The location was excellent and the ocean view awesome. Would have liked the recliner to work.Overall it was a very nice stay!

Thank you for your stay and review. Power cord was unplugged for the recliner. If you had informed us, we would have quickly put it back in operation. We check on our guests to see how they're doing for this purpose.

Condo was exactly as listed. It is located in the middle of All the fun. The communication with the hosts was very easy as some details had to be e changed before we got there. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

Everything was perfect! The property has everything you may need: dishes, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. The host was quick to respond when we had questions, and the check-in and check out process was very easy and smooth. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! You can hear the sound of the sea from up there! I’d 1000% book again!

Great condo and location!

The property has a lot of amenities and is walking distance to shops and dining. Location is great! The condo itself has everything you need. The chairs on the patio are Adirondack, not the most comfortable and can’t see over the railing when sitting, but the ocean view is amazing. The management was very proactive and communicative.

Everything was great. The condo itself was great. The only downside was the elevators. They were down to 1 elevator working at check in.

Great stay!!!

I give it 5 stars! The condo was better than the pictures even showed. We recieved a welcome email with a code to get in 1 week before our dates, and we had zero issues upon arrival. The building is well-maintained, parking is easy/free, the building is gated, and the condo itself is really nice with a beautiful view. We had a great week here and will book again in the future!

SO CLEAN! Will definitely be back!

This condo was nothing short of amazing! Communication with the owner was easy! The cleanliness was outstanding, I have never been to the beach and stayed at a place so clean (& we go often, so this says a lot). We literally didn’t even feel sand on the floor or in the bed. Very well taken care of! Condo was up to date on appliances and furniture. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you so much, Steve!

Property was nice, pretty clean, could use some extra cleaning. Couch had some crumbs of something in the cushions that needs cleaned and tv in master bedroom only had one channel, ??? . But over all very nice unit.

Beachfront pool, tiki bar, umbrella service. Sand and ocean is so clear. Staff very good and friendly. Plenty of restaurants close. Our unit was 8th floor and away from lower level noise which quicjly ended by 9pm.

Beech Trip with Kids

Condo was great and literally on the beech. View was amazing. The hosts were very responsive. However, NO ONE wears masks inside of the public spaces. I was not prepared for that!

Spring Break Family Trip

Overall the stay was great! The condo was a great size for our family of 4. The view from our balcony was amazing, we spent every morning out there drinking our coffee, what a great way to start your day! We had a minor issue with the cleanliness of the condo but it was addressed immediately and we were very pleased with the communication with the host. The location of the condo was right in the center of the main strip so it was busy, making it a little difficult to enter and exit the resort.

This was an amazing property and a great experience. The check in process was smooth. The staff was courteous and helpful. The property was clean amenities were awesome. The view was amazing. The thoughtfulness of the small things on the property were generous. Comfortable clean accommodations. Our stay was perfect!

The condo was wonderful and just as pictured. Great views of the beach!

The rental was very smooth from beginning to end. Condo was clean and comfortable with excellent views. The property is very nice and the new pool will be a big bonus. The owners were great and checked in on occasion to make sure that everything was going well. I appreciated their attentiveness. Looking forward to staying at Pelican Beach Resort again in the near future.
