Översta våningen enhet i vacker ny modern byggnad. Byggnaden har tre enheter. Endast huvudvåningenhet Riverwalk och övervåningenhetens observationspunkt hyrs separat. Underenheten kommer att ingå om en part hyr båda enheterna. Observationspunkten har spektakulär 360 graders utsikt över Zion. Fullt kök och tvättstuga. 2 sovrum med egen platt-tv och 2 badrum. 2 hängande dagbäddar (Twin size) sväva som du tar i den fantastiska utsikten. Tillbringa dagen vandring och komma tillbaka till komforten av fjäder toppade sängar och duntäcken. Somna som lyssnar på ljudet av floden. Separat Bullfrog spa och uteplats med grillgrill. Koppla av i hängande stolar på ditt privata däck, uppstängd ovanför Virgin River. Busshållplats ligger några steg från ytterdörren. Protokoll från Springdale fantastiska restauranger och affärer. Backar på vackra park och vandringsleder. Hyr observationspunkt för upp till 6 gäster eller hyra hela byggnaden för retreater och återföreningar. Observationspunkten är inte lämplig för små barn. Perfect for family vacation

The house was just perfect for our family visit to Zion. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities. Close to town and the park. Highly recommend this property.

Best views

We came for a wedding in Rockville. This property served our needs. The views of the mountains and Virgin River were breathtaking. Most restaurants & shops were close by & within walking distance. The host, Tori, was fantastic. She was easy to work with & very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this property.

Great Property for a Zion Visit!

Great house with plenty of space and all of the amenities. It’s very conveniently located. We enjoyed being able to catch the shuttle right by the house and get anywhere we needed in town as well as going to Zion. The hot tubs were excellent after hiking! We would recommend the property and would stay there again ourselves.

Great location for our hikes of the Narrows, West rim trail and Taylor creek trail . We used the Springdale bus stop # 7 just steps from the home for two of our hikes. Thanks to Tori for making our stay easy.

Great location and accommodations

We enjoyed the house, which allowed each couple to enjoy their own floor, and the location was excellent for Zion National Park and convenient for other exploration, including Bryce, Canyon Overlook, and Kolob Canyon. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.

Fabulous House in Springdale, Utah

Very nicely appointed house in Springdale on the main drag close to city shuttle stop 7. The hiking right across the river is beautiful, and Zion Park is a 10 minute ride on the shuttle. This place is comfortable, clean, and luxurious by our standards. Also has a functioning outdoor Jacuzzi we enjoyed. Big windows and great views from the house.

Contemporary oasis with Style

This property was wonderful. Stayed here with our adult son and his girlfriend- there was plenty of room for 10 or more people. 3 somewhat “separate” “apartments each with bathrooms, laundry and kitchens. Central areas were super comfortable. We enjoyed local hikes, the shuttle into Zion and especially stargazing from the decks and telescopes. An experience to always remember and come back to!!

Gorgeous Home and Convenient Location

Our family of seven adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Observation Point. The home was a relaxing place to stay and land after a busy and full day in Zion and the surrounding area. Both inside and outside of the property have plenty of spaces to spread out as well as have together time. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hostess was quick to answer any of our questions and also gave some sightseeing tips. The town shuttle is just a few steps from the house making it super easy to catch. It is also one of the first stops into town so we never had to worry about having enough space on the shuttle for our crew.

A great place to relax with friends after long days in the park

We stayed here for a guy’s trip to hike in Zion. We also used the house as a basecamp to hike Kanarra Falls and Bryce Canyon. It is a large, clean, well-equipped house very near the park. We spent evenings recuperating out on the back deck overlooking the Virgin River. It’s a beautiful house with beautiful views. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a place to stay that is awesome and close to the park.

Love everything Zion! We had owned the land for the past eight years and with the help of an amazing architect and builder this building was created. Dave and Tori enjoy helping guests enjoy all this beautiful canyon has to offer.
