CASA RIO VISTA Ă€r en vackert inredda och inredda 3 sovrum, 3 1/2 bad hem ligger precis vid Big Thompson River i ett lugnt privat, gated community, Blue Spruce Village. Big Thompson kör bara nĂ„gra meter frĂ„n bakdĂ€cken. Njut av ditt morgonkaffe eller happy hour-drinkar som lyssnar pĂ„ rushingfloden frĂ„n din omslag runt, rymliga dĂ€ck. Öppna fönstren och hör floden hela dagen och natten! Vi lager floden med regnbĂ„geöring varannan vecka runt slutet av juni till slutet av augusti.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, ett karnevin med utsikt över floden och ett nyrenoverat bad. Den andra mÀstaren har eget bad och en queen size-sÀng. Det tredje sovrummet (ett nytt tillÀgg till hemmet) kan vara ett barns retrÀtt .... en inbyggd vÄningssÀng ... drottning pÄ botten och XL tvilling pÄ toppen. Detta sovrum har ocksÄ eget badrum. Sovrummen Àr alla pÄ övervÄningen. Den nedre lÀder soffan öppnar till en queen size-sÀng.

Detta hem har allt. Köket Àr fullt utrustat med högsta kvalitet porslin, köksredskap och redskap. Utanför hittar du en Weber gasgrill. Vardagsrummet har en TV / DVR / stereo, DVD-bibliotek och spel. VÄrt hem har ocksÄ WIFI internet access.

Blue Spruce Village ligger ca 5 minuter utanför Estes Park och tvÄ miles frÄn ingÄngen till den spekulativa Rocky Mountain National Park. Bara en kvart mil frÄn den ursprungliga entrén till parken, kan du gÄ till en parkspÄr som leder till vackra Moraine Park. Du kommer inte bli besviken!

Loved the location on the river and the very comfortable seating on the back porch. Property was close to a Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The information book was very well done - lots of useful information about the area in an easy-to-use format. Kitchen was very well equipped, and we really appreciated being supplied with some spices and other cooking oils. All in all, we had a fabulous time and look forward to a return visit.

Lovely place right in the river

The house was spacious and comfortable and the highlight was having the River right off the back porch to relax after an active morning. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to the park and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Getaway!!!

My family and I stay 5 night. We loved sitting out by the river, very relaxing. Having breakfast one morning we had deer standing right outside the window. Great location for entering the city or park. Would recommend this property.

Great Location

Great home! Clean, functional and friendly. Back deck, and the views with the river for fishing all added highly to the enjoyment level of this home. Would recommend for couples or families.

Riverside home near the park

Nice home very close to RMNP which was wonderful . Loved being next to the river . The managers were very kind and responsive to a couple of small issues that arose.

Little piece of paradise

This cabin was just perfect for our family. There are 4 of us and we ended up only using 2 of the bedrooms because of the super cool bunk bed. The back patio was our favorite place to unwind after all our adventures. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed and more.

Peaceful Home, Great Location

This house provided everything our group of six needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the furnishings were comfortable. Sleeping with the windows cracked open and hearing the river was a special treat! The location is really wonderful for accessing some of the most popular RMNP hikes while avoiding the Estes Park traffic. Great property!

Peaceful and relaxing

Property was well-maintained and clean. Location is easy to find and quiet. House has everything needed for a comfortable stay including fishing poles. It is amazing being able to walk out the back door and be "at the river". My only recommendation would be to update the in-cabin information sheets to match the emails that are sent. Colorado Home away from Home

This was our 2nd stay within the last year. We love the house! Plenty of indoor and outdoor space in a quiet private neighborhood. Leaving the windows open sleeping to the sound and breeze of the river was awesome. 5 minutes to RMNP and 5 minutes the other direction to town. We love this home! I’m sure we’ll be back for a 3rd stay soon.

River Relaxation

Really enjoyed this property by the river. It was a wonderful get away for a little r&r! Enjoyed sitting on the deck and hiking at nearby Rocky Mountain National Park. Beds were really comfortable, nice living room and kitchen. Nothing wrong with this place at all. Owner might want to take a look at the shampoo dispenser in kids room we left dispenser in bathroom! Thanks for the great stay!

You can't find a nicer, cleaner, neater, well appointed place to relax & listen to the river, which is a mere few feet from the porch. It had everything we needed & more. Awesome! Beds were fantastic. The home was well stocked. Couldn't be happier with this choice. Craig

A River Runs Through It!!!

Our SECOND time here, and great again!!! Very clean, well- equipped property in a beautiful and quiet area. LOVED sitting on the porch, watching and listening to the river moving by right outside our door, enjoying coffee in the morning and wine with appetizers in the evening- followed by the gentle murmur of the water creating very restful sleep!. It was SO enjoyable- that we changed our plans to go out for dinner a few nights, and had EVERY evening here instead!!! Each bedroom had its own full bath, and while it was only the two of us, it would be great for 3 couples, or a family with kids.

The Perfect Location

There are so many positives about this beautiful home. The best part is the view!!! We woke up every morning and had coffee sitting on the porch that overlooks the river. The kitchen is fully stocked and very clean. All the rooms are upstairs and they each have their own bathroom. The downstairs couch pulls out into a bed as well. We loved having all the windows open and listening to the river all day and night. This home is also very close to Estes Park downtown and the Rocky Mountain National Park. There's so much to do. We did the Mountain Coaster, The Stanley hotel and lots of shopping. We couldn't get entry tickets into the park before we got to Estes Park because they were sold out, but the park opens up at 2:00 to all guests, so we were able to drive in and made it to the Alpine Overlook at the top. It's a must see. Lots of wildlife. If you are looking for the perfect house in the perfect location, this is the house for you!! The management company is very responsive and friendly. Don't look any further, this is the house for all.

Thai was a lovely home right on the Bug Thompson River. We hiked every day at RMNP. The trail heads were usually around 30 minutes away. It was so peaceful and relaxing sitting in the chairs right by the river. Whenever we go back to RMNP to hike we would love to stay here again. The location was wonderful and there is a Country Market very close where we got some food supplies. Loved this home!

Being so close to the river is unbeatable. The patio has very comfortable, outdoor furniture which invites you to sit, watch and listen to the river. The patio also includes a grill which we used often. Plenty of windows allow for the river sound and breezes to flow through the rental (although some windows wouldn't stay up, most of the windows had no issues). The rental is spacious for a family with plenty of amenities, comfortable furniture inside and a well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, located close enough to town for easy visits, but far away enough to have early morning visitors (see photo from patio). The location is also close to the entrance to RMNP. This was the second time my family has stayed at this location. Typically, we like to explore new places so returning to the same place says it all --- we also plan to return again!

This was our 5th year of returning to this property. It is simply beautiful and in an amazing location for a full “Colorado mountain experience.” We have been coming to Estes Park every summer for over 50 years and this is our favorite of all places to stay! We always feel refreshed and renewed after spending time here!

Great location. This was our 7th year staying there. Chadwick the Chipmunk constantly out back and two trips to Rocky Mountain National Park. The river is the best part.
