Pack your sunscreen, activewear & surfboards and head to San Diego’s premier beach community of Mission Beach. Steps to the bay and a one-minute stroll to the beach, breaking waves and boardwalk. This townhome beauty on Nantasket Court is “where tides meet”. Cool beach vibe and sophistication!
The stunning and peaceful coastline boasts world-class sightseeing, Belmont Park (Amusement park), and the always entertaining boardwalk! Welcome to your home away from home!

The space
Complete remodel in 2020, hip, fun, and stylish. This townhome is part of only a 3 unit complex. This unit is the front unit with great access to the courtyard where you will find a Barbeque, outdoor dining, fire pit, and endless possibilities for people watching. Living space is on the main level with views of the bay, master bedroom, and bath on the second level along with the secondary bed, bath, and laundry. The third bedroom is at the entry-level.

Guest access
The entire Townhome and garage are exclusive to you. There is a 3rd parking spot available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The front patio is a shared space with the other two owners who live out of town.

Such a cute place! The beach access was wonderful, the home was adorable and Scott was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing beach getaway.

The unit really met our needs. We had 3 adults and two children (5 and 3). There lots of beach items in the garage. There was a wagon to cart all the beach toys and chairs to the beach. The unit is in a great location mid distance to the bay and the beach. The air conditioning was a plus since it was hot when we vacationed.

The unit was very clean and the host was responsive to our requests. They could use some more real silverware as there were only 4 spoons. They did leave us some plastic aware so they were aware of the problem. The unit is close to both the beach and the bay. There were beach chairs, a couple of bicycles and boogie boards available for guests. That was very useful.I would stay there again.

Entire house was just as described. Everything was clean. Location was amazing. The bay was literally 1 min away and the beach was like 4 mins away and you have to cross a busy road but it was super easy to do. Beach towels, toys and chairs are provided. Along with a couple bikes! The host was easy to get a hold of. Check out was super easy. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Mission Beach. The property was exactly as described in the listing and was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. One of the highlights was the location—just a short walk to both the bay and the beach, as well as several restaurants and shops.The house included beach chairs, water toys, and other thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. We appreciated having everything we needed for fun days by the water without having to bring our own gear.The garage parking was a major plus and the host provided great detail as to dimensions to figure out if you will fit. Overall, this was a great place for a beach vacation, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property! Sweet beach cottage vibe and the location was perfect. The house had everything we needed and more, perfect sleeping arrangements with the bunk bed for our littles. We walked to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Having the garage all to ourselves to fit our rental car was also a perk! No worrying about parking. We also greatly appreciated how responsive and communicative the host was; very helpful and for peace of mind. Would recommend!

Clean home and spacious enough for all 8 of us. Home was close to everything we wanted to do. Easy access to the beach. The house was equipped with all the needed utensils, cookware, etc that we did not lack anything. Host was quick to respond and helpful.

Perfect girls weekend getaway

Affordable and comfortable house for a beach getaway. Host was very responsive. Loved that there was enough seating for everyone at the table and on the couch and that everywhere we went was a quick Uber ride away.
