Detta fritidshus ligger precis vid stranden Youll älskar det på grund av den stora havsutsikten från vardagsrummet, balkong och kök och matplats. Den har nya våningar och helt nytt kök. Allt är uppgraderat. USB-portar i köket. Utsikten, särskilt solnedgångar från 11: e våningen uteplats är fantastisk. Jag erbjuder strandstolar / paraply, Amazon Prime / Neflix och trådlöst internet med hög hastighet. Pelican Beach Resort har mycket lojala kunder som kommer tillbaka igen och igen varje år.

Vi erbjuder inte några militära eller andra rabatter. Vi har sista minuten specialerbjudanden redan inbyggda i dagliga priser.

Du kommer att känna lyxen runt dig i denna lägenhet. Enheten uppdateras med bänkskivor i granit och nya fåfängare. Köksskåp uppgraderas. Alla apparater är ersatta med LG-enheter i rostfritt stål. Mattor i vardagsrum och sovrum är ersatta med lyxiga laminatgolv. Ny 40 tums tv i sovrummet. Separat wifi extender i sovrummet. Färgglada anpassade bankbäddar. Nytt minne skum Twin XL madrass i våningssängar. Cool Gel queen-skummadrass på bäddsoffan. Nya skåp i badrum. Enheten är smakfullt inredd med allt du behöver. Vi har även inbyggda USB-portar i köket. Vi driver uthyrningen själv som en familj så att du får individuell uppmärksamhet från mig. Jag har två andra enheter i Destin, Sandestin Resort som listas i airbnb nyligen med bra recensioner. Vi använder samma städföretag med samma uppmärksamhet på detaljer.

Excellent Stay in Destin!

Stayed 4 nights and everything was excellent! Condo was great, Pelican resort was awesome, lots of restaurants within a short walk or drive. Highly recommend!

Our new favorite place!

My husband and I stayed a full week in the condo and it was perfect! Very clean, fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy for nights when we wanted to stay in. Bed was comfy and I enjoyed having my own bathroom for a week! :) The resort is very nice and everyone that was staying there was polite and respectful of each other. Lots of families, which was nice. The two pools made it not seem too crowded if you wanted to swim. Beach was great! Highly recommend this unit! 1106 was clean, owner was very quick to respond and we would definitely stay here again!

Retirement trip

We had a wonderful trip in pelican resort, 1106.Tufan this was an amazing host.If we had a question, he got back to us in a very short period of time and made sure that all of our questions were answered.He went above and beyond. The location was perfect. My only complaint is that we had to go home!

Great weekend getaway!

My family and I had a great time. The sunrise and sunset views were amazing. The condo was great and provided us everything we needed. Destin is one of our favorite places to visit and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautiful resort that I would recommend.

The resort is beautiful. The room we stayed in was so clean and had all the essentials needed. They had 2 large pools, a tiki bar and cafe and hot tubs. I loved how close the resort was to the ocean so you didn't have to walk far. This was our first time staying here and we chose it for the reviews, and location of it being close to all of the restaurants we like. My husband and I love Destin and have been here several times. So far we have not stayed in the same place twice. We are still in search of our favorite place. This was a great resort and we were happy with our stay. I can't stay enough about how great the host was and keeping us informed of everything. Only negatives were the fact that the beach is blocked off in a very small area so you have to sit behind all of the rentals. If you decide to rent a chair and umbrella you would have to book online way in advance to get the front row. We like to take our chairs and sit on the water line at times. The other thing is petty but I didn't like that we had to wear armbands everywhere. I wouldn't have minded it if they were the rubber bracelets that you could remove in your room but they were hard plastic ones that were hard to remove unless you snapped them very loose. You are also charged 25 if you lose or break them. The elevators are being worked on so they were very slow at times. The parking is far away and tight. 1106 was great and would recommend . We will probably try somewhere else next time.

Perfect Beach Condo!

We enjoyed staying in this condo! This condo had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated and very clean. The balcony view is fabulous and the pools are relaxing and fun. Pelican Beach provided a full range of amenities and the location is ideal. We look forward to returning again in the future!

Everything was perfect! Room was very nice and clean. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very is unbelievable and so as sunsets. Very convenient location. Highly recommended!

Lovely waterfront unit

Fantastic view! The unit is updated and very well appointed. Everything you need is there including beach chairs. The building is older but very well maintained. Good location with lots of restaurants and close to grocery .

Awesome Property

Our Pelican resort was right at the beach. It was clean and the property owner (Mr. Tufan)was excellent with communication. We had all we needed to make our stay comfortable (starter kits toiletries), kitchen necessities and wonderful linen. We would recommend this property to all and will certainly be back. Thanks so much for making our stay a memorable one

Loved it!!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously...despite the 25 degree weather! Condo was extremely well equipped with plenty of towels, kitchen items, etc. View was phenomenal! Beds are very comfortable. And the owner is super helpful and quick to respond to emails. Hope to come back again and again!

Location was great, parking was very nice and everyone was very friendly. Two out of the four elevators were broken so sometimes it look forever to wait to get in, not a huge deal but sometimes got frustrating. The beach chairs in the condo really need to be replaced only 2 of them were nice enough to bring down. Kids loved the bunk beds with the TVs that was very cool for them. I would stay here again and would recommend others as well!

The Views....

Had a very nice stay in this condo and the AC works GREAT!!! The Master bed could use a memory gel foam topper for better comfort but the twin mattress's were AMAZING and the boys were in HEAVEN!!!! The Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, other than a pair of scissors & a chopping block (perhaps I just couldn't locate them but I certainly tried). They also had a few boogie boards & sand toy items for your enjoyment. We added 2 more boogie boards & a shovel, so now there will 4 to enjoy. Enjoyed our stay & can't wait to return.

Be aware if you’re looking for 1bed room condo, they have no washer and dryer in the unit.

Inconvenience with no washer and dryer at the unit, we had to going out by a little laundry room to do that and it was so hot in there also not clean ..

Great Unit!!!

The unit and view were both wonderful. The unit was clean and provided basic supplies and plenty of clean towels. My only concern is with the facility and not the unit, itself. The lack of handicapped parking spots made it very difficult to get my elderly mother (86 years old) across the parking lot with her walker. There were no designated/labelled handicapped parking spots…at all. I thought they were now required? Be prepared if you are planning to bring your elderly or handicapped loved ones to the beach.

You can expect same great service and same attention to detail for all our condos in the area.

Nicest beaches in United States, friendly fun people. Family oriented city and a property that is right at the beach with great ocean views. As soon as you step in, you will realize that you are at the ocean and the tides will take you in. You will not want to leave.
This 11th floor ocean view is one of the best!.
