Denna underbara 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet ligger på sjunde våningen i Sugar Top med utsikt över Sugar Mountain sluttningarna. Enheten är full av varma röda nyanser och frodig inredning. Det finns en king size-säng i befälhavaren samt ett badrum med eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en drottningssäng medan det finns en bäddsoffa i dubbel storlek i vardagsrummet. Båda sovrummen är utrustade med TV-apparater och takfläktar. Njut av kompletterande WiFi och ett fullt utrustat kök i denna enhet. Du har full tillgång till inomhuspool, jacuzzi, bastu, WiFi och viktrum i lobbyn på första våningen. Sugar Top har ett pendelsystem om du inte kan parkera i huvudområdet under de livliga säsongerna. Observera att parkeringsbussen drivs av SugarTop. Resort Real Estate and Rentals har ingen kontroll över pendelsystemet. Vi har dock inte haft några problem med detta. Våra lägenheter med SugarTop är rökfria. Absolut inga husdjur.

Cozy

This cozy condo was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Gorgeous views of sugar mountain. Sugar top resort was great, it was a very busy weekend but we didn’t have any problems with our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was home away from home. Very spacious and clean. I enjoyed the kitchen as it had everyrhing we needed to cook. We are planning to return and this will be my first choice. For a party of 5, with 3 teenagers everyone was very comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: We found appt 2721 very good, it was confortable and yes I will recomended to friends and family, but I do think that as it is a little difficult to move around because of the snow, perhaps guests should be allowed to leave the keys at the lobby for checkout, also I think since we are paying a cleaning fee (that is not small) we shouldn't need to be taking the trash out on top of all other tidings and cares to do to leave the unit, we are already carryng our luggage and caring to leave the diswasher filled out, it feels like we are doing all the cleaning and why fo we get charged a cleaning fee and a damage fee too?

Wonderful Fall Escape

Wow! What a place. It's on the 7th floor of a 10 story condominium building near the top of Sugar Mountain. Breathtaking views and one of the nicest balconies with comfortable seating in the complex. The decor and amenities were great. We hope to back one day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the property is awesome. I have stayed there before, always a pleasure. The view is amazing.. The shuttle drivers were nice and engaging. The layout of the units gives you a nice flow, the kitchens are good. Close to everything you might want to do, if you can pull yourself away from the view! If I had to make any suggestions, I would have the process be a little more streamlined, referring to the paperwork prior to arrival. The thermostat was locked to a temp a little higher than we are accustomed to. The $400.00 deposit was excessive. All small items to be sure. this is a great property, anyone would be thrilled to be here!

Great location

We rented this condo for a weekend and enjoyed staying here. The purpose of our trip was to go skying and the location is just perfect for it. The condo is nice, clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The only downside was the fact that it advertises accomodations for six people, but the sleeping sofa is so old and broken, that we ended up sleeping on the floor. I think the owner either needs to change the sofa or advetise the condo for 4-5 people only.

Awesome location!

The property was dated, but we were ok with that. The location was wonderful! It seems like everything was sanitized, which was a priority for us in the pandemic. However, the dust on fans, base boards, etc was super thick and gross. The carpet was dirty and "crunchy", it looked like and felt like it was 20+ years old. We cooked some sausage and the hot oil was pouring thru the cheap (or old) pan. For nearly $200 a night we should at least get access to the parking space for the unit instead of having to wait for a shuttle. Hopefully they can update a few things. We would love to come back.

Thank you for the feedback, we will mention to housekeeping to pay extra attention to baseboards and fans and dusting overall. We do have the carpets professionally cleaned twice a year in the spring and fall, we will see about expediting that. the individual owners are responsible for furnishing kitchenware, we will pass along to them the need for some new cook ware. Unfortunately the parking is Sugar Top property management rules which we have no control over, they reserve the upper parking lot for owners only.

The amazing view alone was almost worth the price. The unit could benefit from a little updating but we were comfortable and had all we needed. The family time we had was priceless.

This unit was all we needed. It was just 3 of us which included our 7 year old son. The fireplace was great and the overall layout/style was just what we expected. We had a great time!

Parking is horrible!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of Sugar Top provides amazing views! The unit we rented was just as it was described. There are only 3 parking places in front of this massive condo and you have to depend on a shuttle to transport you up and down the mountain every time you leave and return. When we first arrived we waited over an hour to get access from security to drive to the top of the mountain to unload. If you are going and plan to stay at the condo most of your stay and not be adventurous then this would be a great place for you!

Too expensive for accommodations

Was not Covid clean when we arrived. Food caked on table and counter surfaces, door around knobs dirty as well as the light switch covers! No cleaning supplies for spills or cleanups. One roll of paper towels. One dishcloth and drying cloth. For the price we paid it was outrageous!! Also the sofa bed was awful—bar across the back all night and the bed tipped downward at the foot. Definitely broken. Air coming thru bedroom vent was noisy. Would appreciate some remuneration for the lack of $182 plus a night accommodations and amenities. And the parking and drop off facilities were atrocious. Need I say more—a real disappointment!

Nice spot for getaway weekend

Rented this unit for my family of four to have a long weekend retreat in the mountains. The unit was perfectly fine as a base for sightseeing, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The parking situation is a bit annoying, but we were able to get in the A lot just down the hill and could walk instead of dealing with shuttle. The building is dated in many ways, and parts of the unit felt pretty old, but honestly you stay for the view, which looks out towards the NW and is spectacular.
