Ca 'Ferrari-lägenheten ligger i centrum av Venedig, i Cannaregio-distriktet, den mest animerade i Venedig. Lägenheten förvaltas av Giorgio och Gabriella, erfarna värdar, som bor i samma byggnad.

Lägenheten har totalrenoverats och är utrustad med alla tjänster (höghastighets wi-fi, smart-TV, luftkonditionering i alla rum, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin).
Ca 'Ferrari-lägenheten ligger tre minuter från ACTV-vaporettestoppet i Ca'd'Oro. Dessutom är det bara 8 minuter från Fondamenta Nove-stoppet, där ALILAGUNA-vattenbussarna kommer från Marco Polo-flygplatsen och 15 minuter från järnvägsstationen Santa Lucia anländer.

This was an excellent choice for 2 couples. Centrally located for dining and sight seeing. Short boat ride to train station and airport. Attentive hosts. We Americans love soft towels and with no dryers the towels were a bit stiff . A small price to pay for a lovely stay. Many thanks to Georgio & Gabriella .

Nice spacious apartment in good location close to vaporetto and supermarket and walking distance to pretty much everything. Comfy beds and great showers. Excellent communication from owner prior to and on arrival. Highly recommend.

Quiet part of Venice

Host meet us at the boat dock. He walked us to the apartment. He was very nice and showed us where the grocery store is about a 4 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was very clean, peaceful and the air conditioner worked great.

Giorgio met us at the vaporetto and escorted us to the apartment. Two beautiful rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchenette/ dining room. Well equipped, modern, comfortable and so close to the Main Street. Probably the best accommodations we’ve ever had while traveling. And no flights of stairs to navigate inside the building.

More beautiful than pictures can show. Quiet, convenient. Gabby is delightful and hospitable, and she kept us updated with information during the entire stay. Wish we could've stayed longer, and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay!

This was one of our favorite owner owned properties that we stayed at during our stay in Italy. The host Georgio is very friendly and helpful and their 2 bedroom, 2 bath property is perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 teens such as ours. The property is immaculate, super clean and was supplied with linens, towels, and basic necessities in the kitchen. For the price we paid, we felt it was a good value. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we are visiting Venice!

Beautiful Apartment in Great Neighborhood

We loved staying in Georgios apartment and will stay there again in a heartbeat. The neighborhood was great, quiet, clean and close to everything. Communication with Giorgio and Gaby was excellent. The apartment is exactly like the pictures describe. It was spotlessly clean and everything works as it should. We didn't have any issues and if we had I'm sure they would have been taken care of promptly.

Excellent Experience

The owners are exquisite hosts, they're clearly proud of sharing part of their family house with their guests. The property is impeccable: everything works, you can spend a relatively long stay and have everything you need to cook, do laundry, etc. as we did.The location is one of the best in Venice: close to everything, yet off the tourist beat. Plenty of restaurants nearby, 2 minutes from a large grocery store. Will try to go again.

This apartment was a gem! The host met us and showed us around the apartment. It had everything you needed! Even umbrellas when it rained, one evening. Beautiful decor, space, location to all the sights! Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. Thank you Giorgio and Gabby!

Wonerful place

The apartment was fantastic! 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, updated and very modern. Plenty of room for a family of four, plus all the amenities you might need. Great location too! All transportation (water bus or taxi) needs very close by. Food, shopping right around the corner, walking distance to most of the sights is very close, yet it's very quiet. Communication was great, Gaby was very helpful with directions and recommendations, any kind of assistance I needed. Awesome hospitality, thanks so much!

Gabriella and Giorgio are very nice people. Giorgio was waiting for us at the taxiboat to guide us to the appartment. They arrange our return to the airport at 4 oclock am with the taxiboat. Two rooms. One queen bed with bathroom and the other room twin bed with a bathroom outside the room. Gabriella speak french and Giorgio speak english. The appartement is renovated and very clean..
