We love this location. Our Host was very friendly and responsive. We were even offered an extra night stay since the weather from hurricane Erin was so rainy for three days during the week.

Beach Vacation

Pleasant

Had a great stay- loved the view from the screened in porch and enjoyed the property grounds. Even did a little crabbing off the nearby dock. Short drive to Bethany, Rehoboth, Cape May Ferry and Assateague. Steamers was very close and enjoyed their carry-out. Loved the pool, tennis courts and friendly neighbors. The beach chairs were much appreciated. Thanks, Michael!

Peaceful, Fun, Family Friendly

Our family of six really loved this condo. It is spacious, clean and has everything you need! We enjoyed crabbing nearby, visiting the pool, the beautiful view, and of course, the Delaware beaches.

4th of July Getaway

The property and amenities were great! We loved the pool and golf course and the owner was very responsive. We loved spending mornings and evenings on the screened porch with views of the bay.

Wonderful family vacation

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated and accommodative condominium with water views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pool was awesome and well maintained. We enjoyed Bethany Beach and the boardwalk, kayaking, eating out at the amazing restaurants and even took a trip to Washington DC while we were there. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation and the kids absolutely loved the pool area, playground and going crab fishing at night! Only a 5 minute drive to the beach and shopping and restaurants also close by. The condo itself was super nice, clean and had everything you could ask for. Overall a perfect place for a great family vacation!

Wonderful vacation!

This is our third time staying at Bethany Bay and this home did not disappoint. It was beautiful and had anything/everything we needed. The views were amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Views

We loved our stay at Bethany Bay. Our rental was extremely clean and well furnished. The location was in close proximity to the pool which was great for the teens and little one. One of our favorite things to do was enjoynour coffew on the porch with the amazing view of the bay. Would rent here again!

Wow! The ideal vacation home.

Year after year we have been successful in landing great vacation homes using VRBO. This year was no exception. This home exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious and quiet. There were 7 of us in the unit and there was plenty of room for everyone. The complex is in a location that provides beautiful vistas of the water and wildlife. It is conveniently located close to everything yet not so close that you’re battling every tourist and beachgoer. Bethany beach is simply the perfect beach. When not at the beach we shopped at the outlets in Rehoboth, saw a movie at the Clayton Theater in Dagsboro, enjoyed dolphins on a sunset cruise and the wild horses while kayaking. This was a great spot for a family vacation.

Perfect Stay

This was our second year here and once again we had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and updated with a new washer and dryer and fans this year. Michael is very prompt in getting back to you with answers to your questions. We loved the pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts and the golf course. No need to go anywhere if you don’t want to. Beautiful views of the bay and the Indian River bridge. We would recommend this condo to everyone!!

Condo in Ocean View

We loved our stay at the condo in Ocean View! The condo was a perfect fit for our family of 6 (kids aged 16-23) with space and privacy for everyone. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was well equipped. We got to enjoy the pool, tennis courts and fishing pond. The condo was close to everything and just a short drive to Bethany Beach. My favorite part though…the screened in porch! What an amazing view! Had my coffee out there every day and each night sat outside to watch the boats. Plus we had a great view of fireworks before and on the 4th of July. Thanks for hosting us, we had a fabulous trip!

Million Dollar View & Great Amenities

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, large, waterfront property. The view was amazing. The condo is in a community with a wonderfully maintained 9 hole golf course, beautiful pool, tennis courts and walking trails. Our hosts were readily available for questions. The condo is a short drive to Bethany Beach. Ocean View has many restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

Perfect

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The views off the back porch were beautiful! The bedrooms were large and comfortable; the kitchen had high quality cookware, check in was seamless and communication was great. Also very good wifi which was important because we had two people who had to do some remote work. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time in this unit! Lots of space for everyone and plenty of bathrooms so no waiting. Lots of activities to do so no one was bored. Will definitely consider stay here again in the future.

Really pretty view and great stay
