Lägenheten har renoverats kärleksfullt med prestigefylld efterbehandling i april 2014. Det finns två sovrum, ett med en fransk säng och det andra med två enkelsängar. Vid sängarna har madrass och kuddar i minneskum. Det finns också två badrum, ett med dusch och ett badrum med jacuzzi, utrustat kök, stort vardagsrum med bäddsoffa för två personer till.

First time in Florence

Had a lovely stay in “Violet’s House”, so pretty & spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Short distance to train station & within walking distance to most of the sights.

Florence!!!

The apartment is spacious and clean. It is a short walk to the train station and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, neighborhoods and historic sights. The pictures are a good representation of how the apartment really looks. Riccardo met us at the apartment and showed us around and answered any questions we had…easy check in.

Comfortable and convenient

We stayed here for a week during spring break and had a wonderful time. The apartment is so close to the train station and many cute restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were so comfortable! That is always my biggest worry but thankfully they were perfect.

Very nice flat with plenty of room

Riccardo let us check in early so we didn’t have to drag our luggage around on our first day! The apartment was very roomy and nicely appointed. The location is so convenient to SMN station and the Duomo complex! The antique furniture was comfortable and inviting. The large windows were so romantic, though there’s not really a view. Still, the breezes were wonderful and there were both Italian and American coffee makers! We enjoyed both!

Florence Adventure

We had an enjoyable time at the apartment. Almost everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Our flight came in early, we were able to check in early. Would recommend this place to stay!

3 days in Florence

Many wonderful things about this apartment:- pretty apartment, really nice size- very easy early check in - wonderful property manager- provided good recommendations for local restaurants - close to the market and train station- walkable but not close to tourist attractions; this made for long walks home at night after very long days; advise to learn about public transportation options/taxis before arriving- well appointed Only drawback:- The listing does not note that only the bedrooms are air conditioned. We were in Florence with temps in the high 90s and so really unable to use the kitchen and living area. That was disappointing, as those spaces were quite lovely.

Great location and spacious flat

Spacious, clean, well-stocked apartment in great location. Check-in was easy and communication was great. 10 minute walk from the train station and close to all the sites. Overall great stay in Florence.

Wonderful apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. It is within walking distance to fantastic restaurants and a beautiful park in addition to the historical attractions. Riccardo is an excellent host and was extremely helpful! Beautiful and convenient location

The property is beautiful and well appointed with modern bathrooms. Be prepared for a lot of stairs (from the lobby, up two levels and from the lower floor with the bedrooms/game room/one bathroom and the upper floor with kitchen/family room/gorgeous patio/2nd bathroom). There are groceries and restaurants within walking distance (3-7 blocks) and the bus stop on Corso Gelone can get you quickly to Ortigia.

Florence in February

Our stay was wonderful. Riccardo was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. It located in a great location near to the Santa Novella train station, the tram stop that is there, and a short walk to the central market. The area was very quiet. I would book it again for sure.

Great Apartment and Location !

Stayed at this location for 3 nights with my wife. What a perfect location for seeing a lot of the major attractions while in Florence. Walking distance to everything. Including some great restaurants and shops. Check in and out with Ricardo could not have been easier. Very helpful and allowed freedom to really enjoy the city. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this location. We hope to return soon someday.

Beautiful Apartment

Overall very nice place to stay. Communication with Riccardo was exceptional and he provided good directions and instructions once there. The park across the street was great to have in the evenings. Lighting in kitchen could be brighter

Quaint and homey

My mom, sister and I rented this apartment for a week. Our host graciously met us for an early check in, which we really appreciated. The apartment was comfortable and felt like a perfect quiet get away right around the corner from the action. It really feels like my grandmother's old apartment with feminine touches and a warm feel. Having two bathrooms and a tub was a nice treat! We loved it and will happily return!

The apartment is beautiful, clean and spacious.

We were greeted by Patrizia, Riccardo's mother. She was very pleasant and helpful. The apartment is located a short walk from all of Florence's attractions including the main train station, Duomo and Statue of David. The hosts left us wine, beer and water. We loved everything about our stay and are grateful to Riccardo and Patrizia for making our first trip to Florence so memorable. We will be back!

Clean and spacious apartment

We stayed 5 nights in this lovely apartment. Riccardo met us promptly and was always available for any questions. The apartment has everything you need. It was nice to have the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We utilized the small washing machine also. It is up one level from the street. We were about a 10-minute walk from the Duomo and also from the Accademia. It was clean and updated
