Great time

The cabin was very well stocked of anything anyone could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. The area was very quiet and the wildlife was fun to watch. My only complaint was the internet was horribly slow. I definitely would stay there again.

Amazing cabin

Lovely cabin! Great coffee station keeps the well appointed kitchen open for the “cooks”. Very comfortable. I love the warmth the wood walls and ceiling bring to the rooms. Would definitely stay again.

North Georgia

Very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious home in north Georgia. The host provided excellent directions to drive to the house and to get into the house. When we called about the nonfunctioning wifi, the host answered promptly.

Weekend getaway

This place was by far the cleanest and beautiful place we've stayed yet. Everything you need is there besides food and drinks. Deer roaming the property the whole time it was very relaxing. We hope to be back real soon. Thank you for allowing us into your beautiful home.

Overall pleasant

Wifi very bad but had cable TV for type of entertainment. Its perfect for not wanting the outside world to constantly contact you. Comfortable, good nature surroundings, best supplied ive seen for having backups of all appliances (paper towels, toilet paper, towels, accessible laundry, ect.).

Mentone Weekend Getaway

We loved our stay at the cabin. The cabin was cozy, comfy and beautifully decorated. Lisa has done an excellent job at making sure the cabin has everything you will need for your stay, other than food, of course. My family really enjoyed the hot tub and we enjoyed playing some of the board games provided. The kitchen was very well stocked for all your cooking needs.. A bonus was that we had snow which made the trio even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay at this cabin again

Girls relaxing!

This was the second time I have stayed in this cabin. I decided to stay agaIn because it was the last place I had vacationed with my husband before his passing in February! It felt like we had a little bit of him with us! The cabin is very cozy just right for myself and my daughter and granddaughter. It’s close enough to surrounding attractions that we could go to Rock Cityto see the Christmas lights. The cabin is located in a really nice quiet neighborhood. The only thing I would fix is a little more lighting where you park vehicles.

Great play to stay and getaway from it all

Great cabin in a heavily wooded neighborhood. We had a great stay while exploring Northeast Alabama. The host was honest about the poor internet availability. Take this into account if internet is important to you. Overall we had a great experience.

This is our second cabin in Mentone's Laurel Creek Lakes and we love the area and the residents in this remarkable community. We are from Selma, AL and have fallen in love with this scenic area of North Alabama.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Our property is a perfect getaway to unplug and relax. We're close to the small towns of Mentone and Fort Payne, Alabama and Menlo and Summerville, Georgia for local small town fun but not too far from Chattanooga, Tennessee (45 minutes) if you want to do some larger city sight seeing.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We have clear walking trails with access to three lakes. Throw a little corn in the yard and be prepared to see deer, turkeys, rabbits and other wildlife. After a day of sightseeing relax in the hot tub or around a cozy fire in the fire pit.
