Perfect location

Was an amazing spot for our family of 7. Main floor was nice to hang out together, bedrooms separate enough for privacy. They even left toys for our nephew to play with - we would definitely stay again!

Great location and comfortable

The home had a great location close to restaurants, the public free tubing hill, and the ski shuttle, plus just a quick drive to winter park ski resort. The hot tub was nice and the home overall was cute. There are few very low dollar things that could be added to make this home GREAT vs just GOOD. Humidifiers (which we purchased and left as a gift for the condo future users), new shower heads with wand attachments, a garage door opener, and taking stock of what is missing in the kitchen. Overall, nice stay with the family.

Great Location / Mediocre Service

I would recommend the space for families who want close access to town, trails, creek and park. The house was decently clean upon arrival. All the Christmas decorations were still up (in July) and things generally felt a little dusty and outdated. I had a hard time getting prompt, helpful responses when trying to contact the property management and found it confusing to have to download the property management’s app, Vacasa, and run transactions and get duplicate communication through the secondary app when I was booking through VRBO.

What a let down!

The property was very dirty and we walked into a garbage can full of beer cans and chicken wings. The property management company has been less than helpful and does not return calls or messages. They claim to have increased their cleaning efforts and follow CDC guidelines but this is absolutely not true. As a health care professional, I was appalled and am still fighting with Vacasa to have money refunded since we refused to stay the second night. The dirt just kept revealing itself! The neighborhood is great and really convenient. What a let down!

Terrific location. Watch fees before you checkout.

This property was ideally located and had just what we needed. Walked to the river, to restaurants and to the park. Loved the hot tub and having bathrooms on all three levels. I was multitasking when booking and didn’t look at the many, many fees before I agreed to the booking. I paid well more in fees than for the two night stay! I would have preferred more transparency earlier in the booking process. Also, guest room light and fan didn’t work. I called x2 and each time there was over a 30 minute wait. I also emailed and requested a phone call. No contact. Really disappointed in that. It did make for a less comfortable stay for the other couple. Property was nice - service was meh.

Great Clean House and Location

This is a great house with a great location. You are close to all the restaurants and shops. They let us bring our dogs which was great. The hot tub was the perfect addition, especially after a long hike.

When we checked in we found the property dirty it was old it was very worn the beds were very uncomfortable the cabinets were not clean inside the dishes and the glasses were not clean we complain to the manager and company who did absolutely nothing about it

Convenient and Clean

This is a great condo / townhome nestled in a lovely neighborhood literally blocks from Hideaway Park and Downtown. The garage is nice for a smaller vehicle, unfortunately we did not fit because of the size of our vehicle. But it was clean and we were able to store our recreational items there when not in use. We had all the amenities we needed to cook our own breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The kitchen could have been better organized, but that's just my OCD talking.. ;) We totally enjoyed the hot tub. It was great to sit in after long days of hiking and mountain biking in the area. A few of the jets weren't working during our stay and a couple of the knobs were broken, but it didn't affect the overall awesomeness of the hot tub. If you are interested in watching t.v. during your stay, it is a little small, and could stand to be upgraded to a larger size, but we managed just fine for the little amount of time we spend in front of the t.v. We were too busy having fun outside. I was concerned about the master bedroom bed after reading several reviews, but honestly was not bad. I do suggest that some curtains be hung in the master bedroom. If you are not an early riser, know that the light does come in at the break of dawn and will be in your face if you sleep on the side closest to the window. There are blinds, but a curtain would be nice to block out the bright morning light. So thankful pets are allowed! I loved that we could take our dog with us and not leave him behind in a kennel. There are lots of great places nearby to walk him when he needed to go out. I did notice the downstairs area does have a bit of a doggy odor when you walk in. This was not a deal breaker for us though and we will definitely stay here again. I just want to mention it in case someone wanting to stay there is sensitive to the pet odor. Overall the place is clean, has all the amenities you need to stay as a family or group, is within walking distance to town, is in a quite neighborhood, and close to anything you want to do outdoors. We totally enjoyed our time there and can't wait to go back.

Great Condo, Great Location

The place was clean, well furnished, roomy, and located in downtown Winter Park close to all the great restaurants and trails to hike/bike (Lyft shuttle stop is close by as well). The private hot tub is a big plus, and separate full baths for each bedroom was an added bonus. Comfortable beds, couches, and plenty of kitchen supplies to cook with. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice townhouse

Really nice place in a great location. Close proximity to Mount Evans and Rocky Mountain National Park. Loved everything about this place except the loud construction noise and blocked roads due to construction vehicles. There was new house construction one block away and roof replacement of every townhouse on the block.

Great location but…

Pros- You cannot get a better location. It is right next to Hideaway park and trails with lots of restaurants, dining and shops within walking distance. The private hot tub was also wonderful. Cons- It felt like this place was purchased in the 80s and nothing has been done since. Furniture was broken, the mattresses were so uncomfortable and the entire place was so dirty and dusty. I did call about that and they sent someone out which we appreciated however the only thing that appeared to be cleaned were the tables that had soda stains on them. I have rented from many places over the years and this is the first time I have ever felt the need to contact management. It seemed unacceptable during this Covid time we are in. They did tell us that we would get the cleaning deposit back so that is appreciated but really just wanted a nice place to spend the week with family. I unfortunately would not recommend this property.
