Min plats ligger nära fantastiska vyer, restauranger, stränder och cykelleder. Det är 5 minuters promenad från ett shoppingcenter och en kort bilresa från Monterey, Carmel och 17 miles. Du kommer att älska min plats eftersom det är en vacker, ren, ombyggd, soligt hus med mycket utrymme för parkering. Klimatet i detta område är ganska måttligt runt 60- och 70-talen, så luftkonditionering behövs inte. Min plats är bra för par, affärsresor och familjer.

This was a perfect setting for visiting relatives in the Monterey area. It was plenty of room in the house for all of us to sleep and visit and share food. The neighborhood is quiet. We slept well. The kitchen had plenty of supplies for us to cook meals and share food. The location is very close to the beach and to shopping. Overall, I would rate this home highly and stay here again if in the area.

Race Weekend at Leguna Seca

Stayed with some riding buddies for a weekend of races at Leguna Seca. House perfectly clean, nice big driveway with pleanty of room to park all the bikes off the street, tons of retail and food places super close and only minutes from the track and Cannery Row!

Great house for graduation

The property was very clean and perfect for our group of six people. The location was great as we were in town for CSUMB graduation. Would definitely recommend this property if you are in the Monterey area.

Perfect Family Gathering Place

Would recommend and reserve this place again, in a heartbeat. It’s close to all the attractions, easy access to the freeway and in a great neighborhood. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the sunroom upstairs and the front or backyard were perfect outdoor hangouts.

Work-cation

Our construction team stayed at the house for a couple of projects in Sand City. The house is very large and has a great backyard we enjoyed barbecuing in. Lots of space and we never felt cramped. The laundry room was a plus.

Perfect girls weekend

The house was perfect for our girls group get-away! Each of us had our own rooms, with comfy beds, and lots of space to play cards and visit. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay! Great place for a large gathering. The only thing that isn’t clear in the description is that there is a sunroom that sleeps 3-4 more people. The listing just has the 4 bedrooms. So close to the beach and so many fun activities. We will happily stay again!

Monterey, Seaside and Laguna Seca

Great house, easily comfortable for 4 couples, superb location, ten minute walk to a dozen or more restaurants, fifteen minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes to Laguna Seca (40 minutes with heavy traffic). *just don’t follow the GPS that takes you through Seaside High School, the gate is typically closed on that route. Ten out of ten!!!

Great stay

It is a great property, great location and the owner was very nice and answered messages quickly. The only thing I would suggest for the owner is to maybe do some decor and furniture updating but otherwise it was a great stay!

Seaside getaway

The house is spacious and comfortable. It has a lovely patio with a little view of the ocean and is conveniently located near the ocean and shopping. The kitchen has everything for cooking meals, which we used a lot for entertaining. Its a short drive to Monterey and pacific grove, which was nice.
