Family ski trip

Great place to stay with great access to beginner ski slopes for my kids. Good space and well equipped for meals and family fun.

Nice condo but bad management firm.

There was no coffee machine though it was advertised. Despite several calls to Vacasa (mgmt firm) one was never delivered during our stay The condo was not very clean. No dishtowels in the kitchen. No garbage pail in the master bath or bedroom. The cookware was old and dirty. Dishes were left in the dishwasher. I will say that the Condo was cozy and comfortable but the owners should have some serious discussions with the management firm.

Awesome place and location

The unit was clean, updated and met all our needs. Everything was communicated very well and efficient. It’s just a few yards walk to the easy slope at the base of the resort which is where we love to be. Will stay again

Check in issues

The property was clean and it had a nice location. However, I was never the sent the check-in instructions and had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with Vacasa to figure it out. Once inside, there was no hand soap in the kitchen or any restrooms.

Great stay!

My husband and I and our two boys ages 10 and 12 stayed for three nights. Everything went smooth upon check in. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and was super close to the slopes. We walked down to the lift to ski every morning and we were able to walk back for lunch during the day in between rides. I highly recommend this property for your family. It was perfect for a family of four. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Weekend in NC mountains

Perfect ski in/out condo

Kitchen was stocked beyond expectations With cookware and bakeware. The starter kit was very generous with laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets that lasted five days. All the furniture were comfortable and in excellent condition. The bed was firm enough for a bad back but still soft enough to snuggle in on cold winter days. Plenty of drawers and closet space. Overall, one of the best rentals I've stayed at for a ski in/out location at sugar mountain. I would definitely rent again for sugar mountain trips

Wonderful location, very cozy inside

This place is super for first time skiiers or families. Easy walk to slopes. Beautiful location with views of ski lift and skiiers. Gorgeous creek with a small waterfall in front of property. This place is close to gem mine and grandfather mountain as well. Location is key. Great restauraunts and coffee close by. Suggestion please have liquid hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen and more toliet paper. One note outside of building needs work and is run down. We werent expecting that. Other than that 5 star forl ocation and coziness.

Great location, dirty condo with WiFi issues

The ski in ski out was great - the steps to the slopes provided a good workout with equipment. The negatives: it took a solid 10 minutes to connect to WiFi every time the living room tv was turned on. We could never get the tv in the secondary bedroom to turn on. I could not get my phone or computer to connect to WiFi. And cell reception is limited. Bathrooms were not clean - floors need to be swept and mopped. Tub/showers had multiple strands/pieces of hair. The bed in secondary bedroom had dark hairs on the top of the fitted sheet and appeared to not have been changed based on hair and dirt. My ten year old daughter commented on the dirtiness of the condo and refused to take a shower while we were there. Texts/calls to management company resulted in no action

January Ski Weekend

This unit was just as pictured, tastefully decorated and met our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the ski in ski out (even with hill to climb) worked well for us. The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars were: * Water pressure for the unit was less than normal (or what we were expecting) - not sure if it's an owner choice or just the way it is. * With limited seating in the main room, the existing couch had little to no support and was not comfortable after a long day on the slopes. Even with those minor negatives we would look to return here for future trips.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Bee Branch 07!

Great location for a two bedroom condo. Our children ages 9 and 11 thoroughly enjoyed being so close to the ski resort each day. We enjoyed the big kitchen island with plenty of things to cook with. Very clean. The gas fireplace was enjoyable to use each night. The unit looks over the Easy Street ski slope. Although there are many steps to get down to the resort rentals and slopes as others had mentioned, to us it was well worth it given the location. We rented a locker at the resort each day to store our boots inside and then the ski equipment. For our children, this was their first-time snow skiing and was very convenient and fun to walked down to ski school early in the morning in the snow. Highly recommend. We will likely stay here again!!!

Nice Getaway

Great location, clean, and quiet. Loved the games and distance to local walking. Btw, for those out if state, public tennis courts are not free. Gave 4 stars because unable to get support from Vacasa to unclog master bathroom drain, despite messaging and calling (maintenance person did not show up during initial planned time slot and when I followed up, they never responded). I've stayed with Vacasa rentals before and never had problems so maybe it was just a fluke? Kind of odd I couldn't get a response over the course of several days though...

Cozy with beautiful views

Cabin well-stocked, clean, and updated. Furnishings comfortable and clean. Really nice condo inside and out! Great location. Appreciate getting a surprise early checkin a couple of hours early although we didn’t arrive early. Lock box to get key very difficult to use but figured it out after 5-10 minutes. We could not figure out fireplace to turn it on so that was a little disappointing but we didn’t ask for instructions.

PERFECT!

This place was INCREDIBLE. I had high expectations due to the photos.. let me just say they were FAR exceeded. Extremely clean, the decor was beautiful, and the back porch was super roomy. Unfortunately, we only got to spend one night here, but I will absolutely be returning if I ever get the chance! Super comfy master bed, games to play, and many options on the television! I would recommend this place to anyone. I only regret that we weren't able to see snow! Also very convenient to surrounding cities!

Bee Branch 07

We were in NC for our niece's wedding in August 2022 and it was beautiful. From the condo we could hear the babbling Creek below. The condo was well equipped with all necessities, clean and had a few basic items in the pantry. It was clean and updated with beautiful marble countertop, newer fridge and big master bed. We loved everything about our stay at Bee Branch 07 and would highly suggest anyone stay there!
