Family Vacation

This is our families 2nd stay at Portside Villas and I don't see us staying anywhere else! The townhouse was clean and very roomy. We had several days of red flags, but we still had an awesome time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! I loved the ceiling fanlight in the master!!

Portside Villas #11 - Loved it!!

A picture fell off the wall in the stairwell at approximately 3:30 am Saturday morning. We rehung it, didn’t appear to be damaged. Still had a great time with kids and grandkids! Our Go-To rental in Pensacola Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay in this townhome and we will be back! It is quite large and there is plenty of room to spread out, even with 6 adults in our party. The beds are very comfortable. There is everything you need in the kitchen to cook. Even though the townhouse is not quite beachfront, you do have a view of the water and the view from the deck off the upstairs master is outstanding. There are really no services within walking distance but when we come to beach we don't really leave to go anywhere. Our only problem was that the internet was out, we called for technical help and the management said they would send someone, we initially said 'no' but they said they would send someone anyway-which didn't happen. One person in our party needed to complete a work project and couldn't and we couldn't use the smart TV without internet. Otherwise, this is a GREAT property and we will rent again.

Overall good but needs small improvements

Overall the location, spacious house and amenities were great. However, we brought our own trash bags as there was only one for the kitchen and there was no hand soap in the entire house, even with 3.5 bathrooms. The check-in company was great but going to get the keys and dropping them off was a little bit of a hassle, however we were leaving during a hurricane!

Great condo!

Very nice up graded unit great location and lots of space. Was a little warm at night, even after trying to turn it down. Thermostat must be in a timer or controlled by owner- wouldn’t go below 69 at night and after a hot day in the summer sun you’d like to sleep cool but it’s get up to 74 /75 by the morning. Also FYI-not disclosed in discrimination- you only get 1 kitchen trash bag and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. And this unit sleeps 8 We had a big family 7 - parents adult kids and boyfriend and girlfriend-bring your own toilet paper and trash bags. Over all great time here !

In 2020 we rented a unit there from Paradise Beach Homes which was in top shape and a carefree experience!This time there were a few issues with this unit. The refrigerator door would not stay closed. Management sent a repairman the next day to fix it. The bottom lock on the door from the garage to the beach did not work and we had to remember not to twist lock it for fear of it getting stuck in locked position. Two of the three glass doors could not be locked at all. Also, bring your own hand soap, as well as shower/bath soap, because only enough for one hand washing was provided in each of the bathrooms. Coming in from the beach that first day showering became a creative process.

Home was very well stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs and toys in the garage. When we let the rental company know that we didn't have any tuppaware someone from the office delivered it within the hour. Great service! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
