Under sommarmånaderna (1 juni - 30 augusti) hyr vi endast från fredag till fredag med en vecka minimum. I Newport Beach Kalifornien med full havsutsikt. Denna fastighet är en icke-rökare egendom med en främre uteplats ligger på strandpromenaden intill sanden. Fyra kvarter söder öster om Newport Pier. Gratis trådlöst internet. Lägenheten har full storlek, fullt utrustat kök, har Master bedroom dubbelsäng, andra sovrummet har 1 hel säng under och 1 twin ovan (våningssäng), med en full storlek futon i vardagsrummet. 2 TV-apparater och DVD. Levereras med egen carport och tillgång tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Bara 30 minuter till Disneyland och 15 minuter till stora gallerior. Utmärkt läge för att se alla i södra Kalifornien!

If this place is available, stop looking.

I stayed here for 5 nights and I loved every minute. Your view is nothing but sand and see with Catalina in the background. It is a 5 minute walk to the pier and all of the wonderful restaurants and bars in that area. It's about a 4 minute drive to the Balboa Fun Zone. Everything is so convenient. The property is absolutely immaculate and you even have your own covered parking spot, which I can't express the value of enough, especially during busy times. Don't hesitate if you can get this place.

Beachfront Boardwalk Bliss

Perfect oceanfront location. 3 steps to the sand, 8 minutes to the pier, 3 minutes to Marina Park and playground. Easy to walk or bike everywhere..restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc. This rental is very basic and outdated, but the location is everything. The unit was as described, pictures were accurate and everything was clean. I appreciate the parking spot, but the carport spot is very tight for a midsize suv and street parking is tough to get. The massive windows are great for ocean views, but most windows are non functioning, which may be a problem in hot summer months. They do provide fans. It's on the busy boardwalk, which is fun for people watching, but you do lose some privacy. One bedroom window is next to a busy sidewalk. There's some privacy issues there due to the low quality window blinds. If you love staying oceanfront and are low maintenence, you'll enjoy this unit. I will rent it again.

Awesome location

What more could you ask for. Its on the beach and just a 5 minute walk to the pier and all the shops/restaurants. Comes with a parking spot as well.

Best location!

We have stayed on this property in various units. It’s the best location! We had a small issue but contacted the owner and he was so quick to respond and was very pleasant to deal with. We can’t wait to be back!

Cozy cottage in a fantastic location. 7 minute walk to pier, shops, and restaurants. Walk out to the clean beach. Highly recommend. Exactly as pictured and advertised.

We stay here every year. This year the sliding glass door screen was missing and it was hot so we had to keep the door open which let a lot of flies in. We also could have used another fan because one was broken. We asked but we didn't get a response

First time VRBO rental

Great location, clean property. Having a parking place was great. The kitchen was nicely equipped. Easy walk to restaurants and pier. The only thing that I would change if it were my choice, I would have better window coverings, it was really hard to get all the blinds going in the same direction. But that being said, it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

A wonderful vacation

This unit looks just like it was shown in the photos. The description of the property is spot on. It's a great location to relax and have fun at the beach. Julio was easy to get a hold of with questions or minor hiccups. My family had a wonderful time and when we visit Newport Beach again, we will be contacting Julio.

Our in-laws rent this house every year and love it. As a first time renter I thought it was okay. I had to reach out for the access code as it wasn’t provided.There was 1 washcloth and no dishwashing tablets. The property manager sent regular towels and dishwasher tablets - so he tried but still we only had the 1 washcloth. The house is on the corner which means people convene there and you can hear a lot through the windows and walls. Can also hear the people upstairs quite a bit. There is no nightstand or anything in the second room so stuff that doesn’t go in the closet is on the floor. The charging situation is rough. The main room had a sketchy charger behind the bed that I couldn’t get plugged into and a charge strip up behind the tv which is what I had to use. We used the kitchen for charging our things mostly. Killed a cockroach in the kitchen…Beach toys aren’t provided but they did have some in the garage and they did have plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We thought we were staying an extra day and didn’t get a checkout notice or email of any kind but when the cleaning people showed up I contacted the property manager and he didn’t charge us for the 45 minutes we needed to get packed up and out of the house which was nice. It is on the boardwalk which is so nice but it is cheaper so you do get what you pay for!

Perfect getaway

This is the best spot to unplug and relax - I can't wait to go back. I enjoyed the gorgeous patio that looks out onto a huge and quiet beach, with sunsets over Catalina Island on the horizon. People on the boardwalk are very respectful, so I felt fine being right there. House was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Property manager was very responsive. Very close to Newport and Balboa town centers, and walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and shops.

Fabulous Stay

We were so happy with our stay here. We’ve been coming to Newport for decades and have stayed many places. This one is incredible bang for the buck. Perfect location. Loved being on the beach. Old unit but very clean and very well stocked. Best kitchenware we’ve had a beach house. Loved the free laundry use. Check in and check out was a breeze. Great communication with managers. We want to come here again next year!

Awesome location

We really enjoyed our stay. There is lots to do nearby and the beach and ocean were just steps away. Lots of kid and adult fun at either pier and lots of people watching at the place. We will try to get it again when we come back. They were missing a few items, towels, potholders and dish towels and we had to jerry rig the verticle blinds in order to use the futon in the front room but otherwise it was great spot. We couldn't get a strong enough signal to use the wifii but that just ment more time as a family. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
