När du besöker Hilton Head finns det många hyresfastigheter att välja mellan. Vår villa ligger i Palmetto Dunes Resort och vi erbjuder överkomliga priser som gör att våra gäster kan spara på sin semester medan de njuter av det vackra landskapet på Fazio golfbana och en naturskön lagun miljö.

Vår St. Andrews-fastigheten ligger tvärs över gatan från Shelter Cover Marina på mitten av ön, vilket gör den mycket tillgänglig för alla aktiviteter. Det finns en stor pool med utsikt över golfbanan några meter från vår villa. Vi är mindre än två minuter från stranden och tennisanläggningen vilket gör det mycket enkelt att gå, cykla eller köra till de aktiviteter du önskar.

Vårt förstklassiga, men ändå prisvärda boende inkluderar ett sjunkat vardagsrum med katedraltak, en queen-size bäddsoffa, stor platt-TV med HD-kabel med kabel och en BluRay-spelare. Vi erbjuder ett komplett kök med frukostbar och angränsande matplats. Vårt sovrum innehåller en king size-säng, privat badrum och en plattskärms HD-TV. En spiraltrappa leder till det andra sovrummet med två enkelsängar, ett privat badrum och en plattskärms HD-TV. Det finns ett tvättstuga i svit med tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Franska dörrar i vardagsrummet öppna för ett lugnt, yttre däck. Och naturligtvis har villan tillgång till internet.

Vår villa kommer att förse dig med allt du behöver för en fantastisk semester. Den världsberömda stranden ligger bara några minuter från vår villa. Ta med eller hyra några cyklar och på två minuter åker du på sanden.

Palmetto Dunes är en vacker resort som erbjuder cykling, tennis, golf, kajakpaddling, shopping och fantastiska ställen att äta på. Gå över gatan till den berömda Shelter Cove Harbor och titta på fyrverkerier varje tisdag under sommarsäsongen. Dessutom är gratis transport inom Palmetto Dunes och Shelter Cove bara ett telefonsamtal till 'Dunes Buggy' (kör normalt 1 april - 1 september)

Wonderful stay

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 3. We loved everything about it. It was exactly as described. It was extremely clean. It was a perfect location. We were close to other family members and to the beach. It was so peaceful and quiet back under the oak trees. We thoroughly enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony listening to birds and looking at the beautiful Spanish moss. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to in the future. The owners were so easy to communicate with. Everything went just as planned.

Lovely home, great location!

This was a lovely home and just the right size for our family. Clean and everything worked as it should. Bonus items included extra toothbrushes and shower things often forgotten. The kitchen included dishwasher cleaner pods and extra trash bags. Palmetto Dunes is a great resort with two beaches, tennis, pickleball, fishing, kayaking, golf, and plenty of bike riding. Centrally located on Hilton Head, it is close to everything. We were blessed with great weather and everyone had a good time. Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful property!

Perfect Accomodations Palmetto Dunes

This was the perfect place for our quick weekend to Hilton Head. Easy communications with the owners, everything we needed was there. The Dune Buggy service was great and we could not have had a better place to stay! Great hosts who answered our questions and made themselves available throughout the trip call/text/or email. Long overdue vacation ❤️

My family and I have been going to Hilton Head Island for our vacation for many years. We have stayed at many different condos within Palmetto Dunes, and have enjoyed each place. Due to different reasons, it had been many years since we have been on vacation. Therefore, we were all looking forward to this vacation week. This was our first time staying in this condo. It was a quiet place and we had plenty of room for the three of us. Everything that we needed in the kitchen was provided. We felt at home during our stay here.

Wonderful place for a reasonable price!

It was a lovely getaway. The property was well defined in the photographs. The pool was perfect. For the price, it was wonderful! The lagoon behind the pool was also incredible. It was a perfect little nature reserve. The owners were super responsive and provided complete details of what was needed for the check in process, parking passes, directions…etc. No complaints!

Two great weeks

MaryEllen and Michael were a pleasure to work with. We loved having two bedrooms and bathrooms. My husband called the second Br/br his apartment Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans. We cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed.

Great Affordable Villa

We had a great stay. We stayed for 12 days over the holidays. Villa was clean and tidy with everything needed. I will agree with other reviews that this is a great villa for families with kids but due to the loft being the second bedroom this may not work for 2 couples. Both the master and loft are large and each have their own bath. We would definitely stay again.

We love the beach! We have been vacationing here since 2002 with our children and, occasionally, our extended family. Each year we make the drive from New Jersey, or 'Jersey' as we call it, for our week or two on the island. This year, 2014, we were able to purchase the villa from Michael's parents and now we own our own slice of paradise! We are very happy to call HHI our second home and grateful for the opportunity to spend more time here!

Some of the many things Shelter Cove offers are live music, fireworks, craft vendors, shopping, fishing excursions, and dolphin cruises. Both Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove are located center island and are easily accessible to many activities, such as beach, golf, tennis, shopping, biking, fishing, boating, and restaurants.
