Comfy Beachfront 2/2 on Space Coast

2 BR, 2 Ba Beachfront Condo with great views of launches and the ocean.

Newly Renovated!!

There is direct beach access on the east side of the building.

Cozy 2/2 condo with a wonderful view north and east on the Space Coast of Florida. Great for families, great for couples needing a peaceful getaway or friends wanting a fun, relaxing weekend!! Fully equipped kitchen allows you to eat at home, and there are great eateries all around. Easy travel to Disney, Sea World, downtown Orlando, Kennedy Space Center. Lots of things to do! Or do nothing but relax!! Condo has WiFi and cable!!

Beach front view facing north and east from 4th floor screened balcony allows wonderful views of the ocean, the beach, cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral and rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center. The pool is not accessible due to construction.

Condo building has 2 elevators; Coin operated washer and dryer on each floor (not in the unit).

Owners are nearby should you need anything after check-in, but otherwise you won't see us if you don't need us.

Amazing Place

This piece of heaven was amazing! Everything is exactly how is it is listed. Plus, there is a TON of coffee choices. Joy had quick responses. We loved the view! We will be back!

On the beach

Check in was easy. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owner was prompt in answering any questions I had. The balcony faces north with a view of the ocean and Cape Canaveral in the distance. You can hear the roar of the waves as you sleep. There were many items available from games to beach items. There is direct access to the beach. I definitely recommend this condo and would stay again.

Weekend at the beach

The building is undergoing a major renovation, and is needed. Once inside the condo you forget about the exterior. Condo was fantastic and very pleasantly decorated. Unfortunately the balcony was unable to be used due to renovations. Everything was very clean and organized. Loads of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beach get away

Unit was clean and inviting. Construction on nearby units was a little distracting. Will not book again until concrete renovation is complete.

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful views of the ocean. Super clean. We had a wonderful visit and Joy was super responsive. We would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Loved it!

Great location, many extra amenities, clean and just as pictured. Morning coffee on the balcony was so relaxing. Hope to come back next year!!

A comfortable, safe stay

What a great spot right on the ocean. There is not much of a beach area as the hotel is literally on the beach. The pool area is nice to sit at overlooking the beach. The condo is as advertised and in the photos. All the usual staples and paper goods were found in the kitchen and bathroom. The towels were a good quality and new. The building itself is very dated and usual for the Melbourne area. Dont judge a book by its cover. We would stay here again! Thanks Joy!

Condo review

Dated 1960 vintage, they need new cleaning staff. Found a dirty towel in bath. Bad odor in condo. Dirty rugs especially in baths. Dirty mirrors, sliding glass door had finger prints, had to windex. Ceiling fans had not been wiped down in months. Black dust on blades. Positives, kitchen clean, nice hot shower, master bed comfortable. A nice touch was the beach Christmas tree.
