Winn Pennie is a meticulously maintained cottage on one of the most sought after rental areas on St Simons Island!

This cottage is located just 250 steps from Coast Cottages ocean side pools, pavilion and private beach access boardwalk. Guests enjoy full privileges at Coast Cottage with access to pools, pavilion and beach boardwalk. Our neighborhood is positioned along the Coast Guard beach where the widest stretch of sand is and high tide always provides a place to walk or lounge!

This Coast Cottage is comprised of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are located on the ground level and have ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs you will find a living area, back and front porches, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are multiple dining and sitting areas in the home, allowing plenty of space to relax, spread out, or gather together.

**POOL HEATING: At least one of our pools is heated every weekend from Friday afternoon through Sunday, during Spring break from March 15 through April 15, Thanksgiving week, and from Christmas to New Years Day. If you wish to heat the pool outside of these days you may do so for $50 per day. Pool heat is not available during warmer season from May 21 through September 21.

We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
