The host was great and has a lovely home close to everything. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and safe. Lots of easy street parking. The back yard was very spacious and well landscaped with plenty of eating areas and a bbq. We enjoyed staying here very much and will again…

We LOVED Jacqueline's house. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her hospitality is next level. She is a very thoughtful and caring host. Check in and out was easy and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We will be booking her house everytime we come to Long Beach. Also, her communication skills are outstanding. So happy we found her listing.

Great location, great place to stay

The property is just as pictured and described. Nice quiet neighborhood, kitchen is well supplied. Close to Long Beach airport, the highways and the beach. Jacqueline is a great host, we will definitely be staying there again.Thank you for your hospitality.

We so enjoyed this beautiful property. The owner is delightful and attended to our every need and in a timely manner. The home is very well equipped, recently updated and features a lovely private patio in addition to the amenities of the house. The kitchen is new, has every appliance you could need, even including a hot/cold water dispenser. The location was perfect for our needs - we even found an excellent Italian restaurant 3 blocks away. We will be happy to stay at this very nice rental again when we make our visits to family in the area.

Lovely Neighborhood!

Appreciated the beautiful back yard and the neighborhood felt very safe. Great location! Home interior is eclectic and a nice size space. We appreciate how well the owner communicated with us, particularly since she was out of the country during our visit. Thank you, we enjoyed our visit:)

Comfortable, nice neighborhood

House is comfortable and quiet, good location, nice neighborhood. Jacqueline is a wonderful host and very accomodating. She lives in a separate part of the house wirh a separate entrance and gives you your privacy. 5 stars. Would love to come back.

Nice home in a great location.

The property is very well maintained and has a beautiful yard with patio. It is in a great location close to major freeways and the beach. There is a lot of great shopping and restaurant's in the area, The owner is very responsive to any questions or needs. I would recommend this property to family and friends. I would also stay here again. Thank you Jacqueline you are a wonderful host!

While the home is cozy and charming, and in a great location, my stay was not quite what I was expecting and I was disappointed. It is not a private stay, but more of a shared housemate experience. The host came into the house while I was out each day, and one evening came out of the “studio isolated from the rest of the house” three times while I was there. I was not feeling well, so was in the bedroom. What if I was in the living room watching TV? That would have been awkward and uncomfortable, especially in light that the listing states “Owner lives on the property in a studio isolated from the rest of the house, so you will be able to enjoy your privacy here.” The isolated studio is the other bedroom of the house. While my visit was not horrible, I had a greater expectation of privacy. I feel the listing description is a bit ambiguous.

Little house in Long Beach

My husband and I recently stayed at this charming little house and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. Ample street parking made our stay hassle-free. Although we initially had reservations about sharing the property with the owner, it turned out to be perfectly fine. The owner, a delightful French woman, was incredibly respectful of our privacy despite living in the home. Her presence did not intrude on our space. This property is ideal for couples like us who can maintain quiet hours and respect everyone’s needs. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this house to others looking for a cozy, peaceful retreat.

Jacqueline et sa « petite maison » sont au top

Accueillante, réponse rapide, Jacqueline est au top. Souriante, aimable, gentille et elle parle français. Un must pour nous français. La maison est top. Spacieuse avec un grand et beau jardin. Bien située. Idéal pour un couple avec un enfant. Ou 2 couples quand on opte pour la maison entière. Décoré avec goût, elle est une belle maison typique de longbeach comme on aime. Salle de bain propre et dans la cuisine tous les ustensiles sont là. Rien ne manque. Merci Jacqueline et à très bientôt. Je garde cette adresse très très très précieusement !!!
