Denna semesteruthyrning har varit med i hyresprogrammet i ett antal år, vi har ändrat namnet på hemmet till Ocean Aria; Två våningar, två sovrum, ett och ett halvt bad och en badtunna i trädgården. Hemmet har utsikt över Stilla havet från översta våningen. Övre våningen har vardagsrum / matsal / terrass och kök. Bottenvåningen har sovrum och badrum. Privat uteplats i trädgården med badtunna. Hemmet ligger en kort två kvarts promenad till ingången till Dillon Beach. Hemmet är dekorerat med ett kusttema överallt. Av gatuparkering framför hemmet för två medelstora fordon.

Very nice spot. Good location for walking the dog to the beach. Upstairs kitchen/dining/living room area was a pleasant place to relax. Downstairs bedrooms and bath were comfortable/functional. A great place to escape summer heat.

We had a lovely few days at Dillon Beach! The house is small but fit our party well (2 adults and 2 kids). It was also great to be able to bring our pup along. I appreciated having a washer/dryer and the hot tub was a nice bonus!It’s a pretty short walk down to the store and the beach (though a bit steep for anyone with mobility issues).The host was easy to get in touch with and even let us check in a little early. Thanks for a great stay!

Cozy Beach House

Very nice beach house with lots of wondows and natural light. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with eveything you would need with cookware and kitchen utensils. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. It was a short walk to the beach which was very convenient. We appreciated the 1/2 bathroom upstairs so as to not go downstairs to use the facilities every time. We also liked that the property had a designated parking space. My husband and I had a lovely time and would definitely go back.

Minimal complaints about the property

Other than being a little old, this property had everything you need. Great views, other than power lines. It sits about 3 blocks from the beach, but great to walk around the neighborhood. Unfortunately, we brought our active dog and though he was free to roam the beach and neighborhood, nearby trails and beach's, he was not allowed, even on a leash. Local maps were also hard to locate. Still we had a good time and our temp home was great, especially the spa.

Nice but no extras

Beautiful views from living area, balcony and kitchen. Rooms themselves are smaller than it seemed from pictures and there are no extras in this rental (i.e. no beach towels, even though located walking distance from the beach; and kitchen stocked with spices, but no flour, no oil). Also the lockbox for the key is rusted as are locks themselves. Some wear and tear from the salty air and water. Nonetheless, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Great Stay

This is a great rental. I would suggest stocking the shower with shampoo, soap and conditioner. Just the basics. I was surprised nothing was provided. I would also suggest providing more towels, given there is a hot tub. Would definitely rent here again.

A great, relaxing getaway

A friend and I had a fantastic weekend here. We loved the location, we were happy to have the driveway because the street is narrow! Totally comfortable accommodations, we loved the electric fireplace in the living room. Found the kitchen well-equipped but some foil/ziplocs/saran wrap would have been helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this property!

Perfectly Lovely

Spectacular ocean view, walk to the miles long-dogs run -free-beach with gentle waves, charming well equipped beach cottage, great hot tub soaking, short drive to the best bakery/pizzaria on earth in quaint town of Tomales...my husband and loved every minute and were sad to leave! Great location & beautiful view!

The house was great for our long weekend! It was walking distance to the beach. The view from the main living area was gorgeous! We spent a lot of time on the deck drinking coffee in the morning and drinking some champagne watching the sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The hot tub was nice and hot!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Cali getaway

Enjoyed our time in this welcoming coastal village. Excellent location with stunning views. In the morning after soaking in the hot tub the previous night, I was welcomed by a deer at the kitchen window. Life is great. The hot tub was fantastic!

Lovely view

The view was the best part, but the property was clean and comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. There seemed to be some electrical issues as the breakers kept getting tripped and we didn’t have anything extra plugged in. But overall I’d stay there again.

Perfect Dillon Beach rental

Our family of four have stayed in this Dillon Beach rental four times and it just keeps getting better. There have been improvements to the property that have increased functionality and comfort, and you can't beat the location. The property manager is friendly and there were no issues accessing the property on time. Helpful hints for future renters: - Plan on packing your own food storage containers/ziploc bags. - Bring your own beach supplies (towels, toys, chairs, etc.). - This is a two-story property with no gate at the top of the stairs, which may be a concern for families with young children. Also, no bathtub. - Wonderful amenities for renting at the beach: laundry on-site, hot tub, and BBQ.
