Elegant och bekväma lägenhet i det centrala området i Oltrarno på några steg från torget Santo Spirito och andra historiska platser (den gamla bron, Uffizi-galleriet, Boboli-trädgården); butiker, restauranger och tjänster finns i närheten. Kollektivtrafiken är på gatan nere i lägenheten.
Denna lägenhet på 45 kvm (på två våningar) fint restaurerad och bevarar den toskanska stilen, ligger på bottenvåningen i en gammal florentinsk byggnad från 1500-talet. Det är idealiskt för 2/4 personer.
Lägenheten är i två våningar och består av följande:
Sovrum: upsterars finns det 1 sovrum med en stor dubbelsäng som kan separeras för att skapa två singelsängar; nedervåningen i matsalen finns en bäddsoffa som enkelt kan omvandlas till en dubbelsäng (fransk storlek).
Kök: fullt utrustat kök (ingen diskmaskin), köksredskap, kaffebryggare, kylskåp, elektrisk ugn, 4 spis.
Matsal: matbord för 4 personer, bäddsoffa, TV (satellit / kabel), strykjärn och bräda

Badrum: Toalett, Dusch, Bidé, Hårtork

Trevlig, välutrustad lägenhet, nära till allt av intresse.

Vänligt, omtänksamt värdpar som visade oss förtroende och inte kontrollerade städning eller krävde deposition. Lägenheten innehöll allt väsentligt inklusive luftvärmepump som höll oss varma höstnätterna igenom. Ett riktigt lyckat lägenhetsval! My och Maria

Excellent Base

The apartment is in a great location, being south of the Arno and away from the crowds. It is, however, within easy walking distance of all the major “sights” of Florence.There is a “fruit and veg” shop next door and a bottega and trattoria directly opposite. It is a few minutes walk from the south side of Piazza Santo Spirito. Two superb gelateria are also only a couple of minutes walk away. The local area has a wide range of individual shops.The apartment was very comfortable with plenty of storage space. There is nowhere to sit outside, but the Piazza S.S. is a couple of minutes walk away, with seats and cafes.

Nice place

Liked it very much. The kitchen, etc., seemed badly neglected, although functional. If the host could put a little more effort into lighting, cutlery, basic cooking items, the apartment would take a leap forward. But, I must say, I liked the apartment nevertheless.

Just Fantastic!

My wife and I stayed 4 nights. The apt itself is great, and the location is just perfect. We ate most of our meals within a few blocks and were never disappointed. Between the gelato shop 100m to the right, and everything in santo spirito square, we could have spent the entire trip in tbe neighborhood!

If I could give more than 5 stars for location...

I absolutely loved the property. Graziano was very gracious and accommodating. If I could give more than 5 stars for the location I would. On this side of the Arno it is just a bit more quiet and very slightly less touristy. However was very easy to walk into all the attractions in town. If you stay longer than a few days its fun to explore on the bus system. 12 will take you to Piazzale Michelangelo however stop off first at the bottom of St Stephens and walk up to that. I went for the museums (twice at the Uffizi and Academia) food (tried several local restaurance) and Ambiance (walked an average of 4-5 miles per day. Loved every minute of our stay of 10 days. Apartment is plenty comfortable for 2 or even 3 . Kitchen is functional for lite meals. Shower hot. Everything was clean. I also liked the art and decor which created a charming home like atmosphere. Loved it.

Highly recommended and would stay again

First and foremost Graziano, the host, was incredibly accommodating about us arriving outside the check-in window and went above and beyond to meet us that night as well as provide resources for us during our stay. The property is very charming and the location cannot be beat. You are within walking distance of everything you could want to see. If we return to Florence we will definitely be looking to stay here again. 10/10. Thanks Graziano!

Look NO Further! Hidden Gem -Perfect Location

There are a lot of reasons why this host, Graziano, has a 5* rating. Thank you to all the previous renters for your reviews. Lovely, Immaculate, Easy access to all of Florence, Markets & Restaurants in all directions! Furnishings/linens/Hot Water/Great Shower, all well supplied and furnished! Charming, compact 2 level apartment for 2 people

Great location.10 - 15 min walk from all the big sights. Small but functional kitchen. Nicey decorated. This was an excellent choice for our 5 nights in Florence. Locals area so lots of good and reasonably priced restaurants.

The apartment was beautiful. The local Piazza of Santo Spirito is perfect--with multiple cafe, restaurants. Excellent bakery on the street and a nearby supermarket. Pleasant walk to historic sites.

Incredible Stay

Graziano's place was so cute and amazing. There were so many thoughtful details in the home and it was very clean. The location is wonderful and so many great restaurants and sites within walking distance. If I go back I will stay here again.

In the hub of activity

I loved this location on the less touristed side of the Arno but in walking distance to everything. The apartment has simple and effective furnishings. I didn’t cook because food is literally outside my door. The host provided me with a map of local places to eat, drink, and buy groceries. The Santo Spirito Piazza is a 5 minute walk away with many choices for a sit down meal.

Sehr gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Der nette Kontakt sowie der persönliche Empfang und die Einweisung mit etlichen Tipps durch Graziano hat gleich für einen guten Start in unsere Urlaubswoche gesorgt. Die Wohnung war wegen der zentralen Lage mit etlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufweite perfekt für unsere Sightseeing-Touren. An Ausstattung war alles da, was man braucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Dusche hatte ordentlich Wasserdruck und die Klimaanlage lief auch gut (was bei über 30° auch notwendig war).
