Cirka tio minuter från Markusplatsen välkomnar Ca 'Dolce dig i ett område som fortfarande är präglat av det venetianska livet med många lokala butiker. Fullständigt renoverat 2017 består det av ett vardagsrum med kök och vardagsrum, ett litet badrum och 2 dubbelrum, ett på bottenvåningen (2 enkelsängar eller 1 dubbelsäng) med utsikt över kanalen och den andra på första våningen med utsikt över trädgården och på vår privata innergård, som ligger vid kanalen. Ca 'Dolce är idealiskt beläget i förhållande till Marco Polo flygplats (tillgänglig på 15 minuter med vattentaxi eller Alilaguna-båt till Fdte Nove sedan 2 minuter till fots) och järnvägsstationen Santa Lucia (på 15 minuter via vaporettelinje 1 ). La Ca 'Dolce har wifi, luftkonditionering, ett fullt utrustat kök (induktionshäll, ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin) och en tvättmaskin. Lakan och handdukar tillhandahålls uppenbarligen. Kom och lev det venetianska livet där!

Wonderful Location

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The location was quiet and an easy walk to everywhere. Being able to splurge on a water taxi to and from our own terrace made our first trip to Venice especially memorable. The apartment is comfortable - master bedroom on the upstairs and second bedroom and bathroom below. Washing machine worked great and there is a drying rack (no dryer as is typical in Europe). The local property manager and the suggestions provided by the owner were especially helpful and really made our trip. The list of suggested restaurants, local grocery solutions, etc. were all helpful. We ate in a few times and the kitchen was comfortable. When we had any problems or questions the local property manager responded immediately and the communication was excellent. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Lovely time in Venice

This property is so convenient to many of the sites in Venice that you must see. The property manager was very communicative and responsive to our questions. The apartment contained everything we needed to be comfortable.

Sehr gute Lage

Insgesamt ist das Herausragende die Lage nahe dem Fähranleger zum Flughafen, gute Restaurants in der Nähe und der Lebensmittel- und der Weinladen gleich um die Ecke. Dort kann man offenen Wein für unter drei Euro pro Liter zapfen. Die Übergabe und Sauberkeit der Wohnung waren herausragend.

Contemporary canal view in Venice

This property was fantastic. Very clean and secure. Beautiful canal views and we were able to take a water taxi straight from the train station to the property. Wonderfully equipted and the host was very responsive to questions. Close to many restaurants, groceries and sites. We had a wonderful time.

Terrific location and great communication

The house is small but very well equipped and comfortable. The location is great - quiet with a neighbourhood feel but close to everything. Extensive information from the host including restaurant recommendations which we followed and had an excellent experience. We hope to return.

Lovely house at a canal

We had a very nice stay. The house is in a nice and quiet area. Although not big you have all you need and quality was good, not Ikea-only. Sitting outside in the early morning is great ( in the evening a lot of mosquitos outside). The bed was are a bit hard for me but that is a personal thing. I totally recommand this place.

A great place away from all the crowds

Our stay here was great. The apartment was the perfect size. The courtyard was great to sit out and talk with a bottle of wine. It was close to everything but far enough away to not be in the hustle and bustle of the main tourist attractions.

Exzellent

Wir haben 4 Tage in Venedig verbracht und dabei dieses Appartement sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Es liegt absolut ideal, ruhig und doch zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Wohnung selbst, fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood

Comfortable, quiet and close

We loved our stay in this Venetian apartment. The space is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from water bus, restaurants and coop. Only 15 minutes to Grand Canal, too! Apartment was just as promised. Very clean. Hosts are gracious and responsive.

Perfect Apartment for a Family

Absolutely loved this apartment! I studied in Venice years ago and was familiar with how touristy and crowded a lot of areas can get. This property is nestled in the residential area with great access to restaurants and grocery stores and a stunning terrace that opens up to the canal. Our kids were still adjusting to jet lag while we were in Venice so we even called it early one night so they could sleep and got groceries and wine to sit on the terrace for dinner while they slept- was one of my favorite nights there just looking at the canal! Sebastien was a great host with perfect recommendations.

Ca’ Dolce was excellent!

The property is exactly as described. Very comfy and very convenient. Seb and Rosanna were excellent to work with. Cannaregio is enough away from the touristy areas to be quiet and relaxing but still close enough that you can do everything you come to Venice to do!

Super Lage, zur Vaporetto Station F.Nove 5 Minuten, zur Ca'Doro knapp 10 Minuten. Vorab Informationen sehr sehr gut und ausführlich. Empfang und Kommunikation mit Rosanna eins plus. Ab 7 Uhr sehr lebhafter Verkehr auf dem angrenzenden Kanal. Einkauf 4 Minuten. Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt.

Venice stay

The neighborhood was quaint and we loved staying amongst the locals. The beds and pillows were miserable. They were hard and there was nowhere in the apt that was comfortable . Our backs and necks hurt all of the time. . The couch was dirty and small. Rosanna was great and very helpful.
