Great spot!

This was a cute condo in a great spot! Close to the beach with lots of beach gear, and a cafe/bakery around the corner. We loved the patio too. Only complaint: the place wasn’t super clean when we checked in. I think there must have been a birthday or something that stayed before us because there was glitter and pizza crusts that the vacuum must have missed. Otherwise, communication and checking in/out was so easy. We loved this spot.

Great Location

We enjoyed a 4-night stay at this property as our home base for San Diego and LA fun. Beach was very nearby, walkable, and very relaxing.

Christmas and New Years Stay

We stayed at this property for over 2 weeks between Christmas and into Middle of January. The place was great. Very clean, awesome location, and beautiful views from the deck. The bathroom's are remodeled and the shower pressure is wonderful so thats always a bonus. The unit gets an A rating. My only complaint is i called Vacasa who manages the property and said we ran out of trash bags and laundry pods. They said they only supply enough for a couple days and it was up to us to buy detergent and toiletries which i thought was super cheap and un-classy. We ran into the owner of the property shortly after and he apologized and returned with laundry detergent and supplies. So the unit, property, and property owner get a 10 out of 10. Vacasa who manages the property gets a much lower rating due to rude customer service and lack of emphathy. Paying almost 10k for 2 weeks and they cant supply enough detergent or toiletries. (Face Palm).

Vacation 2024

Great location nice and quiet close to beach and everything else. Went to Disneyland for 2 days just 30 minutes drive and didn't really get too much of the San Diego traffic or LA traffic. The little beach down the road was excellent and relaxing.

Christmas Break

We were in San Clemente to spend Christmas with family. The description of the property was accurate. The master bed was not very comfortable and the couch in the family room was stained and worn. If there is a tenant staying above you you can hear every move they make while in the bedroom which can keep you up at night. The location was perfect but I don’t think the property was worth the price. When dealing with the management company vacassa you would would get a different person each time with a different answer each time. I would rather deal with an owner and not a management company. Even when I asked them to stop texting me, they continued to text me.

Great get-away location

We came down to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family who lives local. The location was super easy to find, we had no issues checking in, everything was labeled so we didn’t have to spend time wondering how things worked. The two bedroom and loft worked out great for our family of 5. The living spaces fit us all and we were able to make good use of the kitchen in preparation for Thanksgiving. Well appointed, quiet, super close to the ocean, and we would totally stay again.

North Beach Area

Clean, spacious, new, trees, balcony, amenities, close to beach , highways & some restaurants, some street noise, view is limited. Overall a comfortable, convienient and reasonably priced property.

Clean. Perfect location for wedding. Bathrooms are a little dated. Kitchen clean and had all necessary appliances. Not stocked with so much as a coffee pod or water. No auto ice maker so trays were provided but a bit inconvenient. Check in/ check out was super easy!

Perfect Location, Clean, and Convenient!

Chose this location to stay with family for my daughter's wedding and it was a great stay! Condo was clean, well-appointed, perfect location to restaurants, the beach, parking was a breeze. The outdoor patio is spacious and the perfect hang out spot. Beds were also comfortable, plenty of room for everyone.

Great home in the perfect location

We were more than impressed with our stay. The home shows in person exactly like the pictures. Well appointed with anything and everything you could need. Beds and linens were fabulously comfortable which is always a plus. Short walk to the beach with great shopping/restaurants and the free trolley has a stop that also in wakingr distance. Thank you for providing such a great home for us to enjoy our vacation.

Family Vacation

Great spot! Beds & Shower amazing! Kitchen could use refresh on spices as we used the kitchen daily. Beach equipment also could use a refresh as some broken boards & chairs. Overall it was a beautiful spot & we enjoyed our family time at this beach condo!

Great place to stay in San Clemente

Great location , spacious and clean space . Really good amenities . Met the owner of the house . Real friendly guy . Recommend this place for families with teenage kids . Love to revisit . Wish they allowed pets !

Location, location, location

Great location so close to the beach and shops. Top notch communication with the property manager. Only two very small dings: I prefer a very firm bed mattress and the main floor bathroom toilet got clogged. Would definitely consider staying there again!

Awesome spot!

We only stayed for two rainy days, but as a family that used to live in the area I found it really fun to stay in this spot. It's an awesome unit, very clean, and way bigger than I thought it was going to be. Upstairs neighbors can be a little noisy if they're not being nice to you, but that's the only thing to even harp about. Putting down infants with kiddos running around upstairs wasn't fun. Regardless, I would 100% stay here again. Great place!
