience, I would recommend this villa 100%. Only not so good thing was there’s no washer and dryer for you to do your laundry (a least to wash our wet and sandy clothes) but that didn’t ruined our stay. Villa is located at the entrance of the bayside which is also a big pro !!

Great Location and Beach!

Overall, this was a great stay. The location was ideal, and the beach is amazing. Some things that would have made the stay better would be to have had some basic things that other places offer like coffee filters, paper towels, shampoo, salt and pepper, etc. Or at least say that guests need to provide their own in the listing. We could have brought these things from home but instead had to go out and buy them. Additionally, the check in process wasn't clear in the listing either and we arrived after the office was closed. Providing these details ahead of time would have been helpful. We stayed on the bay side and the office is across the street on the gulf side. All of this was a bit confusing in the dark at 9pm. Once we were settled with everything we needed, it was fantastic and we'll come back next time prepared!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year at The Palm Bay Club and, all things considered, this was our favorite location. We loved being on the ground level with the main fountain just off the side of our patio. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and eat our meals. The mattress on the king bed should probably be replaced sooner rather than later given the hill in the center. It would been nice to have a functioning light on the patio for reading in the late evening and early morning. Otherwise, everything inside the unit was marvelous. Overall, we would choose this unit/location every year if it was available.

They also had some beach chairs and a cooler available for use! We felt safe as the property is gated and has several friendly security officers that round frequently. Girls Trip #301

Property was decorated nicely, beds were comfortable and the location was right next to a trolley stop. We really enjoyed the actual condo and the couches are so comfortable!! The private beach was enjoyable. We enjoyed both pools and the hot tub. The only downside was that you can hear absolutely everything going on in the condo above you. We were woken up both of the mornings we stayed by kids running and bouncing a ball at 6:00-7:00 in the morning. Other than that had a great time!

For me it is more quiet and relaxing, but you have to walk to get to the beach and also cross an street. The apartment was good overall. We loved that is in the first floor and corner. We got a lot of light coming in. But it needs renovations. I wouldn’t seat in the couch without pulling some towels first . It is dirty and almost broken. I saw other reviews that say the same and I don’t understand why the haven’t change it. One of the bathrooms also needs renovation. The curtain had mold and the water does not drain properly. It is nasty to take a shower there. Plus the lamp in one of the bedrooms is broken. It has tape around, not sure why it hasn’t been changed either. I hope these things get fixed, we would like to come back next year again.

We were carelessly put into the wrong unit and then realized after hours that we were in the wrong place. Security helped us but we had to move in a hurry. Staff seemed short and not very helpful. Also bayside pool wasn’t working. That was very disappointing.

Nice visit

Very nice property- beach on one side and bay on the other. Lots of beach and pool space. Our unit was comfortable and quiet. Parking is very tight and traffic in the area overall is heavy. Both showers did not drain well but property manager said they would take care of it and thanked us for letting them know.

A wonderful getaway!

The accomodations are exactly as described and pictured-very nice and comfortable accomodations. Beach and bath towels are provided and the kitchen was well stocked. It was centrally located with just a short walk to to gorgeous white sand beaches. complimentary lounge chairs are provided on the beach which made it nice to not have to carry them to the beach. The bay side pool, hot tub and dock were beautiful and the water was so tranquil. there were restaurants, a grocery store, and shops a little less then a mile away, so it was a pleasant walk. There is free transporation to the village shops that were a little bit further (free trolly or frogger van that only required tip of an amount of your chosing). We would definitely stay in this unit again, it was lovely and a nice size.
