We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, and the 16th-floor views were amazing. It is a little dated, but the location is great and close to lots of restaurants. If you plan to cook, be sure to bring your own basics, as there weren’t any condiments or seasonings, including salt and pepper. We visited at the end of August, and the beach chair rentals weren’t an issue since only two rows were set up. Overall, a great stay with beautiful views!

The condo was as described, beautifully decorated and very clean. Communicating with the host was easy and we always got a quick response. The pools and grounds were beautiful and we loved the convenience of having breakfast and lunch available without leaving the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place right on the ocean

Such a nice place!!! Loved the remodeled unit, and loved the resort, which had everything we wanted, beachfront, good food, 3 pools, and a tiki bar. What more could you want! And the owner (Sumer) was extremely helpful and quick to respond on everything! Thank you!!!

Perfect View

The property had a great view and every extra amenity that you could need. The condo was quiet and we had no issues. With that being said, I would suggest a cushion refresh or replacement of the sofa and chair. We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the owner's prompt emails.

Family Beach trip

We had a relaxing time in Destin. The condo was good. They have remodeled some things and it looked nice. Some other things could be remodeled to make it nicer. My daughter was frustrated with all the hairs all over her bed linens. I received so many emails that I had trouble finding the correct one with the instructions on how to unlock the door. We tried to call owner but no answer. I finally found the correct email. Loved the Tiki bar by the pool and that waitresses came to the rental chairs to take our order. The view from the 16th floor made up for any imperfections!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay in our condo. We truly appreciate your input and are delighted to hear that you had a relaxing time in Destin. We're glad you noticed the recent remodeling efforts, and we value your suggestions about further improvements. Your comments are crucial to us as we strive to enhance our guests' experiences. We are pleased to inform our future guests that together with a lot of new upgrades and fresh paint, we have also recently replaced the sofa and armchair in the condo, enhancing the overall comfort and aesthetics of the living space. Firstly, please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you and your daughter experienced with the bed linens. We understand how important cleanliness is, and we are sorry for any oversight on our part. Rest assured that this was an isolated incident, and we have addressed it with our cleaning team to ensure such issues do not recur. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we have started working with a new cleaning company, and we have received numerous compliments from guests regarding the condo's cleanliness. We believe this change will ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness for all our guests. We understand that finding the email with the door unlock instructions was challenging for you. For the reference of our future guests; our condo access and check-in instructions are sent in a single VRBO message and email a few days in advance of your arrival, and that message contains all the necessary information that you could need throughout your stay. We must mention that we did not receive any phone calls during your stay. If we had, we would have immediately responded to assist you. Nevertheless, we are glad you eventually found the email in your inbox and accessed the unit. Once again, we thank you for your valuable feedback, and we hope you consider staying with us again in the future. We diligently work to ensure a pleasant and memorable experience for all our guests, and your input helps us achieve this goal.

Great time in Destin

The location was great for us, although my wife would have liked more local shopping, dinning and activities within walking distance we got along just fine. Condo was clean and all items were functional. Parking was easy and plentiful. One recommendation would be to plan your dinners well in advance and get reservations, if possible. Many of the restaurants near the condo were seriously understaffed and you would be luck my to get a 2 hour wait, if you get in at all. Enjoyed our time here and hope you do as well.

Excellent condo, excellent views in Destin, FL

After viewing photos of MANY properties in Destin on VRBO, I chose this one as it had been renovated and I loved the choices that had been made. The unit was impeccably clean and contained everything one could need. Also, it is located on the 16th floor of the building and the views are incredible! The host was wonderful to work with and I will definitively book again for future stays!

Beautiful views & convenient location!

This property was EXACTLY what my sister and I wanted for our weekend getaway! Beautiful views…we could see dolphins from our balcony!!! And the beach was very easy to access from the complex. The condo was clean with comfortable beds. There are lots of restaurants close by to choose from, and grocery store a block away. Sumer was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for an amazing trip. I highly recommend this rental!!

Remodeled Beach Condo didn't disappoint

The condo was in excellent shape - everything was new. The view was awesome. I interacted with the owner of the property (Sumer) - All my questions were answered so quickly! I would definitely come back to this location for sure. The one negative to the property is that the main lobby could be 'freshened-up' a bit. Not trying to be picky as the actual condo where we stayed was perfect; just didn't care for the lobby area. Full disclosure: we were there during the July 4th weekend and it was super-packed. Again, we do plan to return in the future as the location couldn't be beat!
