Välkommen till OCEAN VISTA TOWERS # 101, NY LUXURY GROUNDFLOOR CONDO !! vår familj NYA 3 sovrum / 3 bad, strand lägenhet i South Padre Island, Texas.

Vi är ägare till lägenhet # 103, (notering 1541977) kan du se våra EXCELLENT REVIEWS!

Våra CONDO är alla nya ombyggda (december 2018) tlle, duschar, badrum, kök, apparater, möbler, inredning, tillbehör, sängar, alla nya!

Vår villa är bottenvåning framför poolen och några steg från stranden. Njut av panoramautsikt från sovrummet och vardagsrummet. Koppla av på uteplatsen på kvällen och njut av ljudet av havet och lugnet som erbjuds av ett mycket exklusivt lyxigt bostadsområde, som ligger 1. 3 miles norr om bron vid stranden. Du kan gå bara 1 kvarter till Blue Marlin supermarket.

Det är en gated community med stor inuti parkeringsplats, och vi har täckt parkering, med en chef på plats.

Vår lägenhet är ett utmärkt alternativ, i sovrummet har vi en KING storlek säng, i det andra sovrummet har vi 2 QUEEN sängar, och i 3: e sovrummet har vi 2 fulla sängar. Det har också QUARTZ bänkskivor och ett fullt utrustat kök.

Vi har en SMART TV 75 "i vardagsrummet (med kabel). I MASTER SOVRUM en SMART TV 43 "(ingen kabel), i 2: a sovrummet har vi en SMART TV 43" (ingen kabel) och i 3: e sovrummet också en SMART TV 43 "(ingen kabel). Alla tv med NETFLIX GRATIS ... ......

En tvättmaskin och torktumlare i lägenheten. Bord sitter 8 personer vid matbordet och i köksbaren har vi också 4 platser.

Have stayed in this unit a couple years ago and liked it. Well equipped and clean. Handy to parking. Now the really bad part. Pretty significant infestation of roaches. A note on the counter stated the exterminator had been there, so we swept up the dead ones. However we were killing roaches all 10 days there.onesproceeder to

2 family get away

We had 5 kids between 2 and 14 and the property worked perfectly for us. First floor was so handy with getting to the pool and beach or just going out to walk. Places to eat were not far at all and we felt we could walk to a lot of places.

Weather was bad, but stay was lovely

The place was very nice (second time we have booked there). The beach weather was not good but we still had a great time because the outdoor table is under a ledge so rain didn’t affect us. We had a wonderful time sitting out there and didn’t have to worry about the rain! Will definitely book again!

Great for Families!

This is our second stay & we will most likely go back! We love the ground floor and the easy access to the pool. The condo has everything you need. The only issue was that the electricity was out for a couple of hours one day (there wasn’t a storm) and the water was off twice. Also, we were given the wrong gate code to the complex & could not get in when we arrived.

Great Family Oceanfront Condo!

We loved this condo! Already looking to stay again. The beach access is super close, loved having the oversized corner ground floor balcony right next to the pool. WiFi was great and supported multiple streaming devices. We will definitely be looking to come back. We have 4 kids so having the parking spaces right next to the door, and the ease of access to the beach made this the perfect spot for us. My only complaint is that the king sized bed is SUPER FIRM. So if you do not like a firm mattress bring a foam topper. Otherwise no complaints from us.

This property offered everything listed and so much more! The location is phenomenal, especially if you have older adults. The condo itself is top notch with everything you could possibly need for your stay! The amenities were fabulous! Easy beach access! We will be staying again sometime soon!

Labor Day Getaway

Condo much nicer in person than website pictures — we were all very impressed and pleased!! Great location, easy access to the pool and beach!! Extremely well - equipped kitchen!! Obvious that staff pay attention to detail! Beds on the firm side, but otherwise totally positive!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Modern Condo

Condo is very clean and spacious. Kitchen was very well equipped. Easy access from the parking lot. Other reviewers have commented on the beds being hard and we would have to agree with them. Great access to the pool and beach. Privacy shades would be nice in the living room just so people couldn’t see in at night if they walk by, but it wouldn’t deter us from staying again. Overall, it was a great stay.

Awesomeness

Perfect condo! Just a few steps from the pool and a very short walk down to the beach. This condo complex is extremely well-maintained. The pool is cleaned daily and sand is blown off the boardwalk daily. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen, TVs in every bedroom and a comfortable and large living room. This is our third year to spend Fourth of July week at this condo and we plan to continue. I doubt you’ll find anything better on the island.

Awesome Condo!

This condo is exactly as advertised & is great for a family: 3 bedrooms & 3 baths! The ground floor walkout is so easy & convenient and the pool is right out the door, inside a fence of course. Parking is also close to the condo which is wonderful for unloading & loading. Codes for the gates and wrist bands provided great security. Staff on the property was always present & so helpful, polite, nice and eager to help. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. We enjoyed eating outside on the patio in the evenings & watching movies on the big screen TV. The only minor glitch was that my husband & I had planned to rent umbrellas & chairs during our visit because of limiting health issues. The rental guys down by Las Olas would not set up any umbrellas or chairs closer to Ocean Vista for us. Not sure if that was a miscommunication with the young man working but it would be helpful to have rental chairs & umbrellas available in front of Ocean Vista. Loved having the Coco Beach bar & grill close by for a yummy Turbo Pina Colada! This will definitely be our first pick for our next family vacay at SPI! Thanks for sharing it!

Ocean Vista condo review

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This condo complex is older than we expected and could use some updating and maintenance. The appliances are dated, and the mattresses are 'well used'. The kitchen however, was very well stocked. There was a water leak in the shower ceiling of one of the guest rooms so we couldn't use it. The hot tub heater had to be replaced so that was unusable for an entire week, and the motor for the gated entrance also had to be replaced, which took 2 days. Ana was very responsive for each of these issues, but she couldn't help if the complex maintenance wasn't prepared for these emergency repairs. The complex maintenance should address that weakness.

The property owner was always quick to answer questions which was very helpful. It was a nice location with the ocean in walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay, excellent location!

The condo had plenty of room for everyone. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The decor is simple and nice. Everything was very comfortable. Everything we need was there. Kitchen had everything you need, they have board games, towels, ect. The location is excellent. A ground floor corner unit. Steps from the pool, hot tub, beach and parking. Close to town for food, shopping. We all had a wonderful time! The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond.
