Lägenheten ligger på bottenvåningen i Casino Tron-byggnaden i San Cassiano, belägen i ett lugnt område fem minuter från Rialtobronen och 10 minuter från Piazza San Marco ... du är i hjärtat av staden.
Lägenheten har en stor och härlig trädgård för exklusiv användning av kunder
Trevligt inredda, det centrala området i lägenheten fungerar som ett sovrum och vardagsrum, med en bekväm bäddsoffa, en byrå från 1800-talet, två fåtöljer och ett fyrkantigt bord.
I samma område finns det ett stort runt bord och två stolar
En liten korridor tar dig till pentry, separat från resten av lägenheten. Detta område är utrustat med en elektrisk spis med två brännare, en mikrovågsugn, ett handfat och ett kylskåp med frys. Framför köket finns ett marmorbadrum med stor dusch.

The apartment and garden area were beautiful. Lorenza was very informative and attentive, responding quickly with answers to questions. The location was close enough to all that we wanted to do but enough of the beaten path that it was very quiet.

Super Lage im Herzen von Venedig im ruhigeren Stadtteil San Polo. Äußerst freundlicher Empfang, die klimatisierte Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht.Die Dusche sollte mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten alles okay.

Living like a local!

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment. Our host was so gracious to meet us at the Vaparetto stop and walk us to the location. She gave us tons of recommendations for her favorite places and we tried many of them, enjoyed great chicchetti and restaurants like locals. She shared the history of the Spritz and recommended the local Spritz of choice, The Select. So we felt like we got a true tase of Venice and avoided overly touristy places. The apartment is very comfortable and super quiet, a nice place to relax and rest after the bustle of the streets and museums. Thank you to the best host!

Great location and better host

Lorenza went the extra mile and met us at water taxi and led us to the property. In centrally located but quiet neighborhood away from tourist crush, close to stores, fruit stands, coffee and pastry shops. Kitchen well equipped. If in the summer be aware that AC is not in the bedrooms, but out in the hall just outside bedrooms. To get cool air into rooms we slept with bedroom doors open (two couples visiting Venice and sharing vrbo sleeping with open bedroom doors was not ideal). The hospitality of the host and her responsiveness to questions and suggestions was outstanding and we would stay again.

Great Stay in ideal location

Great host, very attentive with plenty of tips to enjoy our stay in Venice. Garden was quiet and perfect to rest in the afternoon/evening, away from the crowds. Highly recommend.

Fabulous property and host

The property was well located, close to shops, restaurants and a water bus stop. Very nicely furnished with excellent air con, plus nice little touches like sugar, coffee, condiments etc. Lorenza was the perfect host, welcoming and knowledgeable and spoke great English. Highly recommended.

What a lovely spot in the heart of San Polo!

We had a lovely 3-day family stay in Lorenza’s garden apartment. Lorenza met us at the vaporetto stop and showed us the way over two small canal bridges to the apartment. We got wonderful recommendations of where to go, and she was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, with so much charm. The garden is incredible, a hidden gem of tranquility and green. The neighborhood was quiet and away from the tourist zoo, but central on foot to everything you could want to see, including the Grand Canal. It took us 20 minutes to walk to San Marco, 10 minutes to the Rialto, and it was wonderful to return to the peace of our apartment and its calmer neighborhood at the end of the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Lorenza!

A FABULOUS PLACE TO STAY

We have travelled to Venice many times over the last twenty years. This was undoubtedly the best. At the end of a quiet calle, a ground floor property with a charming garden. Lorenza was responsive and very easy to talk to. Good facilities, a super comfortable bed and well-located. We loved it all.

Wifi no funciona, amueblado a la economía, limpieza deficiente

Bien situado, el alojamiento se nota sin embargo descuidado, falto de limpieza, con cosas rotas o en mal estado; puedo dar muchos detalles, además de fotos. El Wifi no funciona NADA y la propietaria culpa a la técnica o... la fatalidad ! (como también les dijo a un familiar que se alojó después que nosotros). Por tener jardín hay que venir preparado contra el continuo ataque de mosquitos. La propietaria acude rápidamente cuando se le llama por algo que no funciona, pero esta amabilidad no impide que a su piso le falten muchos detalles para que la estancia resultara agradable (la nuestra de 14 dias). No lo recomendamos, a pesar del jardín; que por cierto tiene la sombrilla (de la foto) rota, y no ella no la quita.

Perfect location in heart of Venice

This little place is a gem in the heart of Venice. Perfect location for exploring Venice and good value for money (compared to the very expensive hotels in Venice). The place is small, but has everything you need when staying a couple of days in Venice. It's located in a quiet location, but close to everything (walking distance). The place has a very nice garden where you can enjoy your breakfast. The hostess was very friendly and gave some good advice on places to visit and where to eat. Wifi connection is not that good, but once you're outside it's ok. We can definitely advise this place.

Un séjour fantastique

L'appartement était super bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pied et économiser de l'argent sur les trajets en bateau. De plus, la propriétaire était vraiment sympa et accommodante, nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin et nous avons pu poser les affaires dès notre arrivée et le départ était vraiment facile. Elle a également des adresses super sympas de restaurants et de bars à recommander qui étaient vraiment bien. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés !

Studio idealement placé, dans une impasse, au rez-de-chaussée de la maison familiale. Jardinet exceptionnel, très agréable (prévoir antimoustique). La literie est d'un confort correct La wifi fonctionne mal et uniquement dans la salle d'eau Très bon accueil de la propriétaire Je recommande!

Lovely central apartment

Small but perfect. Very comfortable with everything we needed. The garden was lovely, a peaceful spot after sightseeing. The owner, Lorenza, met us at the bus stop, helped us with luggage and gave us lots of useful information. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Ruhige, erholsame Unterkunft

Das App. ist wie beschrieben. Top gepflegt. Bett muss man selber herrichten, Schlafcouch. Küche ist sehr klein, hat aber alles notwendige. Verwunschener Garten, toll fürs Frühstück und am Abend.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni in questo piccolo alloggio nascosto nel sestiere di S. Polo, situato a poca distanza dal ponte di Rialto, ma al tempo stesso tranquillo e silenzioso. Pro: la posizione, la pulizia, il divano letto comodissimo, il delizioso giardinetto attrezzato con tavolino e sedie e soprattutto la proprietaria! Lorenza ci ha messe subito a nostro agio, dandoci tutte le informazioni utili per orientarci al meglio durante la nostra vacanza (incluse delle preziose dritte per quanto riguarda osterie e bacari). Contro: quando piove si sente odore di acqua stagnante, del resto come in qualsiasi alloggio che a Venezia si trovi al piano terra, ma basta arieggiare bene per risolvere questo piccolo inconveniente. Grazie ancora a Lorenza per averci accolte e ... speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Schöner kann ein Aufenthalt nicht sein!

Wir sind begeistert von diesem wunderschönen Domizil ! Die zentrale Lage, die hervorragende Ausstattung des Appartements, das unkomplizierte Einchecken und die Liebenswürdigkeit unserer Vermieterin, die uns an der Vaporetto-Stelle abholte und uns alles Wissenswerte erklärte machen einen Aufenthalt hier zum richtigen Urlaubs-Genuss! Der kleine Garten ist sehr malerisch und romantisch. Wir möchten uns herzlich bedanken und kommen gerne wieder!

Host was really nice and came to pick us up from the vaporretto station. Really nice garden, but it was winter so couldn't take advantage of it. WiFi signal was weak.
