Beläget bara 1mile från southwest ingången till Zion National Park! En kort promenad upp på gatan tar dig till mataffären, buss stopp och du är i hjärtat av Springdale. Promenera till stora affärer, konstgallerier, fantastiska restauranger och en gourmet marknad i centrala Springdale.
Denna vackra 3.200 kvadratfot hem har 6 sovrum och 3. 5 bad och erbjuder fantastisk panoramautsikt över Zion Canyon. Det stora sovrummet, som täcker hela den övre nivån av huset, har en balkong; två queen size sängar, en jacuzzi och en separat duschkabin.

Den lägre nivån har 2 sovrum med full storlek sängar plus en dubbelsäng, även en konvertibel säng, ett badrum och ett stort lekområde för barn. En separat tvättstuga ligger också på en lägre nivå. Den rymliga layout och privatliv gör detta hem ett perfekt ställe för familjer och vänner.
Under månaderna april-oktober, den fria Zion Canyon Shuttle stannar bara ett stenkast från hotellet. Skytteln stannar vid nio platser i Springdale och nio platser i Zion National Park, så du behöver aldrig använda din bil när du bor på fastigheten!
Från och med den 16 april 2018 bör besökare till Springdale förutse att de betalar för att parkera på gatorna.
Du kan också besöka Bryce Canyon, The North Rim av Grand Canyon, Lake Powell eller Cedar Breaks som alla är bara en 2 timmars bilresa, eller mindre, från vårt hem.

Something for everyone

The property and location were perfect for our extended family. Being located in Springdale allowed easy access to the Park. And there were restaurants within easy walking distance.

Great for a group

Myself and 4 girlfriends stayed here the first weekend in November and it was perfect. Plenty of space, good amenities, great location and communication from manager. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Zion Vacation

Close to Shuttle Stop, restaurants, shops and a food market. Ample parking. Large yard for the kids to play in outside. Plenty of room for large family gathering.

Perfect place for exploring Zion

Group of 12 friends stayed while doing hikes in Zion. The house was great, well stocked for cooking and was located in a perfect location to local restaurants and the grocery store. Beds were great and fit the group well.

Cannot beat this location

We had a great stay with so much space to spread out. Fantastic stargazing on the beautiful lawn in the middle of Zion's beauty. The house had everything we needed! so simple to get to and from Zion, convenience of restaurants, Springdale shops and grocery store.

This is THEE spot to stay in Springdale

This is our 2nd time staying here as a family. We absolutely love it. It's in the heart of Springdale, yet very private. Everything you need is withing a short walking distance. Zion is just up the road. The house is well kept and cozy. A great house and yard to hang with family. We will be back!

Good place and location for a group

I stayed here with a group of 9 people to do a guys trip to Zion. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The outdoor space was comfortable for coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. The location is walkable to the grocery store, several breakfast restaurants, and the Zion shuttle stop #5. The house worked well as a base camp for visiting and exploring Zion.

Great location & yard for kids!

My extended family and I had a great time in Springdale. The property is in a phenomenal location- we were able to walk to a shuttle stop to head into the park and walked to the market and restaurants during our stay. Plenty of space for our large group to sleep and hang out and the fenced in yard and lawn was amazing for our kids!!

Fantastic location for a visit to Zion!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barbara's home. Fantastic location in Springdale-- super close to the town shuttle stop, meaning no worrying about inconvenient or expensive parking to get into the park. Steps from a grocery making meals at home a breeze. And an easy walk to many restaurants and shops on the main street. House was clean, and communication was excellent. Comfy beds and linens. Can't imagine a better place to stay for our next visit to Zion.

Property in Springdale

We were in town for a wedding and this property was perfect for us. We were 3 couples and 2 children and the property worked out great. The gated yard was the a wonderful place for the kids to play and the house was an excellent size for us all to have our own sleeping spaces. I would stay at this property again.

What a location!

We thoroughly enjoyed the roominess and location of this property! We did encounter a few small roaches and had to stagger our showers to have enough hot water for our six ladies. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our accommodations.

Ideal Location and Lodging for a Group

This spacious home was perfect for our group of five, although there was room for more! The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The hostess was gracious enough to meet us upon arrival, and was readily available if needed. The location was excellent, within walking distance to groceries, shops, and restaurants. Even the park was close enough to walk to. We would stay there again!

Thompsons love Zion Mountain home!

Lovely home with all the amenities needed with a gorgeous view! Our family of 12 had a fabulous time and enjoyed hiking the Narrows along with day trips to Bryce and the Northern rim of the Grand Canyon from this location. Barbara was so gracious and answered any questions we had.. Recommend this home highly!

We own this beautiful and modern home in Zion National Park located in Town of Springdale, Utah a walking distance to the magnificent Zion National Park. We spend the winter weeks sailing and the spring-summer-fall season managing our vacation home in Springdale. We deal directly with our guest for reservations, key exchange, cleaning, maintenance, and anything between.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our home is located at the mouth of Zion National Park. You will be able to enjoy an amazing variety of activities which range from hiking, biking, river tubing, canyoneering, rock climbing, horse riding to visiting art galleries, attending live theater productions or dining in fabulous restaurants.
Zion is a park for all seasons. Summers are warm with low humidity. Autumn is magnificent with its colors. Winters are mild with average daytime temperatures in the 50s to 60s.
No matter what the season is, the Zion National Park area is scenically beautiful. In the summertime, the red rock of the canyon walls almost seems to glow from the heat. In the wintertime, there seems to be crispness in the colors of the area that result in excellent photographs.

Springdale has been named by Forbes Traveler among one of the 20 'prettiest towns' in the United States in 2008. It is also one of fastest growing tourist destinations in the United States, with over 4 million people visiting Zion National Park each year. Photographers flock to the area year round to capture the beauty of the area.
