Välkommen till ditt hem i Kauai hemifrån! Prince Kuhio är det perfekta läget för att njuta av den soliga södra sidan av Kauai! Vi ligger intill Prince Kuhio Memorial Park med öppen utsikt över parken till havet med ljudet av vågor lugnande dig på Lanai och i sovrummet på natten och för att titta på soluppgången på morgonen.

Avkoppling och roligt kommer tillsammans med din vistelse i Prince Kuhio # 112. Detta är en en-våning bottenvåningen enhet bara några steg från de tropiska trädgårdarna, poolen och havet. Det fullt utrustade köket har uppdaterats med graniträknare och det finns en grillplats i trädgården. Det finns nya (2018) tropiska stilmöbler i vardagsrummet. Sovrummet har en king size-säng, teak inredning och är mycket ljus och luftig. Glidande glasdörrar på Lanai med utsikt över Prince Kuhio Park och havet är ljusaste på morgonen. Jalousiefönstren och takfläktarna ger en luftkylström i hela enheten.

Den välrenommerade Beach House Restaurant ligger tvärs över gatan med exklusiv shopping och flera andra restaurangalternativ i närheten i köpcentrumet Kukui'ula. Surfa och ett säkert och spektakulärt bad och snorkelrev ligger strax utanför gräsbevuxen gräsmatta ingången till Beach House. Sköldpaddor kan ofta ses här liksom tusenvis av färgglada fiskar. Snorkel utrustning finns i lägenheten med ytterligare lägenheter tillgängliga direkt i Beach House. Detta är också den bästa platsen på Kauai för att se solnedgången från din plats längs sjön. Golf, National Botanical Gardens, Spouting Horn och den berömda stranden Poipu ligger alla i närheten. Andra Kauai-must-see destinationer, från Waimea Canyon i väster till det lummiga grönska i Hanalei / Princeville-området i norr är enkla dagsutflykter.

30th Anniversary trip to Kauai.

We enjoyed the location and layout of the condo. We were happy it had a/c. Bed was comfortable. The pool area was lovely!

Great View & Location

Stayed here for my honeymoon and it was perfect! Great location just a few minutes away from beautiful beaches and restaurants. Host was very fast at communicating, provided easy instructions and offers wonderful suggestions. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Thank you! Would definitely recommend!

Clean, Comfortable, Good Location

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Location was nice, very near the beach, with a view from the lanai, and quiet. First floor location was nice--no stairs. Parking was easy, and plentiful. Nice kitchen with all amenities. We would happily stay there again.

Nicely furnished unit in good location

Overall a very happy pleasant stay. Minor inconvenience due to bathroom sink plug always stopped up and sink not draining unless one holds plug up. But bed very comfortable, kitchen very well stocked with useful kitchenware. Good location close to Lawai beach and Poipu shopping.

Fantastic condo to explore the south shore

The condo is in an amazing location to serve as a home base from which to explore the south shore of Kauai, and was spacious and comfortable. The condos were quiet and relaxing, and much less crowded than I saw in Poipu. The condo also had the best stocked spice cabinet I’ve ever seen in a short term rental, too!

Nice place

Baby Beach in walking distance. Lavai Beach with wonderful sunset in walking distance. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Very good information and communication with the owner (Paul). Very fine AC in the bedroom.

Honeymoon

We had a great time during our stay. I think the beaches described in the listing were not as large as I invisioned Nd we did travel to different beaches. Because we had a car we had a great time exploring the island

Place was ready for us, clean and neat. All advertised features were available and easy. Pool is nice. Location is nice. Only minor drawback is limited parking in the lot so need to park in the street often. Would stay here again

Revisit Kauai

We were here on the island 37 years ago on our honeymoon and it's taken us this long to get back. Loved this part of the island! Convenient to shopping, and restaurants. Loved the Cabana Bar and Grill. Unit had everything we needed, parking garage a plus. Centrally located to all our day trips.

Kauai condo- perfect location

Paul’s condo was everything we hoped for during our first trip to Hawaii! The condo was super clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the snorkel and beach gear was a bonus, the grounds were stunningly beautiful.. Right next to a lovely little beach and historic park. Quiet neighborhood, close to Poipu beach and convenient to other destinations. Paul was easy to reach and always responsive and helpful. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Great condo and great location

We loved everything about Kauai, the condo and the condo complex. BBQ’s were clean and in good working order. Pool was clean and sheltered from any breeze when it was too windy to swim in the ocean. The condo had everything you could need for a stay if you want to self cater. We found the Safeway in Lihue convenient to stock up on the way to the condo. Owner kindly supplies dishwasher and washing machine tablets plus there was oil for cooking.

A home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a lovely property with a swimming pool, lush vegetation and minutes away from a lovely viewing spot to watch the sunset. If you are a smoker, beware that it is a smoke-free property. There are, however, a couple of location on the property where you can go. A designated parking spot would be a nice addition. Thanks very much Paul for renting us your condo. It was so nice to have a place to call home that was not a hotel room. Your beach chairs certainly came in use as well. Your condo was so handy to Koloa and the many beaches that we visited. It was very well equipped with everything that we needed.

We first visited Kauai over 30 years ago and have been returning to the sunny side of Kauai regularly ever since. For the last several years we have stayed at Prince Kuhio due to its perfect location close to the ocean and services as well as its smaller size and more friendly atmosphere. We were able to purchase our condo in 2018 and are excited to share it with other visitors when we are not 'on island'.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Prince Kuhio is an older property with beautifully mainted tropical gardens that impart a true Polynesian feel. With the Prince Kuhio memorial park bordering the lanai side of the building there is a permanently protected open view of the park and ocean. The pool is beautiful and friendly and a one minute walk takes you to the best sunset watching spot on Kauai.
